Both cabins have heat and AC. Huge fire pit overlooking pond with cooking grill for the top. Quick 25 minute drive to Ellicottville, NY and Holiday Valley ski resort! Perfect spot for camping, hiking, hunting, winter sports, or just putting your feet up, enjoying the fire and watching the deer take an early morning drink out of the pond. TV's are WIFI capable. We have High speed internet. Both cabins are included in the rental price. Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM.

ABOUT OUR LOCATION:
Bailey’s Beach House is located on Lime Lake (in Delevan, New York). We're an hour south of Buffalo, NY and just a short 15-20 minute scenic drive to Ellicottville, NY (Holiday Valley - Aspen of the East), 40 minutes to Allegany State Park, and 40 minutes to the Salamanca Casino, less than an hour to Letchworth State Park, and an 1&1/2 to Niagara Falls.

Another perk of our cottage is that the entry is at road level. This provides a fantastic view to the lake but also makes it very accessible for those who cannot or would prefer not to walk down dozens of steps to get to the house.

AMENITIES:
Wood-burning fireplace, dock, grill, fire pit, attached garage, recreation room with walkout down to the water, HD TV, Blu Ray DVD player, wireless internet, expansive walk out deck. In the summer we also have a swim platform, a pedal boat, and a kayaks for use by renters (bring your own lifejackets please). Please note that there is not a sand beach on our property but you can walk right out into the water or enter from the dock.

ITEMS TO BRING WITH YOU:
We try to provide everything you will need to get you started on your vacation right away! You only need to bring: food/beverages and personal hygiene products. Not all guests are comfortable with shared linens. We provide all towels and pillows and can provide bedding upon request.

This Renovated duplex is the perfect place to stay, whether your visiting family in Western NY or just visiting to enjoy all of the beauty of our great state. We are approximately 30 minutes from Holiday Valley for some great skiiing, we are just off the snowmobile trail for some great snowmobiling and the ATV and SXS trails are popping up all around us.

This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms plus a loft and two full bathrooms as well as a wraparound deck that overlooks the wooded property, and boasts an outdoor fire pit, wood burning stove and a charm galore!

Seems remote and secluded, but only a short drive to both Holimont and Holiday Valley. The house is well appointed and slept all five of us comfortably (two couples, one single) and we even had a bedroom to spare. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing in Ellicottville, and the wood burning fireplace in the dining room/kitchen area added nice warmth and ambiance. There are enough utensils/supplies in the house to cook, which was a plus for us (plates, silverware, pots/pans, baking dishes). We got 18" of snow between 8pm Sunday night and Monday morning, but the plow service came by in the morning and we were able to get out just fine."

Very private cabin in the woods, Great for gatherings, corp meetings, reunions, small weddings, ski weekends, Golf weekends. Sorry we do not book graduation parties (There are restrictions on amount of guest allow in property).

Close to ski resorts, golf courses and snowmobile trails, 1/4 Mile off the road for privacy. Pond for fishing and swimming, stocked with large mouth bass. Property is vast with many walking trails.

This is a great get away for those who enjoy outdoor fun in the summer by the pond, swim up to the deck in the middle of it, lay out by the grass, take some sun or a winter get away for a nice warm and cozy evening watching the snowflakes fall.

This place was designed originally as a hunting cabin or just for a simple get away and disconnect from the world for a few days and enjoy nature, one thing this place does not have is WIFI, partially for the reason mention above.

- "This cute 3BR 2BA house is very nicely decorated inside. A walkway takes you down to the lake. The place is beautifully secluded for a great getaway. The back deck is great for relaxing. When the first mom arrived, there was no water to the house/ cabin. Within an hour, the owner had someone go figure out the issue (The water had been shut off when they changed a filter and the company forgot to turn back on). The prompt and pleasant response was great! The lake cannot be seen from house, (at bottom of the hill in back yard) but it is a nice clean and quiet place. I wish we could have found the lighter sooner to have a bonfire and smores on back porch! We did make microwave smores with our dancers which was fun anyway! Thank you!"

As you enter the home, walk up one flight of steps to a beautiful spacious kitchen stocked with all your cooking essentials and appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher). The kitchen also contains a microwave, air fryer, mixer, Ninja bullet, blender,coffee bar, cocktail shaker set, dinnerware, flatware, cooking and baking essentials along with a spice rack and olive oil.

Our cozy living room is the perfect place to gather with your family and friends. It has a leather couch, loveseat and chair as well as a coffee table and two end tables. It is the ideal area you can hold conversations or you can sit and enjoy watching your favorite shows on our 65" TV.

In each of the three rooms you will locate a chest of drawers, a 40" TV mounted on the wall as well as a roomy closet. Each bed, has both a mattress protector and pillow protectors located underneath the linens. We provide extra blankets and pillows which can be located in each of the bedroom closets.

As you walk down a set of steps you will find yourself in our fully furnished and spacious basement. You may find yourself enjoying your favorite program on our 65" TV, relaxing on one of our three couches. The other area in the basement contains a wooden high top table (seats 6), games and exercising equipment. We have a variety of board games, 3in1 air hockey, pool table, ping pong table along with a large connect 4 board to chose for your entertainment.

There is outdoor furniture located on our spacious patio for you to enjoy and entertain . Our comfortable outdoor wicker furinture set includes two glider chairs, loveseat, patio sofa and coffee table. You can create the perfect atmosphere for entertainment with our fireplace and gas grill. No matter if you will be taking a nap, curling up for a cozy evening under the stars or gathering around with your family and friends this is the perfect place to do just that!

Cristina was extremely helpful in planning the booking and during our stay when we needed to extend our dates. The home was immaculate. The living and dining area is much bigger and brighter than we imagined from the photos, lots of windows and high volume ceilings, comfortable new-looking seating. The kitchen is also large and very cute, with multiple choices for making coffee and tea, well-stocked with appliances and cookware, many welcoming touches. King bed was very comfortable. Good A/C when needed. The huge lower-level was an added bonus for us, many games and lots of seating and a half-bath, plus spacious laundry room. Siesta Lodge is located in Machias, New York, on Lime Lake. We're an hour south of Buffalo, NY, a short 15-minute scenic drive to Ellicottville, NY (Holiday Valley - Aspen of the East), 40 minutes to Allegany State Park and the Salamanca Casino, less than an hour to Letchworth State Park, and 1.5 hours to Niagara Falls.

Other things to note
In winter months, a 4-wheel drive is recommended as the driveway is very steep.

There is no Internet service in the house, so kick back unplug and relax!

- "The place was cleaned and prepared well, entry and exit was easy, internet and TV worked as did all of the appliances and fixtures. There was a bit of an issue where the heat set itself to 55 when we were sleeping and we woke up freezing as it was 15F that night outside; and the beds were not the most comfortable. We were able to adjust the thermostat easily however. I do love the location and in the future I would go there as a romantic or small family getaway, and not with friends - as 'sleeps 5' assumes people are sharing beds and taking a couch."

The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
