We stayed three nights before our trek and one night after, and wished we would have stayed another day or two to enjoy the hotel and Cusco in general. We will definitely be back next time we come to Cusco! Note that during most of June, Cusco turns into a large celebration leading up to Inti Raymi, with dancing, music, parades, and fireworks. It's a great time to visit, however I recommend bringing earplugs if you stay in June as the fireworks do go off randomly throughout the day and night. "

They were always there to greet me when I came back in the evening and wish me the best for the day when I left in the morning. They brew freshly ground coffee for me before I left very early in the morning, and accompanied it with a delicious warm muffin or cinnamon roll. They help me when asked about places I needed to go to run errands for the family. They help me calling a taxi cab very late one evening and also scheduled the taxi to pick me up to go to the airport at 5:00 AM. The Hotel is spotless. They even did my laundry when I requested it.
