Large 6 Bdrm House, incredible back yard, huge pool, hot tub, sunning area, massive deck with grill, beverage fridge and large grassy area with volleyball net. 600 sq foot master bedroom with sitting area, and large Jacuzzi tub. Minutes from Philadelphia and NJ Turnpike.

The other bedrooms have queen beds, twin beds, and the basement living room has a sofa and bed. 2 of the rooms are also equipped to work as a home office with a large desk, large monitors, printer etc. The basement adds considerable additional living space with a home office, bedroom, full bathroom, home theater system and a well equipped gym with Bike, Treadmill, Bench Press Machine and Cards with QR Code for work out. Easily venture out from the family room to the backyard bordered with a mix of evergreens for added privacy. The beautiful eat-in kitchen has all new appliances: GE Profile double oven range, GE Profile convection microwave, Maytag Refrigerator and Bosch Dishwasher.

- "The Campu home was perfect for my adult son and me as we attended a nearby retreat. Everything was included meaning, if you want to cook, you will have what you need. The stencils on the walls of both bedrooms were encouragement to make you smile every morning. No TVs in the bedrooms was No problem as it made for a relaxing sleep. Beds were comfortable. And the little things such as a sweet snack, coffee & creamer to get your day going, and even toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom were a very nice bonus! We only had one question for the host and he answered immediately. If you're staying in the Cherry Hill area, don't hesitate to book this property for your stay!"

The location was in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and the host had included little perks like a stocked coffee bar & bathroom amenities (individually-wrapped toothbrushes, toothpaste packets, q-tips, etc.). We had a few requests come up during our visit and our host responded very quickly to take care of things for us. The only unfortunate issue we had was the last night of our stay, the people upstairs were talking loudly and listening to music until 3:00am. It would be helpful to have reminders posted about quiet hours after 10:00pm. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, but other than that inconvenience, we had a good stay."

The entry and the stairs were not well kept and actually the front door to the apt complex didn’t secure properly. - "This contemporarily furnished one-bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of a home located on a meandering, tree-lined street, in a suburban town, with easy access to grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, and major highways. It is supremely quiet and provides a lovely environment for day-time walks under ancient trees, among other lovely homes. We were greeted by drinks of bottled water and a huge bowl of chocolates , a personally-made guide to local sights, the quietest dish-washer ever created, a lovely fireplace surrounded by large stones, a fully-appointed kitchen, a big screen t.v., fresh furnishings and a huge and comfortable bed! This is a 3,700 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 3-full bathrooms in which the hosts reside. Hosts occupy the master bedroom, which includes their own private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are available for AirB&B guests, meaning guests would be sharing the designated bathroom and the common areas with at least one other room. The entire house can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. Nestled within 2 acres of land, this cozy residence is centrally situated. Every room within this home is assigned a unique number, and this particular one has been designated as Guest Room #3. Visitors will easily recognize their designated accommodations by referring to the room number assigned to them. The lavish bathroom linked to this room features a luxurious jet tub, bidet, and a convenient towel warmer.The home was purchased "As Is" in 2020 and is 90% updated. The exterior of the property is currently undergoing renovations. Rest assured, there are no ongoing construction or renovation activities while guests are enjoying their stay. In the household, the host cares for two petite chihuahuas. Initially, these furry companions may bark when confronted with unfamiliar faces; however, they quickly relax for the duration of your visit once they recognize that you pose no harm. While these chihuahuas are affectionate towards humans, they are not as welcoming towards other animals. As a result, the host does not permit any other pets in the household. This room is designed for one guest only, with restrictions on accommodating additional guests due to its limited space. The room features a workstation, complete with a Mac desktop and printer, along with amenities like a SmartTV and a PS5 for entertainment. There is a compact wardrobe accompanied by multiple bins to provide extra storage space. Ideal for a brief visit, this space is suited for a solo traveler comfortable with living out of a suitcase. There is also a private balcony where guests can sit and view the property. Guests will enjoy their modern design bathroom, shared with other occupants of the home. The sleeping arrangement includes a pull-out sofa bed with a cozy twin-size memory foam mattress, allowing guests to use it either as a comfortable couch or for sleeping. Additionally, there is a laundry room available for use, but it can only be accessed on one specific day of the week by guests who have booked a stay for a minimum of seven days. Each guest is assigned a unique code for their designated laundry day to ensure there is no disruption to others. Furthermore, the bathroom will be shared with 1-2 other guests staying in the neighboring room. The property consists of a total of four rooms. The host and co-host occupy the Master Bedroom, leaving the remaining three rooms available for AirB&B guests. The house contains a total of two bathrooms, indicating that there is one bathroom allocated for every two bedrooms in the residence. Each bedroom comes with a designated small refrigerator shelf and a pantry drawer specifically for storing dried goods. The storage space is limited to accommodate 1-2 days' worth of food, so we kindly ask our guests to be mindful and avoid buying excessive amounts of food. Additionally, the host supplies all the essential cooking utensils and grants access to a variety of seasonings and condiments for guests to use. Guests are kindly advised that outside cooking equipment is not permitted on the premises. No food is allowed in the rooms at any time. We kindly ask guests to enjoy their meals on the kitchen peninsula or dining area to prevent staining bed linens or inviting unwanted critters. The host takes great care to ensure that every bedroom is meticulously cleaned and disinfected both prior to guests' arrival and after their departure. It is expected that guests maintain the cleanliness of their own rooms throughout their stay. The host's responsibility includes keeping shared areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and dining area clean on a regular basis. However, guests are also expected to clean up after themselves in these spaces.

