In addition to your private bedroom, which comes with its own small fridge and plenty of sunshine, the guests are welcome to freely use all common areas and the utensils and facilities in them. These include a beautiful dining space, a shower room and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, cutlery, cookers, a kettle, and washing machine (inside the storage room), and more.

The hosts can communicate fluently in both English and Chinese, and can speak some basic Spanish. The hosts can be contacted any time from 9am to 8pm daily (UK time).

Ground floor bedroom with private en suite. Furnished to a high standard with new bed frame & mattress. Fully private bedroom and en suite - located off the hallway with locks on all doors. Tea/coffee/biscuit provided + mini fridge/fresh milk. Bottled water, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer included.

I will welcome you at the front door and show you to your rooms. A key will be provided and breakfast will be laid out for you in the kitchen at a time suitable for you.

The space
Juliet, Neil (partner) and Sid (labrador) live here. Sid does not access your rooms and won't be in the kitchen when you have breakfast. Pharmacy and local shop within walking distance. 20 minute walk to Sunderland town centre or a 5 minute drive. Spacious ensuite with large walk in shower. Towels are provided. There are 4 USB sockets in the bedroom located behind the bedside tables.
