It’s 10 minutes to Chenango Valley State Park, under 7 miles to Broome Community College; 9 miles to downtown Binghamton, 10 miles to Binghamton University, about an hour from the Finger Lakes wine area, and 29 miles from Greek Peak--you can't miss when you book here!

The cabin sleeps 7, the number of booked guests is very important to me, as this will impact my cleaning/turnover time and help required to do this effectively, so please book accurately, and thank you! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!! Incorrect bookings acknowledge a $500 penalty (and I will catch this, outdoor surveillance) and I will request immediate departure with no refund. This has been a recent large problem and I won’t tolerate it.

The property is located on State Street in the Downtown Binghamton Art District. Truly a "downtown" apartment - the center of Downtown Binghamton is the intersection of Court St. and State St about 1 block from this apartment. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor up one flight of stairs. It features 12 ft tall ceilings, interior brick walls and an open floor concept. Built in 1890, you can feel the history of this space, combined with the modern-industrial design as soon as you enter.

The kitchen features a stainless steel island perfect for cook prep and sit-down meals. The open concept allows your group to gather in the living room TV / kitchen / dining area all together with plenty of space and seating to go around.

The 200 sq. ft patio is spacious and features a hammock and sitting area that is great for reading and relaxing.

The main bedroom features a queen sized bed while the second bed (also queen size) is located "studio-style" on one side of the living area. There are dresser drawers and a hanging rack for clothes storage.

Safely located in the heart of Binghamton's lively & historic downtown district just seconds from some of the nicest restaurants and attractions in town. Within a 5-minute walk you will find fine dining, casual lunch dining, diners, coffee shops, retail shopping, shopping boutiques, wine shops, cocktail bars, beer on tap, rooftop bars, speakeasies, convenience stores, the performing arts theatre, the downtown hockey stadium, the downtown baseball stadium and the Greyhound Bus Station. Perfectly located to enjoy Binghamton's First Friday art showcase events on the first Friday of each month. Binghamton University is a short 10-minute drive, with a bus stop just out front of the building. Interstates 81, 86, and 88 are within a 5-minute drive. Binghamton Airport is 15 minutes away and Syracuse Airport is about 1 hour. Bus station across the street.

Please note: This location is safe - I live on the top floor of this building and park my car out back and have never had any issues. Just like any city, there are some curious characters you may see walking around, but I have never had any issues with crime, safety etc.

There is a free parking space included with this listing located in the parking lot directly behind the building. Guests can get around by walking (there are many bars, restaurants, events, shows, activities all within a 5-minute walk). Additionally, there is a bus stop right in front of the building and Uber is also readily available if needed.

To access the space you will park in the parking lot behind the building. You will be provided lock codes for entry. The apartment is up one flight of stairs.

I had the chance to stop in the coffee shop on the same block and grab a coffee for the 10-12 minutes walk. Walking back at night there are bars and restaurants open and people around. The apt was a 2nd floor unit and a walk-up.The space was huge and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and well-stocked with more than adequate essentials outside of what you can bring in. I liked the paper plate options in one cabinet.The living space had 2 couches and several chairs. The ROKU TV was great! And internet was provided along with access instructions and a password.The beds were very comfortable and clean.The bathroom and shower were great and well-supplied if you needed anything. There was a 1/2 bath on the first floor hallway if you ever felt you needed more privacy.The water pressure was great, and there was plenty of hot-water available for my needs.Owner Owen was communicative and that was much appreciated and accommodated me with my arrival times in Binghamton for my event. THE APARTMENT:

The apartment, completely private and located in a historical building, is beautifully decorated and features original 1800's tin tile ceilings, stunning window architecture, an arcade machine for some added fun, an oversized kitchen with quartz counters / bar seating, two full size bathrooms and a breathtaking walk-in shower. Staying in this space downtown is an experience in and of its own.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a twin sized floor mattress with sheets (which can be easily moved to living room if needed), 12-ft ceilings, and direct access to a beautiful master bathroom that features a beautiful walk in shower.

I live right next to the loft so I am often times readily and quickly available if needed.

1) NO SMOKING INSIDE: VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AND AN ADDITIONAL $1,000 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO "DE-SMOKE" THE LOFT.

2) NO PARTIES: $150 PER ADDITIONAL GUEST PER NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED FOR GUESTS THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED ON THE RESERVATION. THERE ARE HALLWAY AND PARKING LOT CAMERAS INSTALLED TO MONITOR THIS ACTIVITY.

3) All visitors to the loft must be approved by host - simple text / communication is fine. I am okay with visitors as long as they are communicated and there are not parties.

4) Quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM

5) No Shoes in the loft - please remove shoes in the entryway

Hello Again-- I'm Back! As a previous Superhost I was closed for updating our 1840's farmhouse to bring it up to date and even more comfortable and inviting to guests! Immersed in nature yet close (5 min. drive) to grocery store and restaurants. This 1840's farmhouse has been recently updated with new kitchen, flooring, appliances, and more. You will enjoy looking out the windows at beautiful trees and fields, or taking a walk in the woods behind the house.

Beautiful home located a few minutes walk from downtown Binghamton and a six minutes drive from Binghamton university. House has an enclosed patio and two big yards, one at the back and another on the side. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood within a walking distance of Weis market, Rite Aid and several banks and gas stations. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen furnished with stainless steel appliances and stocked with pots, pans, plates and some spices. A nice cozy living room!

If you are looking for a new built, this home is not for you but if you are looking for a beautifully renovated and restored friendly home, then you are at the right place. We kept as many of the original furnishings as possible and adopted environmentally friendly principles, by restoring and reusing as many things as possible.

There's wifi throughout the home for you to work and relax. There's Netflix, HBO and lots of streaming apps. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics so you can cook during those times you don't want to eat out. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet but close to everything. You are less than 10 minutes to Binghampton University and the Malls. Rite Aid Pharmacy and Weis market are a walking distance. My home is about 2 miles from the Interstate. There are plenty of towels in the bathroom and beds and sheets are comfortable. There are three bedrooms, four beds in the home. One queen bed, two double beds and a twin bed.

There is a beautiful vegetable garden we are growing on the property and a big yard at the back that guests are welcome to use. Be aware that we are still doing a lot of external works, planting trees for fencing and landscaping.
