Laundry room was a bonus with exception of camera mounted in the corner of the room my husband pointed out to me the final day of our stay. The ocean was crystal blue and clear during our visit. We visited Peanut Island and had a great time snorkeling. We also took our toddler grand daughter Turtle Gumbo Limbo where injured turtles are rehabilitated. It was a fantastic place to visit! What's Provided
You’re on vacation… the last thing that you need to do is worry about the basics. To get you started, we provide three rolls of paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher soap, and 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We also provide dish soap in the kitchen and hand soap in all bathrooms.

Feel free to use our washer and dryer located just off the Game Room in a separate, enclosed space.

BBQ Grill
The grill is powered by propane. We have a backup tank if needed. PLEASE NOTE – Be sure to clean the grill if you use it to avoid the $150 Grill cleaning fee.

Landscaping
Landscaping service is provided once a week usually on the morning of Wednesday or Thursday. So, please don't be alarmed if you briefly see a team that takes care of this on-site. They are efficient professionals and will only be there for about 20-30 minutes.

Trash & Recycle Services
Boynton Beach City picks up trash for recycling and/or disposal every Tuesday and Friday morning. We offer three garbage and recycle bins located on the west side of the house, outside the Game Room. Simply place your trash and recycling in these bins, and we'll move them to the street for collection on the designated days. Relax and enjoy your vacation; we've got it covered!

Parties & Events
The Coastal Palms House is situated in a residential neighborhood where local ordinances prohibit excessively loud music or noise. As a policy, we do not permit parties, receptions, or events. However, small gatherings like birthdays or bachelorette parties are allowed only for the guests staying at the house (up to 6 people), provided there is no excessive noise.

Our driveway provides ample parking for two to three cars.

Heading to the beach?
Boynton Beach Public Beach is just 2.1 miles from the Coastal Palms House. We provide six foldable beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach bag for your convenience. You can find these items in the Laundry Room. Please remember to return them after use.

Bugs & critters
Florida's sub-tropical climate means there are more critters around compared to colder areas. To minimize bugs and insects, we regularly spray the property. Please help by keeping doors and screens closed and avoid leaving unattended food out to prevent attracting critters. While they are mostly harmless, they can still be annoying.

Security cameras
For your privacy and safety, a Nest Doorbell Camera greets everyone that enters the property. The camera is visible and records audio/video 24/7, although we do not guarantee this. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOUSE.

This is a completely private Villa (absolutely no shared spaces) -- beautiful 2/2 Villa located minutes from beaches and both downtown Boynton & Delray -- the "Ave". Huge patio is perfect for pets and fun gatherings. Property has an indoor washer & dryer, as well as a full kitchen. The 2 bathrooms consist of a full bath & a standing shower with safety handles for anyone facing some mobility challenges! Owner within close proximity at all times to provide for most needs and requests.

Property is located in the South East end of Boynton just off Woolbright and I-95. 7-10 minutes from downtown DELRAY “the Ave”, the beaches, the Boynton Marina and downtown

Boynton (4 miles to downtown Delray Beach, 3.5 miles to the beach — Boca Raton, Lake Worth, Wellington and downtown Palm Beach are also close by). Really central and great location.

The guests have access to the washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit. They also have access to a large fenced in patio ideal for pets, small gatherings, barbecuing and just watching the stars from the comfy swinging bench.

Other things to note
This neighborhood offers great safety. Walking, running, biking and renting golf carts to explore downtown delray and the “Ave” are just some of the fun possibilities the neighborhood offers. Truly ideal in locations - traffic is minimized with only three entrances to the neighborhood. However, we voted against making this neighborhood gated to avoid all the trouble that brings and given the lack of necessity. We also have a very affordable clubhouse that can be rented for private parties and is literally a 2 minute walk from the unit.
