The AC had a problem and I messaged the host at 11pm not expecting a reply till morning but she replied immediately and had the problem fixed in the morning. Please not due to daytime activity please do not book this room if you work night shift and need to sleep during the day .Though guests are not noisy there may still be daily activity going on .Cleaners have to access the rooms starting from 11am.

The space is unique, preferably for mature working professionals couples,traveling nurses ,ladies, etc on vacay for six flags or whatever the occasion may arise.

The home has a relaxing feel with different themes for each guest room in case this room is not available try a few other rooms by clicking on the profile .

There is an apartment downstairs and ensuite guest room upstairs as well as this room number 2 with room number 3 adjacent to it .

Read all the rules of the home to familiarize yourself with the requirements as well as confirm with the host that you did read them .

There is a lovely patio upstairs and lots of seating lounge space outdoors . In case you want to go out for a run its safe to do so as well .

Sweet-water Creek State Park is also located a few miles away in case you want a day getaway that is about six to ten minutes away from your vacay stay!

You don’t want to miss out on this beautiful 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home located on a spacious lot with an unfinished basement in Southwest Atlanta 12 mins from the Airport and 20mins from mid town Atlanta. As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious foyer with hardwood floors that lead to an open-concept living and dining areas, butler’s retreat perfect place to relax. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite countertops, stainless steel.

Private basement Air BnB ran by our 3 daughters, ages 12 to 16. Private entrance located in the rear of the house. Attached deck that overlooks our wooded backyard, and the 85 acre wooded property located behind us. Active household upstairs. Check in: 3p-10p, check out 10a.

The space
Finished basement, with private bathroom and separate entrance and open common area. There is a second bedroom, which is used for storage. The room you will rent has a privacy lock, but not a key lock. Wifi is available, but no TV. (Wifi works, but sometimes struggles. If you need to video call, etc, not a good fit.) Private entrance is located at the rear of the house, which is down a gradual 3-step decline along right side of the house. We have a large dog and have a home office, which is not typically noisy, but if you are in need of completely perfect silence (during the day), this miiiiiiight not be the place for you. This is an active house with 3 teenagers, so you will hear us walking around, etc upstairs. We have two dogs on site, an old Cocker-mutt who is mostly inside and a Rottweiler COVID-Pup, who LOVES people and other dogs/cats. (Both sleep inside at night.) If the guest prefers, we offer to put the pup inside when you come and go. (If he is not already inside.) If you bring your furbaby, we ask no sleeping on the bed/furniture, and crated if you go somewhere without them.

Four steps down from the main level take you to the lower level of a split level home consisting of a large room, 2 clothes closets, and a full bathroom with a large cabinet for storing stuff. Three windows provide much light, and a sliding glass door opens onto an outdoor patio where you can take your meals, do some exercise or just sit and relax, providing the weather permits. The entire area gives off a soothing atmosphere and exudes an aura of peace and tranquility.

Pets are to be crated once you leave the apartment they are not allowed to run freely in the apartment as they may soil the carpets or tear furniture.

You will hear a small thump after using the shower etc no worries that is the basement sump pump at work.

For added security there is camera surveillance on the top of the steps inside the home and outdoors as well as a Ring-doorbell .

Your toilet has a number one and number two button ,left for number one and right for number two ,

Frying foods is not allowed downstairs ,use of spicy seasonings etc leaves a scent that is hard to get rid of so please try not doing so .

Please do not sleep with the decorator pillows use regular pillows

There is a large trash can outside of the house you are welcome to dispose all your accumulated trash outside daily. failing to do so this leads to bugs During longer stays please maintain the apartment by vacuuming i/cleaning etc .
