This lakefront property is located on a tall bluff overlooking the widest part of Kentucky Lake where the Tennessee River merges with the Big Sandy River. Your view of Tennessee River traffic is unimpeded for a 12 mile stretch of the river channel. You will enjoy watching sail boats, lots of barges, cabin cruisers, fishing tournaments, cargo ships, and river cruise boats. The balcony was a favorite spot to read, hang out, lounge on the hammock. We visited LBL 1850's Working Settlement, Bison & Elk Prairie. Venture River Waterpark (30 min) Kentucky Shores Family Fun Center (40 min). We did not utilize the boat slip this time but the kids did fish off the dock. (It is a steep trip up from the dock - good workout!) Patty was very accommodating and a pleasure to visit with. We plan to visit again!!"

Welcome to The Fuzziesquirel! This is Unit 1 of what will eventually be a 3-unit property.

Close to the lake and boat ramps. Plenty of good hunting, fishing, boating, 4-wheeling, hiking, and outdoorsy stuff around us.

Newly renovated unit. Cozy, family-friendly, and has plenty of room to park your boat, trailer, or toys. 5-10 minutes from boat launches, the lake, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley State Park (with a great beach). We are not too far from Dollar General, and about 20 minutes to town.

This is one unit of a triplex. We are still renovating one of the other units, so you will probably see us around working to make the property even better for you!

There is a coffee bar with coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. we know how important coffee is! We also have a leave a mug take a mug fun thing to do. You can take a coffee mug as a memory of your stay, but you MUST leave a coffee mug. And only the mugs, nothing else.

It is a work in progress. We are constantly improving the inside and outside of our property to make it better for you.

There is a $5 per night extra cleaning fee for stays over 5 days due to longer stays requiring a much longer and deeper clean. There is very limited cell service and AT&T works the best if you have it. We do have “high speed” Wi-Fi and cable to watch TV.

If you are planning on bringing a boat or trailer please give us a heads up so that we can make sure to have a space designated for you.

We are in the country, and there are the usual country bugs. Bugs are normal in the country, so please do not be alarmed. We are in a rural area. We do have neighbors, but not a ton. There is wifi but, very limited cell service, AT&T works the best. But little cell service means you can truly “unplug” and enjoy nature.

You can also hear the neighbors shooting their guns every so often. I know for those who aren’t used to country life this can be concerning, do not worry, it is normal here. People like to target practice in their back yards.

Again we are in the country, so you will probably see wild critters of all kinds, from deer and bald eagles, to mice and snakes. It is the country and no amount of “pest control” will control Mother Nature.

In the summer you can spend time at the swimming pool, or take a walk on our trail that leads to beautiful Kentucky lake with breathtaking view! Our camper is located in a small and quiet campground, where you can relax and unwind. You will be surrounded by many different kinds of trees, shrubs, flowers and wildlife. Every morning you will wake up listening birds sing and evening is a frog's symphony time. You may also have an unexpected visitor - a squirrel likes to have her favorite breakfast (pig nuts) on the porch. The camper has a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom, living room with sofa bed and dining table, full kitchen, bathroom and two double beds. You may spend most of your time on large porch which is attached to the camper. It has dining and coffee table with chairs. Most of the time, camper is decorated with seasonal plants. We offer fire wood, ice and country fresh eggs for additional charge. Near by, where the camper is located you can find a picnic area and pavilion with a gas grill, fire ring and plenty of fire wood. Swimming pool is open on sunny days from Memorial weekend until Labor day holiday. Fisherman can find a fish cleaning station and beautiful pond with a lots of fish and turtles. Please give as a call or text if any assistance needed during your stay Camper is not even 3/4 mile from the lake. Restaurants, gas station, Dollar general, Old Country store with delicious ice cream, coffee, home made jars of jams and more is within one mile driving distance. The Land Between the Lakes offers Elk and Bison Prairie, many hiking and biking trails, fishing, boat ramps, Turkey Bay off road vehicle trails and more. Enjoy the outdoors, relax and recharge. Newly remodeled Upstairs 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a triplex. Private balcony. Family friendly with plenty of trailer parking, so bring your boats, and off road toys. We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town.

