All beds have memory foam mattresses that are at least 10 inches thick. A baby gate is set up in the living room at the bottom of the stairs. Fenced back yard for dogs. Grill in garage for guest use. Enjoy downtown Midland and then relax on the couch with multiple streaming apps for your use. Within 10 minute walk to Dow Gardens (admission there includes Tree Canopy walk) and the Center for the Arts, 15 minute walk to Main Street for great food and drinks and occasional live music or outdoor movies during the summer. Thrune Park (small splash park) is a 10 minute walk. Easy to get on to M-20 for a trip to the Soaring Eagle Casino for a show or some slot machines and blackjack.

The three bedrooms include beds of the following sizes: a king in the master bedroom, a queen size in room 2, and a queen size bed in room 3. The dining table seats six people (8 if needed), and the bathrooms both include a tub/shower combination. A wash room with a counter for folding clothes and a washer/dryer are available for your convenience. The kitchen is furnished with custom cabinets, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils.

GARAGE PARKING: Guests will also have access to in-garage parking with two stalls if needed for inclement weather. Overflow parking is available in two paved parking areas.

ARTWORK, ARCHITECTURE, & OWNER: The home is full of artwork and photography, created by the owner and host, Clark Most. Clark is a graphic designer, photographer-artist and architectural enthusiast who designed and built the home in 2006-2007, and you can learn about some of his work with a simple search on your computer.

INTERACTION WITH OWNER: Clark, the property owner, is often out of town. When he is in town, he may access the lower level, which is completely separate from the upper level and has its own entrance. He also has another nearby home where he often stays. Clark respects your privacy and will avoid contact unless initiated by you. If you do need to reach him for any reason, he is happy to help.

Most guests never meet Clark, but he is always glad to say hello and enjoys chatting if you’re interested.

Our space is a ranch style single family property with two bedrooms and one bathroom. One queen bedroom and one twin bunk room that has a twin bed with a trundle pull out that makes TWO total twin beds.

The living room has a 75 inch screen tv and a dual reclining genuine leather couch. So you won't miss out on game day.. Enjoy access to our fully equipped kitchen to make all of your meals in house if you so choose! A coffee station including travel cups, sugar, tea and coffee is provided, along with access to full size washer and dryer if you need to do laundry during your trip.

The house is secured with a smart lock deadbolt that guests can choose a four digit code to use during their stay.

Crabtree Place is a family-friendly travel experience. We are a non-smoking and pet-free property, with 10 PM outdoor quiet hours (respectable voice levels are acceptable). The house is fully stocked with towels and bedding/pillows all of which have been laundered especially for each guest down to the mattress and pillow protectors and each layer of bedding. You won't need to worry about cuddling up under the blankets and comforters here. They are fresh each time just for you. We provide 2 toilet paper rolls for each bathroom and 1 paper towel roll. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and hand soap from a local shop are provided. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, toaster, blender, wine opener, and a pour-over Chemex coffee carafe with a hot water kettle. We provide Chemex coffee filters, locally roasted coffee, and tea from a locally-owned tea lounge. There are 32" televisions in each bedroom, a 55" TV in the living room, and a 55" TV in the basement funk lounge, each with Roku. PLEASE BRING your logins for your streaming services. Rokus are set up for “guest mode” so you can log in and be automatically logged out at noon on the day of your departure. ROKU has some free options for your watching pleasure if you do not have streaming subscriptions. No local TV service is provided.

The house is 20-30 minutes from Mt Pleasant and/or Midland, close to Chippewa and Pine River for kayaking or tubing, not far from Dow Gardens or the Tridge, and less than 20 minutes from the Chippewa Nature Center. Buck's Run Golf Course is only 12 miles away and Soaring Eagle Casino is 15.5 miles.

