The kitchenette is stocked with everything you need, including cookware for the hotplate and microwave, air fryer, toaster, and crockpot, as well as dinnerware, glasses, and coffee mugs for four. Wake up to your morning brew with the provided Keurig coffee maker, along with starter coffee pods, tea bags, creamer, and sugar. An under-counter refrigerator with a small freezer adds convenience for longer stays, though you may need to replenish supplies during your visit.

Outdoor Bliss

During warmer months, the private courtyard is a delightful spot to enjoy coffee, wine, or beer at a bistro table, with string lights creating a romantic atmosphere. A citronella pot keeps pests at bay, and a grill is available for use during your stay.

Please note, since we are in a wooded area, you might want to bring some bug spray to enhance your comfort.

Directly across from Onoville Marina, this adorable 2 bedroom cabin gives you all the amenities you'll need after spending a day on Kinzua! King bed, Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, Washer/dryer, bathroom with tub/shower, and a view that can't be beat from the front porch! Small propane gas grill included.

Our stay consisted of being on the lake most of the day and docking our boat at Onoville Marina. -We were able to get a dock for a few days and park our trailer in the marina parking lot. The driveway for the cabin could be difficult to back a trailer into, and you are on a hill as well. -You can walk to your dock from the cabin. the road was not too busy to cross, and you have good sight either way. If you needed to drive down, you would pay for parking for the day. A fantastic home base for boating on the lake. the cabin was so comfortable and inviting after a day out. We enjoyed the large porch to sit under and the new fireplace patio is really nice."

Other Things to Note:
Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months. We tend to get a lot of snow and do our best to keep the driveways clear. However, our driveways are hilly and may be difficult to get up them without four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. If you do get stuck please let us know, we do have the means to pull you out. Please be mindful that we can't assist between the hours of 8pm and 6am and there may be an extra fee if we assist multiple times during your stay.

Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, just a 20 minute-drive to Jamestown. This unique home is located near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. Our home is only 10 miles to home of Lucille Ball, and the National Comedy Center. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park.
Relax by the fire, fish, swim, and kayak in the 2 acre pond, and just enjoy the scenery. Our home is unique with a very relaxing atmosphere. All Guests can swim, and kayak in the pond with a signed waiver, and release form.

- "A lovely stay!" - "The house was beautiful with lots of character and was very comfortable. The private side porch was wonderful. The host was very attentive with texts messages and we had no issues. The upstairs has window AC units in both bedrooms and there is one window AC unit downstairs (but not in the bedroom). The grill works wonderfully and we did plenty of cooking out there. All the appliances worked. The jacuzzi tub in the master suite was nice. We had three cars in the driveway and with a little strategic parking was able to get it setup to where we didn't have to move any other car to get any of them out, so that was nice. Had a group of seven adults and although this advertises "sleeps seven", we had to use an air mattress for our seventh. There's a little spare room off the downstairs bathroom that worked great as a private fourth bedroom for the guy using the air mattress. I'm not really sure why they don't just put a bed in there. There are two queens and a trundle that has a full as the top bed. I'd say the max for adults would be six with no kids and maybe five with two kids. But as long as you know that going in, you're good. We knew we were going to need an air mattress and so we brought it. All good. We would absolutely stay there again even if we had to bring an air mattress again for the seventh."

We're located near the Chautauqua County snowmobile and horse trails and our cabin is closest to the Boutwell Hill trailhead. We are also conveniently located between Fredonia and Jamestown. We'd be happy to share some local attractions and restaurants to check out during your stay with us!

Enjoy off grid living in this beautifully decorated cabin in the hills of Western NY. Scenic views in every direction. Watch the deer and other wildlife from the porch as well as the buggies plodding by. This is the perfect place to unplug and relax. There is NO running water or facilities. There is an outhouse and plenty of water provided in 5 gallon jugs. This is camping! Not accessible during the winter when there is snow - driveway is not maintained.

It’s a masterpiece you just have to experience for yourself. A simple review will never do it justice, but I have tried. This place is a true breath of fresh air, and the hosts feel just like family. 11/10 stars hands down!! The price for this little slice of heaven is incredible, to boot! Unique village, quite town. Very close to Seneca Nation Casino only 15 min drive. Skiing in Ellicottville is 20 mins away. Pat McGee trail access for hiking. Close to Springville, Ny for shopping. Many parks and other activities found only in the enchanted mountains of cattaraugus, such as Little Rock City, and Sculpture Park to name a few.

