Cabin is situated between two boat docks approximately one mile either way from main route and a walking trail to the lake. Lake marina with kayak and boat rentals, hiking trails including the Mary Ingles trail, campground, horseback riding, 18 hole golf course, tubing and boating are all within minutes of cabin. Many other parks and activities are located in the surrounding areas such as Hatfield and McCoy ATV trail system, Carter Caves, Grayson Lake, Paintsville Lake, Rush Off Roading, Jenny Wiley State Park, Loretta Lynn Home Place and The Hatfield and McCoy landmarks along with much more. Road to cabin is gravel but is county maintained so that even a small car is operational. Trailers or boats over 20 foot has an additional parking area within 40 yards of cabin. - "Lots of room. Interesting decor. Kids loved playing in the creek behind the house. 30 minutes from Carter Caves. Very clean. High winds took out the electric during our stay. Host offered a generator, but with babies, we decided we should leave. We would stay again." - "Very comfortable. Loved all the couches. I spent much of my time in the kitchen cooking for the family. No cookie sheets, one casserole pan, one crockpot, limited pots and pans. Handheld can openers did not work very well. All drinking glasses were stemware style, the kids had difficulty with that. There is no SXS riding on paved roads in the area. We was lucky that we didnt get caught the first day we road to rush and had to be picked up to get back to camping spot or we would have got SXS impounded. When ther is any event going on at rush u can count on at least 5-10 cops and any given time on paved road to Rush so be sure to haul to SXS to Rush"

This is an Rv 2019 Prauler Travel Trailer that has been a great stay for our family, the trailer is located next to our property on a quiet location in the rural community of Rush, we are 3 miles from rush of Road park and 10 miles from Ashland , This Rv Home is equipped with on kitchen and will accommodate 4 people , this is also a great opportunity for someone is looking to buy an Rv to try before making a purchase
If you never stay in an Rv I suggest watching a YouTube video on Rv leaving so that you get familiarize with it
