Upstairs:
There are three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and their own television for streaming your favorite movies from your own personal accounts. There is also one full bath upstairs that has a tub with shower, a linen closet, and a lighted mirror.
The "Steamer Trunk" room has an authentic steamer trunk dresser with drawers, as well as a closet.
The "Steam Pink" Alice-in-Wonderland-style bedroom has a walk-in closet with a large dresser.
The "Steam Punk" Victorian-style room has a dresser, closet, and a chandelier and an electric fireplace for added warmth and ambiance.

Downstairs:
The living room has ample seating with its inviting couch and love seat, as well as a custom-made-steam-punk style bar with eight comfortable bar stools to accommodate your group for a large dinner, or a movie on the living room TV.
If you'd rather watch something different or snuggle up with a book, the leather couch invites you into the "Pirate's Cove" den. This couch folds out into a full/ double bed, and the doors on either side of the room provide privacy for a good-night's sleep.
The downstairs also has a full bath with shower, as well as a half bath.
The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans; baking sheet and cooling rack; casserole dish; mixing bowls; cooking utensils; turkey-size roasting pan; and service for eight of plates, bread plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and silverware. There is a refrigerator, gas stove with convection oven, dishwasher, Kurig, toaster, and microwave.
If you're looking for space for gaming, or yet another choice of movie from your own personal streaming account, the family room in the basement is equipped with television, futon couch, and card table. The basement also has a washer and dryer for your use. (We ask that you please do not use the side door that leads to the driveway on the landing to the basement stairs.)

Guests have access to the front porch, living room, den, family room, kitchen, all bathrooms and bedrooms, laundry area, driveway, and back yard. Please do not use the side door that leads to the driveway. The garage is not open for guest use.

This 3-bedroom/ 3-bath home has a full kitchen with stackable washer/ dryer, dining space in our "speakeasy," a living room (with optional folding dining table), and a backyard with picnic table and BBQ. Each suite also has its own kitchenette with 10 cu. ft fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as its own private bathroom. All bedrooms, as well as the living room, have their own TVs where you can enter your own personal info and stream your favorite movies. Handicap accessibility includes parking, wheelchair lift, private suite with accessible ADA bathroom, and accommodations made in the kitchen and speakeasy for counter height space underneath.
Guest access
The back yard has seating, a BBQ, and a cement patio for smooth access to the wheelchair lift (please notify us ahead if this will be needed so can coordinate for instructions). The driveway is able to fit 2-3 cars, one in front of the other. There is free parking on the same side of the street as the house.
Other things to note
The limit according to the local code department on this house is six people, due to the main-floor accessible bedroom and bath in lieu of common space area.

Eat out at the authentic international restaurants or one of the many chain restaurants found within minutes on the Vestal Parkway, or relax and have food delivered from one of the close-by area restaurants.

UPSTAIRS: two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, walk-in closets, and memorabilia that will take you back to the TV shows, music, and household items of the fifties. One queen room has an adjoining door to the third bedroom with bunk beds and throwbacks to being a kid with Howdy Doody, Roy Rogers, jacks and dominos. All bedrooms have their own TV where you can stream your favorite movies from your own private accounts. Upstairs there is also a spacious closet with plenty of towels, as well as bedding for the futon couch in the living room. The full bathroom has a tub with shower.
DOWNSTAIRS: Sleep in the bedroom with single bed, or on the futon couch. There is plenty of seating on the two couches in the living room, as well as at the custom soda bar surrounded with black-and-white-checkered tile. The dining room comfortably seats six and the china hutch holds serving dishes for your holiday meal.
The coat room has a place to remove your shoes, hang your coat, and grab a board game from inside the bench seat.
The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans, casserole dishes, cookie sheet and rack, and plenty of dishes. You will also find a refrigerator with a freezer for your ice cream, an electric stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Kurig coffee maker, and a toaster. Off the kitchen is a half-bath with a stackable washer-dryer.
The covered patio is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon BBQ while playing in the back yard. (The garage is not for guest use.)

Enjoy easy access to everything from your centrally located home base. Perfect for a medical professional, this second floor apartment is spacious with retro touches and modern comforts. Traveling medical professionals agree our place is quite convenient and comfortable. UHS Wilson Medical Center is a 2 minute(!) commute; and it's a quick hop over to Binghamton General, Binghamton's Guthrie Lourdes Hospital or Vestal's Binghamton University.

The space
Why not have a great place to spread out and relax after working; or when visiting friends or family? Instead of a stuffy hotel room, you'll have a full kitchen, comfy living room and bedroom all to yourself, and wait until you see the office with it's cool vibe :)
This great neighborhood is close to everything and the highway's close by to take you to all the Triple Cities offers in a flash.
Johnson City is the "Home of the Square Deal", and you'll find 20th century charm in this apartment along with 21st century necessities like wifi, a 55" Toshiba Fire TV, 'Alexa', and keyless entry.
You may hear some highway noise, since Route 17 is behind the two story/two family house. (Soothing sound machine is provided in the bedroom.) The bedroom and living room have room darkening/noise suppressing drapes. There's off-street parking in the driveway right next to your entrance.
Great long-term tenants live downstairs and I am close by if needed.
So many of our guests have told us that the apartment proved to be a peaceful place for them to stay. We hope you'll join them and book today!

Having a car is the easiest way to get around, but BC Transit does provide bus service in the area. The Greater Binghamton Airport is just a few miles away with expanded flight options!

Other things to note
Food shopping is a breeze with Aldi and Wegmans within a mile or two. Enjoy yummy meals and fun at our local restaurants like Food & Fire, Factory/Beer Tree Brew, Cacciatore's and more here on the North side of Johnson City; and then over to Binghamton, Vestal and all points in between, there's plenty of local and chain options. Of course, there's a McDonalds, Dunkin' Donuts, and other quick grab spots close by including Panera and Chipotle.

Our home is a Newly Renovated 2 story Townhouse originally built in the mid 20th century. Your suite entryway is located North side/ rear of our home and consists of 4 steps that leads to the entry, the interior of the home has no steps

Your brand new Private Suite behind your own private entry door will have you feeling at home, with a warm & refreshing, clean and modern vibe within your living space. Unpack your wardrobe into the large closets on microfiber hangers or utilize the hanging storage space for those folded clothing items.

Just a few steps further and you’ll find yourself in your brand new modern kitchen with a soft airy feel featuring a kitchen fully stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils one would require. Enjoy tea from the tea kettle, Keurig coffee, or a fruit smoothie from the blender. Fully equipped for breakfast in bed, lunch filled with delights & oven cooked satisfying dinners.

Turn down the lighting, set the end table touch lighting to your desired liking and plug your HDMI phone charger into the convenient ports, no worries if you forgot your charging block. Enjoy the super comfy, plush couch while emerging yourself into the 65” wall mounted HD Smart TV. It’s important to remember our home is a townhome that consists of an upper and lower home within the one building. There are also two townhomes at the rear of the building, located on the lower level of the home.
This home is located in a portion of the building that does not have homes above it but next to it.

Please keep in mind that your private suite is located in the Rear/ North side of the townhome with its own private entryway.

There is a shared common wall that divides our townhome into separate private homes. You may at times hear some low conversation and/or movement from our guests located within the other Private portions of the townhome.

Parking:
There are designated parking spots for each of the four homes located within the townhome building. Designated parking, must be abide by or you will run the risk of being towed at your expense. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as it’s important that we maintain sufficient parking for each of our guests within each respective townhome.