This room is located on the lower level from the main entrance. Guests can step out from their room into nature and have access to their own patio area. There is also plenty of closet space and can easily accommodate up to 2 guests.

This is a 3,700 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 3-full bathrooms in which the hosts reside. Hosts occupy the master bedroom, which includes their own private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are available for AirB&B guests, meaning guests would be sharing the designated bathroom and the common areas with at least one other room. The entire house can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. Nestled within 2 acres of land, this cozy residence is centrally situated. Every room within this home is assigned a unique number, and this particular one has been designated as Guest Room #1. Visitors will easily recognize their designated accommodations by referring to the room number assigned to them. The lavish bathroom linked to this room features a luxurious jet tub, bidet, and a convenient towel warmer.The home was purchased "As Is" in 2020 and is 90% updated. The exterior of the property is currently undergoing renovations. Rest assured, there are no ongoing construction or renovation activities while guests are enjoying their stay. In the household, the host cares for two petite chihuahuas. Initially, these furry companions may bark when confronted with unfamiliar faces; however, they quickly relax for the duration of your visit once they recognize that you pose no harm. While these chihuahuas are affectionate towards humans, they are not as welcoming towards other animals. As a result, the host does not permit any other pets in the household.

This is a large room equipped with a Queen Size Bed, a SmartTV, a Laptop and plenty of closet space. Guests will have access to a private bathroom that is shared by other guests in the home. This room available for long term stays. Only longer term guests in this room (I.e. staying more than 7 days) will have access to our laundry room two days per week. Guests will be provided with one small shelf in the refrigerator to store food and one drawer to store dry goods. Guests are NEVER allowed to store or cook any food in their room at anytime. The guest will have access to our stove, oven and microwave, as well as all kitchen utensils, pots/pans and dishware. Guests cannot add a fridge or any other appliances to the room as per the house rules. There are several cement steps you must walk down to enter the room from the main level so we do not advise this space for individuals with mobility issues. All guests must be 18+.

Additionally, there is a laundry room available for use, but it can only be accessed on two specific days of the week by guests who have booked a stay for a minimum of seven days. Each guest is assigned a unique code for their designated laundry day to ensure there is no disruption to others. Furthermore, the bathroom will be shared with 1-2 other guests staying in the neighboring room. The property consists of a total of four rooms. The host and co-host occupy the Master Bedroom, leaving the remaining three rooms available for AirB&B guests. The house contains a total of two bathrooms, indicating that there is one bathroom allocated for every two bedrooms in the residence. Each bedroom comes with a designated small refrigerator shelf and a pantry drawer specifically for storing dried goods. The storage space is limited to accommodate 1-2 days' worth of food, so we kindly ask our guests to be mindful and avoid buying excessive amounts of food.
