- "We booked this for a family. The outside of the house could definitely use some clean up. Unfortunately, the coffee pot did not work. Also, there was a bed in one of the rooms that was broken. The family staying there were kind enough to fix it. The air conditioning worked well." - "The home has a serious ant problem, the grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed all season and there were no clean wash cloths. Found towels stuffed in a linen closet and the three wash cloths in the closet were stained. Outside of home dilapidated and surrounding buildings and property. Terrible traffic noise. Would not recommend."

The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected

- "We were the first guests to stay at this property and honestly it didn’t seem like it in some ways. There was a thick layer of dust on a lot of things. There were no coffee mugs or cereal bowls, no vegetable peeler, and no can opener (no big deal but should be mentioned- especially if you make coffee in the morning). The towels seemed fresh and new, and mini toiletries were provided which was nice. But when we stripped the bedding per check out instructions, there were quite large and noticeable stains on one of the twin mattresses and at least two pillows. The pool was extremely cloudy, to the point that the kids couldn’t use any sinking toys because they’d be lost. There was also A LOT of old dead leaves at the bottom of the pool. There is no grill or fire pit on the property.The house itself was very interesting to explore and has a unique layout, witch old wood detail throughout. It should be noted that the stairs leading to the back of the house and to the pool are extremely highly and dangerous for kids, so use caution there. We did have a feeling of “they tried.” They had fresh fruit delivered to us our first night, which we thought was sweet. There were cute touches throughout the home. But overall, we felt like there wasn’t a lot of effort in cleanliness for us being the very first guests on the property. "

We stayed for 2 nights and the location is perfect for access to Toledo area golfing. The owner was great with communication and responded quickly to questions. Home reeked of cigarette smoke and other types of smoke—most likely from a long-term renter. Found open pack of cigar wrappers in kitchen drawer with cling wrap. Even the towels smelled of smoke. Had to move to a hotel. Took a week for our belongings to air out. Owner has yet to refund remaining funds of payment to avoid cancelling booking to keep “5” star rating. Refused a conference call with VRBO Customer Care. Will have to file a claim with my credit card company for the remaining funds. Offered balance pay via Venmo or PayPal. No thank you! A complete shyster."

- "Very nice property and amenities." - "The property is a new listing on VRBO and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is convenient to many activities and restaurants. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. (I like a firm mattress) Cute decor. There were minimal supplies in the kitchen. There are no lamps in any of the bedrooms for nighttime reading. I also feel the floors could have been swept before we arrived. The reason I would not stay here again is the price. For one night, it was outrageous."

In the evenings sit outside and grill on our charcoal grill we also have solar string lights and lights around the backyard to keep it all light up to enjoy your evenings together.

Beautiful home in Sylvania Township. The room is upstairs adjacent to an empty room that we keep empty for visiting friends and family. The room is newly renovated with brand new furniture and a private full bathroom (includes shower and bathtub). The room has a walk-in closet in addition to a storage closet. The house has a gorgeous fully equipped large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space for additional storage.

Beautiful three bedroom house at the end of a cul de sac in the quietest neighborhood in Sylvania Township. After entering the front door, you will be greeted with a large great room with high vaulted ceilings and a wet bar. We have a private, landscaped, backyard with a large patio deck, a small pond that is a home to seven fish, and a vibrant garden. Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

The space
This cozy bungalow sits on an expansive lot with large beautiful trees. We are dog friendly with breed restrictions. There is a nice park one block away to walk your fur baby. Please obey the leash laws and pick up after your pet. This is a quiet area, please respect our neighbors. Along with the squirrels that call these trees home, you’ll also see many different types of birds, raccoons, and the neighborhood woodchuck. Simply observe, please do not disturb them.

Although the garage is not included for AirBnB, the driveway is dedicated to off-street parking.

You will be provided with a key to enter through the front door. You may go out the back door to the patio, though you will not have a key to enter there.
