I will do the check out in person to check you do not to trash the place, as I expect to find everything in the same way you found it in, so I don't get charged more by the cleaning company and you have to pay an extra fee as well afterwards. This is a quiet place I’d expect you to party outside the property, in town, as doing it in the house is not allowed.

We have a beautiful handmade wooden yurt in our quirky, private back garden. There is a 4ft double pallet bed with ample bedding also a comfy sofa and a woodburner ensuring a cosy night. All lit by fairy lights and candles. There is also ample outdoor bohemian space with sofas and firepit and tiki bar for you to have your very own 'restival'.

The space
The yurt is a beautiful space to relax and sleep under the stars maybe after a night out in Birmingham or a gig in Moseley or a curry in Kings Heath. It is comfortable glamping in an urban garden near to great local pubs, restaurants and live music. With the added bonus of your own private bohemian bar, fire pit, treehouse and beautifully lit and covered outdoor area if you fancy a night in with friends (please advise us before hand if you intend to bring friends back). The garden space is also available to hire for parties please enquire for prices. If you need an extra bed we have a gorgeous campervan to hire on our drive. Inside the yurt is a comfy bed and sofa with a wood burner or electric heater depending on your fire lighting skills. There is also wifi and electricity if you need to charge phones etc. There is a compost loo (no poos) if you get caught short in the night, but are welcome to use our bathroom facilities in the house. The garden space is also a venue once a month for a live music show check out treehousesessions on youtube if you want to look at the space before you come.

Guest access
Guests will access through our family home and will be shown down the garden to the yurt. The garden is well lit with fairy lights and there is a compost loo for the campers, however there is access to the family kitchen for hot drinks, bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet. All fire wood is provided free but please be aware that the woodburner gets very hot and we cannot take responsibility for any injuries (so please don't take risks if you are under the influence)

Other things to note
There is usually parking off road on our drive and a busy bus route outside our house. A taxi to and from town is about £8. Often we can drop you at local destination. Please bear in mind you will essentially be camping and our garden can be muddy. So when rating us for cleanliness we can ensure that what you sleep on, sit on and eat off will be spotless, however, our floors may not be due to high foot fall from our friends and guests.

Whole private second floor and an half, including double bedroom and private bathroom, plus a unique TV/resting area, it's a green bubble at the door of the big city, ideally located 7 min walk from Kings Norton station. Spacious, quiet and cozy, our loft is on the second floor of the house, which we refurbished over the past few years while keeping its Edwardian soul. Access is via the main house entrance and through shared corridor and staircase.

More than just a large and very quiet double bedroom with garden view, you'll enjoy our loft including your private bathroom and a unique place to reset: A cargo net to chill in the evening with its smart TV and a water rower if you want to kick start your day. We hope you will enjoy this space as much as we had fun to create it!

Going through our family house, you'll access the loft via the main stairs. The whole loft will be yours during your stay and you'll be welcome to share our dining and kitchen area for meals, where a self-service continental style breakfast will be waiting for you in the morning.
The garden is also open to guests.

Please note, as this is a family house with children, no friends or un-booked guests will be admitted in the house at any time.

The log cabin is secure with electric gates for both this property and the main house. The log cabin also has bifold doors which you will be able to fully open. Its also a hot spot for those sunny days. We will provide some out door seating for your stay if required.

Smart tv available with FREE use of Netflix so that you can binge watch your favourite Netflix shows during your down time.

As well as a walk in shower our huge bath tub has the jacuzzi setting for you to enjoy.

All your linens and towels are provided for you.

We provide each stay with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice , small cereal boxes and snacks.

The room has its own amazon Alexa and fan.

We also have a bbq you can use as long as you bring your own charcoal free of charge.

We live in the house opposite so if you ever needed anything you can just give us a knock and we will be more than happy to help.

We seem to be having some problems at times of people struggling to find us. When travelling to us if you have an iPhone please use iPhone maps with this post code... Cv5 6QN and it will bring you straight to us. Follow the road through the woods to the very bottom where you’ll see the only house there. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places.
