Not too far out, but enough to get that country feel! This old home has lots of charm and character. Close to many wedding venues, golf courses and only 15 minutes from Darien Lake. This home also offers a large backyard with a firepit and a few decks to choose from to sit and relax on.

The layout is a little quirky because the home is old, but we tried to make it as cozy as possible! All new pillow top mattresses and pillows to sink into at the end of the day. There’s a first floor bedroom and full bathroom with bathtub for any guests that can’t do stairs.

Dogs welcome, there is a fee of 30$/per dog, the yard is only partially fenced in, and it is a busy road- so if your dog likes to wander please bring a cable/tie out or keep your dog leashed when outside.

If you’re in one of the other 2 rooms upstairs and need to use the facilities in the middle of the night, you’re either tiptoeing through someone else’s room or navigating old, slightly uneven, twisty stairs to go to the first floor. We made it work but just be aware of this when making room assignments. Otherwise we were very comfortable, had great communication from the host, and throughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!"

Master King Bedroom:
Includes a king bed and twin beds, one of which is in a former sewing annex with a built-in 1947 wall ironing board and walk-in closet. The original soft pine floors from the 1860s and vintage 1940s shutters add charm. Shares a hallway bathroom with the Canopy Room.

Rose Room:
Named after my daughter, whose rose artwork decorates the space. Features a queen bed, electric fireplace, and en suite bathroom with new tile and a hand-thrown vessel sink crafted by my husband Jack.

Canopy Room:
Located in the older part of the house, it features exposed beams, a queen canopy bed, antique furniture, and milk glass accents. Once servant quarters in the 1940s, it still has a steep, unused back staircase. Shares a hallway bath with the Master King room. Guests often call it the most romantic room.

The dining/living room is perfect for enjoying takeout or catered meals from 9 nearby restaurants—all within walking distance—offering everything from burgers and pizza to gourmet dishes. A house binder includes menus and recommendations. There’s also a small farm brewery close by, run by my husband!

This kitchen is a true throwback, installed in1947—original cabinetry, brick walls likely from the 1800s, and many vintage items on display and for your use. It includes countertop appliances: a 2-burner induction cooktop, George Foreman Grill, cottage-size fridge, vintage wall oven (from 1955—and still working!), microwave, Keurig (pods provided), coffee pot, toaster, and blender. We provide vintage dishes, mugs, bowls, silverware, wine glasses, and all kinds of coffee and sweeteners. No dishwasher—so please wash what you use. Cleaning supplies and trash bags are provided.

Just beyond the kitchen is the home's original room, with a large fireplace and rocking chairs. The unpainted plaster walls are original. In winter, we’ll prepare your first wood fire for free, using hardwood from our property. A small fee applies for extra fires. We’ll show you how to safely enjoy it when you arrive.

We recently added a Smart TV in the living room. Please remember your own passwords to the streaming services you prefer. Our space invites families to talk over a puzzle, play games and enjoy the area. Several of our guests mentioned they didn't even turn on the TV, but really enjoyed the puzzle on the piano!

Like I said, the property is a work in progress. You might see us in the barn outback, working in there to open a ceramic studio. Currently there are several pieces of pottery in the house that Jack made, some even are for sale. We hope in the summer to offer "Come and Play in Clay...and Stay!" There are 4 spacious bedrooms and an additional bedroom with a smaller bed. The full wet bar in the basement with dartboard, pool table and tons of games was great! There is plenty of room in the yard to play yard games. Central AC was our friend. Plenty of room for my whole family to sit around the living room and play a few games and make a few puzzles before bed! It shares acreage with the hosts residence and a rental yurt within relatively close proximity to the cabin. Both are far enough away to give you some privacy, but close enough to know you aren’t alone. The spacing is similar to that of a public campground. When I was originally planning this getaway the intention was to not be around people for a little while. So I was a little disappointed sharing parking spots with people staying In the yurt next door and felt like we interrupted a large party with dozens of people in a party tent near the hosts residence as we drove by to get to the cabin. Any disappointment I had though was quickly dismissed once we got to the cabin. As far as the cabin itself goes. It’s perfect. It has everything you need for those that prefer glamping over roughing it. The host was great as far as communication, and the check in process was simple. There is a recreational pond and fire pit very close to the cabin for any outdoor activities you may want to do. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quaint getaway."

This house is very unique as it is on world famous spring creek. Comes with 47 acres to hike and explore. Also The quaint little village of Alden, home of the black water bath. There are many restaurants and shops to explore in the village. A short dive away from Darien lake and Niagara Falls. The surrounding area has so much to explore.

Pet rules. Dogs only no cats. Must messages to get pet approval before booking. Dogs are not allowed downstairs as there is wall to wall carpeting. If dogs go downstairs there is an additional cleaning fee of $1500.00. If there is excessive cleaning cause by pet (hair, dirt, mud) there will be an extra $1500.00 cleaning fee. Dog must be well behaved and potty trained. Owner of dog will be held liable for any damages caused by pet. Guests are expected to leave the house with the same cleanliness they found it. If there is excessive cleaning there will be a charge of $1500.00. (fee is per night)

If a party is thrown there will be an extra $2000.00 fee.

We are a fully licensed Airbnb with the Town of Clarence - license number 2021-01 (expires 08/15/2023). Loretta is a licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN), and is trained in infection control. Loretta personally supervises the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of the entire apartment. We use EPA-Registered hospital disinfectant products (MadaCide), sanitize all bed linens, and use the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) while cleaning the apartment.

Set back from the road in the quiet town of Marilla, right in the backyard of Buffalo, NY. 15 minutes to East Aurora and only 30 minutes to the city of Buffalo. Surrounded by a treed lot, with private pond and connected to snowmobile trails - there's something to enjoy for every season.

The main floor is up on the second level with an open floor plan that provides a large area for the kitchen, dining room family room. This floor has two full bathrooms. The lower level is a large walkout basement with a dry bar, game area/lounge, and laundry and full bath. You will also find the bedroom with bunkbeds on the lower level while the others are on the main second level. Each bed has washable mattress and pillow protectors.

The backyard has a fire-pit on a generous paved patio, back deck with gas grill and a large pond that is over 200 yards long with bass, perch, bluegills and koi. The front of the house has a large deck overlooking woods. As soon as snow begins to fall the dock will be removed from the pond each year and placed back once warmer weather resumes.

We tried to make the space as kid friendly as possible - we have kids cups, silverware, dishes and a booster seat. We also have a rollaway memory foam bed if you have a toddler that you'd like to sleep ground level and or in the same room as you. The downstairs bunk room is designed with kids in mind. The beds sit low to the ground so that the overall height is not too tall and have a safety rail for the top bunk. If you need a pack and play, highchair or any other needs please let us know so we can provide what you need!

Please note this house is NOT to be used for parties outside of family related events. No underage drinking or ANY smoking is permitted. NO pets.

- "The main st is a little loud but the house is nicely decorated. It has everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay." - "We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was immaculate! Furnishings were very nice and everything was in great condition! She left us bottled water and snacks which was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is that at least one of the bedrooms have a TV. With multiple people staying there and different age groups it would have been nice to have at least one more TV than just the one in the living room. Location was great.
