Once inside the compound, the registration office is also unique as it is constructed of shipping containers. The facility is divided into two sections, one a full service RV park and the other rows of mobile homes. Each Mobil Home contains 4 rooms with a shared kitchen and sitting area between the rooms. I was the only occupant of the unit containing my room. Very clean and very secure. Overall, very interesting location, friendly service and I will definitely return in the future. "

This home easily supports sleeping for 10 guests comfortably. You won't find a nicer home decorated so brilliantly and fun! We got arcade and retro games for the little and big kids too! 65" Flat screen with Youtube TV cable, 55" in the Master and 34" in the Bunk Room. This how features 2 King beds with duvet covers that get washed after each guest (most blankets don't get washed for 6 months of more). Also our Bunk room sleeps 4 and includes a SNES GAME CONSOLE with 500+ games. Stay in this newer house and enjoy the best place in Carlsbad.

- "This is the best VRBO experience we’ve had! Cory was very responsive and has an eye for the details. As many reviews referenced, she left us welcome muffins, gifts for the kids, and eggs from their hens. The house is just outside of Carlsbad and an east 45 minute ride to the caverns. It’s about 2.5 hours to White Sands. The hosts provide sleds and coolers to borrow for the day trip. The kitchen is very well stocked with any and everything you’d need for a trip away from home. They even have an ice cream scoop! A big bonus is the “honor” pantry. We didn’t use it, but they offer amenities for $, in case you’ve forgotten something (toothbrushes, deodorant, etc…) Communication was easy with the hosts via the app, and they were kind enough to accommodate a change in our stay at the last minute. All in all, we would happily stay here again, if ever we are in the area again."

The master suite was great, though the shower was a bit small. We enjoyed the firepit on the back patio. It was fully stocked with toiletries, kitchen necessities and kitchen tools—more than most Homes we’ve stayed in. And for us, the location was great—we drove to Carlsbad National Park a couple days; drove to Guadalupe Mountains National Park one day; and drove to Roswell for a day. Very happy with our stay."

Simply a wonderful remodeled ranch style home nestled on top of the 15 acre oasis estate. The interior is fully remodeled with an open kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, kitchen island, pantry and breakfast bar, 56 inch flat screen tv in living room, reclining leather couches and refrigerated air. Home features 6 bedrooms, four which have their own bathrooms and a fifth community 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower. The oversized master suite includes its own sitting area, office work space, bay windows, walk-in closet and separate entrance. Overall, we have 3 king beds, 1 queen, and 4 twin beds. Comfortable setting for 12 guests. Each bedroom also includes satellite tv and high speed 100mb/s wifi internet. Enjoy the open backyard with propane barbecue grill and six person patio table with additional chairs provided. You may also enjoy sitting upfront under the covered patio with additional seating.

The home is very artsy and had cute decorations and authentic feel. The kitchen had extras like spices, butter, oil and condiments in the fridge. The extra living room space had games including uno and puzzles. The one bathroom was a downside, but it was updated and served it's purpose. The living room had 3 couches, which was perfect for a big family to watch movies. It's obvious that the owner really puts love and effort into this place. I especially liked that the check out process was easy and owner asked for doors to be locked and towels in the hamper. Much easier than other VRBOs I've stayed at that ask for additional things like take the trash out and strip beds. "
