- "The cabin is medium in size but big enough for the 6 guests it can accommodate. It is also well maintained and for the most part clean and has a beautiful scenery. The only thing I didn’t like was the main red couch in the living room because it was very dirty specially the arms and had stains. The other two couches weren’t as bad, but were also dirty and seemed old. Perhaps the owner can even use a couch cover that can be washed every time a customer leaves, idk that’s just a suggestion. Also the wifi comes and goes, specially at night. There’s no cable TV so if you are planning on a movie night, take your own devices such as Apple TV or chrome cast. "

You and your guests are sure to enjoy a visit to this well-appointed two bedroom, two bathroom log home with a loft. The access is generally level, on a paved road to the graveled parking area that is big enough for up to three vehicles. Cozy up by the fireplace or spend the evening soaking in the private hot tub.

The first thing you'll notice when you arrive at Wine and Pines cabin are the large wrap-around covered decks. A private hot tub awaits on the southwest corner and on the west deck, along with three gorgeous, hand-carved wooden rockers. This is the spot to kick back and relax watching the deer wander by among the pinon, juniper, and tall ponderosa pine trees.

Inside, a spacious open floor plan is appointed with comfortable seating, leather furniture, two plush loungers, and two sofas situated around the rock fireplace and TV. On the far side of this great room is a dining table with plenty of room for six people and a well-stocked kitchen, complete with plenty of prep space and modern appliances.

Both bedrooms are on the same, ground-floor level, with the queen bed guest room on the right and the master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom on the left. In each bedroom, two walls are painted and two are finished in tongue-and-groove pine. The master bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower, and the shared bath offers a standard shower. If needed, the loft provides extra sleeping space, with two twin beds.

This beautiful log home has lots of charm and is located in a very peaceful location. It's the perfect spot to use as a home base for Ruidoso's many local activities or to just settle in and relax at the property. Your hot tub will be clean and hot, ready to use when you arrive. The turn-off to Ski Apache is less than five minutes away, and the shopping and restaurants of downtown Ruidoso are just 10 minutes to the south. Pets and smoking are prohibited at Wine and Pines cabin.

Please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads. 4x4 or chains may be required during winter months to access your home.