Schambra House is a renovated 1935 home in a well-established family-friendly neighborhood. Designed by Lewis Stevens who studied under America's most significant architect, Frank Lloyd Wright. In 1934, Wright passed his craft onto Lewis Everett Stevens at the Taliesin Fellowship. In the year following the training, Mr. Stevens created this house for the Schambra family. Stevens left us an architectural gift, and we have renovated it to share with you. Welcome, to Schambra House. Superb architecture has a way of communicating with you at an emotional level as you move from room to room. You will find Schambra House to be a space inviting you to experience your emotional journey. Midland is a town filled with many Mid-Century Modern delights. Many were created by Alden B. Dow, a cohort of Lewis Stevens at the Taliesin Fellowship. To our knowledge, Schambra House is the only Midland property, inspired by Wright’s apprenticeship, available for short-term stays. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, toaster, blender, wine opener, and three ways to make coffee along with a hot water kettle for tea. We provide locally roasted coffee and tea. There are 42" televisions in each bedroom, and 55" televisions in the living room and rec room, each with Roku. PLEASE BRING your logins for your streaming services. Rokus are set up for “guest mode” so you can log in and be automatically logged out at noon on the day of your departure. There is a Keurig in the kitchen and you're welcome to coffee tea, hot chocolate or oatmeal in the morning as well as bananas or apples in the copper bowl on the island. A breakfast snack and a water are complementary in your room and additional snacks and drinks are available for purchase. New: Bring down or drop your sheets/towels after your visit and leave by stairs to earn a free beverage from the guest refrigerator. Help yourself!

We have 3 cruiser bikes to rent for $25 day. There are also Rental bikes along the bike path behind the senior center @ Saginaw and Dublin's East side (across from Midland Brewing Co. City Forest offers Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Sledding and Twin Toboggan Runs as well as equipment rental including mountain bikes as well for the warmer seasons. Guest may also enjoy touring Dow Gardens which is 10 minutes away.

Our home is located south of Saginaw Avenue near Dublin Avenue. To the west is Mid Michigan hospital & Northwood U campus . 10 minutes from Dow and Mainstreet activities in 12 minutes from the tennis center. Bike rentals are available from us or on Dublin Street where you can ride the bike trail downtown or all the way to Clare. There is a fresh farmers market downtown starting in May every Saturday morning 8-1 and Wednesday at four during the summer months. An Amish Cheese house opened east of Clare how about 30 minutes up 10.

The Queen guest room comes with a separate bathroom that is shared with the Full room, a spacious closet and window air conditioning. If you desire a dedicated bathroom and the Full room is not occupied, we can make this happen for an additional $30 per night.

The Mali Room has many unique artifacts that we collected on our trip to West Africa to visit our daughter in the Peace Corps. A real Balophon, unique drums, and a photo book of our trip along with a picture of our Malian daughter exchange student. Room has a double bed accented with Bogalon (mudcloth) fabrics. An extra floor mattress can be added for a 2nd/3rd guest. The window has a view of the woods outback and there's a good chance you will see some deer or Turkey at dusk or dawn. 5G Wi-Fi is provided. Packet in room includes Wi-Fi Password, Local eateries, directions to use the Gym ($6 day) at Northwood University at the end of our block, and Local attractions.

Bikes are available for rent at Dublin & Saginaw Road by the Senior Center if you would like to ride the Pere Marquette trail. Rent Kayaks at Lake Sanford 10 minutes away by the hour. We have a bike baby trailer available to rent if you like. We are 10 minutes drive from Dow if you are here for business. I will be mostly in the basement. There are about 2 acres of lawn with lots of out-buildings and yard art to explore. In addition there is 10 acres of woods out back.

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant.

We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property.

Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together.

We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The space
This home features 3058 sqft plus an additional 1580 sqft in the finished basement. 5 spacious bedrooms (see photos for details), a beautiful 30 x 16 Sunroom, an Indoor Endless Pool and Wine Barrel Hot Tub located in your own spa room, perfect for exercise and relaxation without leaving your home. Accents include vaulted ceilings, skylights, 2 story stone aesthetic fireplace, master suite, whole house automatic generator in case the power cuts out, and a beautifully landscaped backyard!

The property is situated at the end of a court giving you additional privacy, but also close to all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

- Indoor Pool: It's not just a pool, but an Endless Pool, which creates an optional, adjustable current for you to swim/train in. The pool is heated very nicely and perfect for the winter time.

2) I have a number of bedrooms & beds, but you'll need to accommodate sleeping arrangements if you need additional beds than what is provided. There's plenty of room in the home to put down air mattresses if you were to bring your own.
3) After 2 guests, each guest (adults/child/infant) costs an additional $20/guest/day. Please keep this in mind as this covers the additional costs of more cleaning hours typically incurred. We do check to confirm the # of guests that will be entering the home. Please be sure to account for each adult, child, & infant. If you have more than 16 guests, please message us for approval.