Welcome to The Fuzziesquirel 2 also known as the Fuzzie Flamingo.
This is the upstairs unit of a triplex (#3). Currently only one other unit is being rented out (#1). This unit is upstairs and very private. It has a private balcony to enjoy the outdoors.

Close to Land Between the Lakes, Lake Barkley and boat ramps. Plenty of good hunting, fishing, boating, 4-wheeling, hiking, and outdoorsy stuff around us. There is a nice walking trail behind the house.

There is a coffee bar with coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. we know how important coffee is! We also have a leave a mug take a mug fun thing to do. You can take a coffee mug as a memory of your stay, but you MUST leave a coffee mug. (And only the mugs, nothing else.) We love seeing the unique mugs people leave behind!

My parents have a dog. His name is Tucker. He is the most well mannered and trained dog I have ever met. He is very friendly and LOVES to play fetch with anything people will throw for him. He will probably bring you something to throw while you are here. He roams the property freely, and has never been a problem. People leave comments about how much they enjoyed him.

We like to make it feel homey and decorate for the Holidays (but we don’t go overboard lol)

We do all the cleaning ourselves to make sure it is done right and up to our standards. We also wash all the towels and linens in free and clear soaps, and free and clear oxiclean.

Guests have access to the whole property. There is a shared fire pit in the backyard, each unit has a front patio area, there is a small stream on 2 sides and a walking trail behind the property.

The owners (my parents) live on the property most of the time, and are there if you need them, but will give you your privacy. You can also reach me if you need anything. If you can’t get a hold of me you can always knock on their door and they will be glad to help. They live in the 5th wheel off to the side. This is one unit of a triplex. We are still renovating one of the other units, so you will probably see us around working to make the property even better for you!

It is a work in progress. We are constantly improving the inside and outside of our property to make it better for you.

There is a $10 per night extra cleaning fee for stays over 5 days due to longer stays requiring a much longer and deeper clean. There is very limited cell service and AT&T works the best if you have it. We do have “high speed” Wi-Fi and cable to watch TV.

If you are planning on bringing a boat or trailer please give us a heads up so that we can make sure to have a space designated for you.

We are in the country, and there are the usual country bugs. Bugs are normal in the country, so please do not be alarmed. We are in a rural area. We do have neighbors, but not a ton. There is wifi but, very limited cell service, AT&T works the best. But little cell service means you can truly “unplug” and enjoy nature.

You can also hear the neighbors shooting their guns every so often. I know for those who aren’t used to country life this can be concerning, do not worry, it is normal here. People like to target practice in their back yards.

Again we are in the country, so you will probably see wild critters of all kinds, from deer and bald eagles, to mice and snakes. It is the country and no amount of “pest control” will control Mother Nature.

There are miles of roads to enjoy your ride!

This is a nice camper. Plenty of space inside for upto 4 people. We are located 3.3 miles from Lake Barkley. Hu B's marina is there and Ky Dam Marina is 12 miles away and Eddyville Creek Marina is 13 miles the other direction. It is very centrally located to all Lake access. It is a cozy place, it sits on a property with 2 mobile homes that we use for Airbnb also. It is a great place for Family Reunions and trips. Paducah is about 35 miles away and 90 miles to Nashville (day trip).

There is multiple golf course close, fishing tournaments every year, lake, water park, marinas, and go kart tracks and lots of outdoor activities for family and friends.

Cozy little camper on our farm. Perfect couples getaway with free WiFi and TV. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with slide out. Two small work spaces with tables on either side of the couch. There are 2 bunks in the main living area besides the couch. Kitchen area with fridge, microwave and gas stove. Small coffee bar.

My wife and I grew up in the Amish culture and tradition. We have made an effort to carry on the down to earth family values we grew up with.
On our farm we produce our own raw milk, honey, eggs and meat for our families consumption. A farm tour can be given based on our schedule and availability.
We are conveniently located within an hour of Paducah, Madisonville, Hopkinsville and Clarksville Tn./Fort Campbell.
We are within 5 miles of 3 public boat access ramps, within 5 miles of I 24 and 12 miles to I 69.

Guest access
Camper is just a short walk away from our house and barn. Please do not attempt to access the barn or animal areas unless we are giving you a personal tour of the farm. Tour can be given based on availability.
You are welcome to enjoy the large lawn area out front where the volleyball net is. Be aware that we have children who may also be using that area.
There is a fire pit and picnic table right next to the camper for your enjoyment. We provide a small complimentary stack of firewood for your convenience. Extra bundles can be provided for $10 per bundle.
There is plenty of parking space for a vehicle and boat.

