From the bedroom, you can access a balcony-terrace with an area of ​​12 m2 overlooking the Bay of Goulven; two loungers and a coffee table will be available on this balcony. On the same level you can have a toilet and a bathroom.
A smaller but modular room: The attic room, south side, has two beds of 90 cm X 200 cm and it is possible to add a 90cm x190cm bed. A velux illuminates this room. - "Welcoming hostess even though we arrived early, and cottage had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Little outside shade but large parasol provided. Our hostess was helpful and kindly when one of us had a health problem. Linen and towels provided were all of good quality which makes you feel valued as guests. All the equipment was in good working order and very clean. The road was quite noisy and busy but some of that was probably seasonal farm traffic. Well placed for exploring the beaches and coastal paths of this lovely area."

Nestled in an authentic Breton farm surrounded by greenery, the Penty Misaine is less than 500m from the beautiful beach of Kerler. No sound just the waves over the nearby dunes. You are in this haven of peace called Penty de Kerneing in Mousterlin en Fouesnant.
You just have 10 minutes walk to reach the supervised beach in summer. We are in a Natura 2000 area with a multitude of birds and beautiful spaces for jogging.
The penty is very nice. It also has a south facing flat stone terrace and a private garden with trees. Children have a play area with a large Trampoline (3m wide), a swing, trapeze and rope swing and a slide for the little ones. There is no passage of cars around the penty, children can go to their games. We have the Famille Plus label and we are very proud of it. We accept holiday vouchers.

- "This is a lovely little gite situated near the end of a country lane, close to Fouesnant and only 500m or so from the beach. It adjoins the owner's home and, as well as a private patio/garden, it has use of a separate garden area containing a trampoline and small child's slide. It is in a rustic setting, backing onto farmland, but is also only a short cycle ride away from the local boulangerie (yum!). The gite itself is furnished simply, but stylishly. The kitchen is fairly basic but very functional. The bathroom has a decent, powerful shower which is a bonus. The bed in the master bedroom was a little firm for us but that's a matter of personal preference. Everything was clean and tidy. The owner is friendly and attentive and communications were good. I would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area. "

Before we booked, I had loads of questions and Catherine was really amenable and answered them straight away. We arrived to a very, very clean house and Luc came over and introduced himself and offered any assistance, should we need it. Luc even brought us home produce, i.e. Kiwis! House is lovely; easy to get around; fire very effective. We went in December so town was quiet but it suited us as we were very tired from work and needed a rest. The Wi-Fi quality was tops so we watched a lot of films and drank. Lovely wine. Lovely food. I also had to do a bit of work, so the Wi-Fi was essential. There are even little black sheep outside roaming and eating a lot of grass which is highly entertaining. We called them Clodagh and Simon. [Luc: Clodagh is the one with the white hair on her head and looks like a rockstar - that's about right!] I would highly recommend this residence to anybody. Zero complaints. Just go and book it! Finally, the beaches in the local areas were off the charts, peaceful and beautiful and great for walks.