Vehicles:
1) 3 cars in total can fit in the garage/driveway. Our driveway has a slight curve to it with an electrical box on the corner. We have put up orange reflective poles to help see this at night, please be aware as you back up cautiously. Damages to the poles, electrical box, & grass will need to be covered by the guest(s).
2) Please note that no cars are allowed to be parked on the grass or the road during the day or night. At night, they will be ticketed by the city. And we also ask not to park on the streets during the day as a courtesy to the neighbors.
3) Good news is, there's a "Park n Ride" parking lot just a minute from the home that you can park at overnight for up to 6 days. This would allow you to car pool any remaining guests over to the home. I have confirmed with the City of Midland, and State of Michigan that this is acceptable. Address to this parking area is 2726, 2700 W Wackerly St, Midland, MI 48640.

Pool Maintenance: Please note we have the pool & hot tub regularly maintained. It is possible someone may knock or ring the door bell during your stay during business hours. They do knock several times and wait for a while, if no one answers they do enter the home and go straight to the pool to complete their regular required maintenance. This usually occurs every Monday for about an hour. It is possible due to unexpected scheduling conflicts and/or holidays, the day can change. Thanks for your understanding as we make sure the pool/hot tub is properly serviced.

Purpose for Airbnbing the home - Sarah (my late wife who passed away from cancer) loved being a host for all friends/family. She also loved being an Airbnb host for people all around the world.

In her memory, we continue to Airbnb the home so others can create memorable moments in the home too.

I also keep this home so my little children can grow up visiting this home to remember their mom and the many positive memories we've had with her.

We are a central apartment in Midland on an acre of private land. One Bedroom 2 Bed (The Couch is a pull out bed) perfect spot for a short night getaway. Family friendly and dog friendly.

This cozy, newly updated two bedroom, one bathroom duplex is tucked behind a quiet street with low traffic. It offers a full kitchen, washer & dryer, small dining area, and living room on the main floor. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two full size beds along with a desk/workspace.

Festivals and the farmer’s markets are fun to explore at the Tridge or you can enjoy the Pier Marquette rail trail. Welcome to our efficiency unit designed for traveling workers, two miles from downtown Midland. Our goal was comfortable and practical in this 3 bedroom 1 bath home, with an additional office. This home is close to everything Midland has to offer and has plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. Our fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, comfortable beds, and living room with smart tv will make your landing place home for as long as you need.

The space
Our home is a 1320 square foot brick ranch with three bedrooms, and one bathroom. Its an open concept from the kitchen, through the dining area and ending at the living room. Two of the bedrooms are roughly 10x10 feet, and the largest bedroom is around 300 square feet with an additional 8x8 foot office accessed within the room.

Peaceful and cozy, this one bed, one bath cabin sits on the edge of the woods on our private lake. Adjacent to state land between Midland and Mt Pleasant, our cabin offers a convenient, private, and peaceful getaway from the day's events.
Unplug and take a walk along the lake, enjoy some fishing, paddleboarding, or a bonfire before turning in for the night.
Enjoy a lake view from the main bedroom. Close the doors to the living room to create a second private sleeping area on the fold out couch.

Besides the whole house and yard, guests have access to our private lake and a full square mile of adjacent state forest, including several unimproved multi-use trails. Wifi is not offered, but the cabin is well stocked with books, games, and movies for rainy days.

We're so happy to offer our home three blocks from the Loons Baseball Stadium and Downtown Midland. Our two bedroom one bath home with large finished basement office is perfectly situated in Midland; our home is 7 mins from the Midland Hospital, 5 mins from Dow Chemical North Entrance, 11 mins from the Midland Soccer Complex. Please note: This charming home was built in 1910, so you will find original floors, high ceilings, and smaller rooms with each bedroom being 7 feet wide. In Bedroom 1, this means there is about a foot of space on each side of the queen bed and when the air conditioner is installed, there’s a little less room in that spot. The bathroom includes a clawfoot tub with a shower (the claw foot tub has a taller than typical edge to step over). The doorway to the bathroom is short (6 foot tall), so taller guests will have to duck when entering. Air conditioning is provided via window units, which will be installed in the bedrooms once temperatures reach 80 degrees. Window units are able to cool the entire home.
