Rise and shine in the picturesque rolling foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, with our roosters' crows (or draw the shades and black-out curtains and sleep in, the chickens aren't really that loud!). Enjoy provided farm-fresh eggs for breakfast and relax on the oversized covered porch with a cup of complimentary Keurig-style coffee or cocoa. Perhaps a baby lamb or goat kid will join your party? When in season, various garden-fresh produce may be available - taste the difference! - "We stayed here with our family of four, and loved EVERY MINUTE! The property sits just minutes outside of the main town, perfectly situated! Located on an expansive and quiet plot of land, you have beautiful fields surrounding the home, friendly neighbors, and tons of privacy! The house has 3 large bedrooms, all with very beautifully decorated queen beds that were super comfortable! The bedrooms are large enough to support any extras your family may need to bring along (playpen, etc), and we were even surprised to see they also provided a toddler bed & crib/changing table combo for us to use! Plenty of closet space, large comfortable living room, beautiful dining room, & a full size kitchen! Laundry, 3 full bathrooms, and an adorable fully stocked coffee station provide everything you could need to be comfortable here as a couple or as a large family! I would happily bring the grandparents or extended family along for our next visit!! Everything was very carefully considered, and very well planned out. The owners clearly put a lot of attention into making guests comfortable; tons of outlets, lamps in every room, TV, wi-fi, and even ice in the freezer! I know these seem like small things, but when you travel with small children, these tiny touches make all the difference. Our favorite part was sitting on the large attached front porch at sunset, and just chatting and enjoying the view! DO NOT MISS THIS HIDDEN GEM! - "We traveled to see my brother and his family. I choose this house because it was handicap accessible for my Mom and pet friendly for my dog. It has a beautiful yard. 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. One of the living rooms has a daybed for an extra place to sleep mainly for a child. 2 televisions and a few games are provided. Kitchen has nice cookware and a new gas stove. Good location, not far from downtown, restaurants and shopping. A few exists away from my favorite place on Earth which is the Cumberland Falls. Great place for hiking and a picnic. Main Street and the surrounding area can be very noisy when there are sirens passing by day and night.
