The Lodge room is detached from the main house and is the upstairs unit of 2. It offers a private, tranquil retreat and has its own entrance and parking. It has a separate bedroom, bathroom, and lounge, with a Sofa bed for extra guests. With Hatfields Beach, Orewa and Wenderholm Regional Park on your doorstep it makes for a great location. The airport is within an hour's drive.

The Lodge was on a rocky cliff. We had a covered car parking and use of laundry. On the side porch we had a view of tree covered hills and the beach. We will be staying with Al and Linda again.
