I was chilly my first night and the concierge brought be another down duvet to make sure I was comfy. I necer wanted to get out of the bed! Food and beverage service was great as well inspite of the remodel of the main dining room and main kitchen. This will be my home away from home on my next trip to Dublin."

The hotel is located slightly out of town but this doesn't matter as there are trams right in front of the hotel or you can walk into the centre in 20 minutes and it's a nice walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable and i love that there is a kitchen meaning you can choose to cook your own food and there's a washing machine - this is so helpful for people who are traveling for more than a few days! The staff are lovely and on one occasion there was a slight problem with my bed, the very friendly manager upgraded me to an apartment. I always sleep well here as it's very quiet and warm. Room was large and had everything you could want/need. Plenty of towels, lots of lovely high quality (The White Company) toiletries, hairdryer, tea/coffee, safe and the largest TV I’ve ever seen in a hotel bedroom. Beds super comfy too. Check out easy and staff happy to order a taxi for us to the airport which turned up within minutes and also provided us with a free eco friendly carton of water each for the journey. Highly recommend The River Lee and will definitely stay there again."

As a guest of Hotel67, you can enjoy the quirkiness and intimacy of our new boutique hotel, while still having access to the great leisure and dining amenities of The Gleneagle Hotel. Please note that the pool and gym will no longer need to be booked. The changing rooms and showering facilities will be open. The sauna and steam room will be open with capacity limits in place, we will be asking our guests to follow the time limits in place for the adults only area so everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Swimming hats are compulsory in the pool and can be purchased in the Aquila Club for €3.

How to get here and parking

Hotel67@Gleneagle is, you've guessed it, within the grounds of The Gleneagle Hotel. So that's on the Muckross Road (N71) approximately 1km from Killarney town centre. Eircode V93 V6WF. Parking is free and easy - simply choose a spot in The Gleneagle car park. If you're arriving by train, then save yourself the taxi fare and jump on The Gleneagle shuttle bus at Killarney train station.

Because you're on your holidays, we will bring you Continental breakfast in bed. It comes in a handy breakfast box and will be left outside your door between 7am and 7.30am, so if you prefer to take it with you when you head out for the day, then be our guest. You are also welcome to dine in any of the Gleneagle's restaurants and bars during your stay. Killarney's most popular food truck, Eleven77, is also located onsite and serves a delicious selection of street food and snacks.
