St Beuno House is situated on the Lleyn Peninsula within a short drive of Snowdon itself. Sleeping between 14 to 22, this is an ideal property for large groups of friends or families wanting to get together for a weekend to enjoy the rugged scenery of Snowdonia or to visit Abersoch and other beaches of the lovely Lleyn Coast. The house is also ideal for events, celebrations, retreats and team building.

The house and large gardens offer the perfect self-catering holiday accommodation for large groups as it has plenty of space for everybody to socialise and dine or party together but also enough space to have quiet room to yourself. The house combines old fashioned beams and open fire with modern decoration in the bedrooms.

Two main sitting rooms and a small bar link together to form a large socialising area. For that special celebration dinner or party there is a large dining room that can seat all guests comfortably. The large dining room is also ideal for hosting events.

Access to the outside space is via the games room. There is a hot tub and barbecue area set in the extensive grounds.

The house sleeps between 14 to 22. Seven of the large double bedrooms in the main house each have en suite bathrooms and accommodate 14 guests. The Coast path passes right in front of the house and the cycle track is just down the road. The village beach is a ten minute walk and the historic church is opposite!

The house is an ideal base to explore all this exciting area of North of Wales has to offer. Snowdon is 20 minutes drive away, Abersoch a 20 minute drive and the World Heritage site of Caernarfon Castle 10 minutes. There are many other superb attractions within driving distance too, ranging from the Zip wire attractions to Portmeirion village to horse riding to sailing. Something for everybody, on your doorstep!

Here is our beautiful log cabin, situated in rural Northern Anglesey. This cabin puts you in the perfect place for days out on the beach and coast, which are within 1 mile of the property. Also within 1 mile of the picturesque village of Cemaes Bay. Property has basic glamping amenities- Comfortable double bed, towels, small kitchen suite with double burner, eco friendly cassette toilet in separate outbuilding, outdoor sink, and outdoor seating with bbq. Shower by arrangement in the main house.

The space
Spacious log cabin, with double bed, seating area with small electric fire, kitchenette (double electric burner, kettle, toaster and small fridge), and small dining area. There is a spacious enclosed outdoor gravel area with seating, dining table, and a small gas bbq. There is also a small outdoor sink, which is foot pump operated, and the water is kept in a regularly sterilised container, and water passes through a filter to ensure clean fresh drinking water. The toilet and sink in the outbuilding are also manually operated with foot pumps, and the toilet is a cassette system, which is regularly emptied and maintained by us. The space is insulated, but can get cold in winter, and hot in summer, however heaters, fans, and blankets are provided. Host is on premises, and can be contacted by visiting the main house just down a short drive. Private off road parking just opposite cabin. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar will be provided, along with a small hamper of goodies on arrival. Small shop/petrol station on the main road opposite property.

The cabin has it's own enclosed grounds, with toilet outbuilding within. No access to other parts of the property. Access to shower within main house by arrangement (to be discussed on arrival).

Other things to note
We have a rescue border collie which has free access of the house grounds, but cannot enter cabin grounds. She is nervous of strangers, and will bark when she meets someone new, but once she gets to know you, loves a good belly rub! But please don't feed her, as she won't leave you alone!

Our cabin is within close proximity to the Anglesey coastal path, so perfect stopover while walking around this beautiful island!

Also within 2 miles of the stunning Cemlyn Nature Reserve, which is the perfect location for beach walks, bird watching, and seeing the seals just off the coast!

This is a family home we share with an 11 year old friendly Jack Russell Terrier called Shankly. He does not have access to the bedroom but please don’t book if you suffer from pet allergies or do not like dogs.

Parking is in the public car park opposite the courtyard and we will provide a parking pass for your stay. The town and lake shore are easily accessible by foot and are only minutes away. Access to the shared courtyard is through an arched gateway, there is a key code pad on the gate and the code will be given to you on arrival. A door key and room key will be given to guests.

Parking is in the public car park opposite the courtyard and we will provide a parking pass for your stay. The town and lake shore are easily accessible by foot and are only minutes away. Access to the shared courtyard is through an arched gateway, there is a key code pad on the gate and the code will be given to you on arrival. A door key and room key will be given to guests.

Other things to note
Please note this is a family home and we do have an overly friendly Jack Russel terrier and a rather lazy Tabby Cat neither of whom will have access to your room, as such this may not be suitable for people with fur allergies.

A tastefully renovated annexe attached to a traditional Welsh Stone House. 1 bedroom with Kingsize Bed, a snug with sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 small children. Freeview TV in bedroom and the snug. Fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer. Wet Room with shower. Free Wifi throughout. A small patio area with table and chairs. A 3 tiered garden area with a main patio for the exclusive use of the attached house. (See Brig-Y-Don). Sea views with rear access to beach. Parking for 1 car. Dog friendy

Guest access
Llanaber is a 30 minute stroll in to Barmouth town down the sea front promenade with a Pub, Coffee Shack and Ice Creams along the way, or 5 minutes by car. Alternatively there is Llanaber train station 10 minutes walk away. The beach dog friendly and is one of the best in Wales.

Ideally suited for a couple or family with younger children to share the sofa-bed. Some steps to and from the property to consider.