It was clean from top to bottom, very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. There were games to play and cozy furniture! We plan to stay here yearly!!" - "we gathered friends and family to celebrate mom’s birthday. The first night was a blast as we left our kids at home and had some grown up fun around the campfire. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to make dinner. The coffee pot was key in the morning as we enjoyed our coffee on the back porch, enjoying the sound of the bubbling brook near by. A few of our adult friends went home after one night and our children joined us for the second day. We enjoyed a hike through the woods, the kids ran free on the grass, and had running races around the huge wrap around porch. We really enjoyed our free range children running free. The cabin is beautifully designed. It functions amazingly with the out door porch for boots, the stone patio to help keep it clean, many doors, and perfect furniture to make the most efficient use of the cozy space. It is also beautiful in its materials as there is not one piece of drywall or one speck of paint. The all natural wood looks and feels amazing. My only complaint is the 2 day minimum stay. I’d love to come back for a day of sledding with the children and friends but, only spend one night. If you are looking to spend 2 or more nights in a cozy cottage with room to sleep extra friends, this is a nice option."

There was a list of things to do upon entering which was great (I’m a local but moved long time ago) The only downside was the beds. They are very hard and I had to lay on pillows for some sort of relief. - "Pictures do not do this place justice- what a wonderful home for a family camping trip! Just minutes from Allegheny State Park, the house was in a perfect location. It was conveniently stocked with all the amenities needed, including a smart tv (which was necessary for the little ones on a rainy day). We enjoyed the large living space, the grill, outdoor sitting area, and the fire pit perfectly placed for stargazing. Thank you to the host for being so quick and helpful when we had questions. Couldn’t have had a better family weekend!"

- "Okay so this was quite the experience. I'm not really sure what i can say. First things first they need a sign directing folks to their site. It was long and time consuming trying to figure it out. When we pulled up it was sketchy because we drove down this hill to a bunch of rvs. Some rotted out, houses completely destroyed from the outside. It was definitely not at all what I expected. I was nervous but we wasn't going to be able to get our money back. The view directly in front of our RV was pretty beautiful. I can't lie. Its the eye sores all around. The bedding was definitely not clean i have to add. It seemed to be old and have a old smell to them. Some fixing up and add in will have this space much better. "

There is a semi-private courtyard with lighting, full upper back deck. Our rentals have all the coziness of home within a peaceful and relaxing setting. Quiet, secluded, and filled with wild life. There is a Queen-size bed, a full bath, and a kitchenette.

The Kitchenette is fully stocked (cookware for the toaster oven and microwave service for four dinnerware, glasses/coffee mugs. There is a microwave and Coffee Maker for your use. If you plan on cooking during your stay, there is a refrigerator with a small freezer for your use. We provide starter amounts of coffee, creamer, and sugar. The proximity is perfect for day outings at the nearby reservoir or Allegheny State Park.

Fun cabin with Amish all around funny people who might come around to use the phone in the shed. If you don’t like cancel no charge. Don’t think you will.

The space
Cabin with loads of antiques, I collect clocks and watches so several clocks are hanging in the walls. Complete kitchen with exotic pots and pans microwave two small refrigerators dishes paper towels etc. Two bedrooms with one queen size and one full size bed . The interior of cabin is all wood covered electric heat with backup wood stove. Hope you like it.

Other things to note
The area has a lot of Amish shopping and artisan builders. Near some ski areas great access to Buffalo for football games. Hunting and fishing. Not to sound crazy but it’s fun to be around people who actually work for a living. Hope you like it. I live in Staunton Va. long drive but it’s worth it.

Very clean older 2 bedroom home in a nice location near Lily Dale , Cassadaga Lake, Bear lake and Chautauqua Lake , SUNY Fredonia. Walking distance to the Stockton Hotel . Quiet neighborhood. During the winter months great location near the snowmobile trails. Access to trail is up the street by post office and firehall. Driveway will fit standard trailer. Other parking available for larger trailers .

Relax in this cozy creek side house. Located next to a beautiful trout stream on a large peaceful lot. Less than a mile from local ski resort.

The space
The cottage has a cozy living room with 2 large couches and a comfy recliner. One of the couches opens to a comfortable bed. You can relax in front of the electric fireplace and watch the large flat screen tv.
The living room opens into an eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, and wine glasses. There is a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, and a coffee pot that brews a full pot with coffee grounds or one cup with pods.
Bedroom #1 (we call it the Blue Bedroom) has a queen bed, a large dresser with mirror, wall mounted tv, bedside tables with a lamp, a radio, and a window air conditioning unit.
Bedroom #2 (Red Bedroom) has a full sized bed, large dresser, bedside table with lamp, and a window air conditioning unit. This room also has a closet with hangers. The extra linens, pillows, and blankets are in this closet. This room has an attached handicap accessible bathroom with a walk in shower.

Outside:
There are two areas to relax around a fire. Both spots have plenty of wood for your small campfire. One is by the creek. It also has a large picnic table. The other fire pit is just outside the back door. There are chairs around the fire area, a picnic table under a canopy and a gas grill. These are great spaces to enjoy a meal, roast some marshmallows, or just relax in the peaceful nature setting.