No parties please.

An open kitchen to living room concept is simplistic and cozy. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, spices, etc. and makes a longer stay more enjoyable with the option of staying in to prepare and eat meals.

Cozy, local owner managed, remote cabin less than 5 minutes from Lake Barkley State Resort Park and close to Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area. Beautiful wooded 4 acre lot with a huge covered deck and beautiful covered front porch nestled in the woods. Totally private & serene setting, w/ fire pit, gas grill, and plenty of nature.

The space
Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor fire pit (wood available, generous supply for small fee) & propane grill (propane included). Great for family/friend getaways, hunting/fishing trips, romantic escapes, antiquing or to rest after enjoying outdoor recreation. The cabin also features corn hole games and other amenities to make your stay fun.

● 1st Bedroom:
Primary Bedroom (1st floor) has 1 king bed, television with Youtube and Roku internet streaming and private bathroom w/ shower, toilet, sink.
● 2nd Bedroom:
Located on the 2nd floor with 2 queen beds (kids love the upstairs) Steps may be a bit difficult for eldery.
● 3rd Bedroom:
Located in the lower level this bedroom is equipped with a queen bed (shower/sink). The basement can be accessed via the stairs in the living room or the private entrance door via the walk-out basement.


▶ Family Room:
with Sofa, coffee table, flat screen television w/ YouTube and Roku Internet Streaming TV programming, dining table with 4 chairs and amenity rich kitchen and half bath just off the family room.

▶ Bathrooms:
● Bathroom 1: on the first floor attached to the primary bedroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity.
● Bathroom 2: half bathroom attached to first floor family room with toilet, sink, and vanity.
● Bathroom 3: is part of the basement bedroom with sink, shower, and vanity only NO toilet.

▶ Central air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer a respite from the heat. Additionally, there is a laundry room with washer/dryer (detergent not provided). The family room opens to a huge, covered deck with large TV, and a quaint front porch complete with swing and rocking chairs. The kitchen offers a large refrigerator, electric range/oven, microwave, cooking tools, dining-ware and dining area with seating for four.
Bathrooms include showers, sample size shampoo/body wash, hairdryers, and towels. There are three flat screen televisions: One in the family room, one 58" on the back deck, outdoors under roof and one in the primary bedroom each with YouTube and Roku Internet Streaming TV service.

▶ Outdoorsmen:
You'll be located within' 2 miles of Lake Barkley State Resort Park and Land Between the Lakes State Park complete with activities for children, boat launch, full-service marina, fuel, ATV trails, bison/elk range, trap shooting, Boots Randolph Golf Course, and private aircraft airport.

▶ Hunters:
Hunters are very welcome to stay with us! There are multiple public areas near the property that allow various types of hunting. You are required to acquire a necessary state mandated hunting license and permits.

▶ Anglers:
Our property is located just a few miles from the lake. Should you need assistance in boat rental or boat launch please feel free to let us know. Additionally, the owner of the property can give you some tips on the best Crappie and Bass dens on the lake if you'd like him to stop by.

▶ Offsite Lake/Dock Access:
Our Cabin is not on Lake Barkley however our Cabin includes remote access to a private, deep water, covered dock on Lake Barkley. Just a short drive, to Hopson Bay (5 mile drive from cabin). There is a covered slip and boat lift on the dock that owner's boat will be on most of the season but may be available for your boat if you work with cabin owner.

Dockside mooring will always be available, year-round. Great place for swimming, fishing, or just hanging out with family or friends! There are no washroom facilities at the dock. Bring all your own daily needs, including your own life jackets, fishing equipment, swimming favorites, and food and drinks. Pack it in pack it out! Dock hours will be limited to sunrise to sunset, but boats or gear may be left at dock overnight.

▶ Off-Road/ATV:
The property is just minutes from the famous Turkey Bay Off-Road Vehicle Park. This is one of the largest off-road recreation areas in the country at more than 100 miles of primary and secondary trail types for all sorts of vehicles. If you want mud...they have mud. This is hands down one of the best areas in the country to take your vehicle off-road!
