Quiet with lots of privacy. Beautiful view on a 4 acre property. A rarity in this area. Extra large private room and bathroom with PRIVATE ENTRANCE. The room is part of the house but secluded from the main house. Super clean and spacious. The room is equiped with a queen size bed with a dresser and night stands. We border Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and 20 minutes to Downtown Bradenton and Sarasota University Town Center. We are 15 min to the nearest beach, 10 min to the Bradenton Speedway, 20 min to Sarasota Airport, and 11 miles to the nearest hospital. Close to several wedding venues, i.e. 5 minutes to Baker's Ranch and 10 minutes to The Barn at Lone Oak Acres.

Having used VRBO many times we have never run into having someone’s personal items all about the condo. There was a considerable amount of food in the refrigerator and cabinets. And a cabinet full of alcohol? One closet contained clothing but luckily we didn’t need that space. Aside from this initial discomfort feeling, the unit was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The facilities office manager folks were great when we stopped in to obtain our gate pass. I would definitely recommend going there and working with Steve as an owner. He was fantastic. I know we would surely consider going back there and probably for a longer term if it was available. "

We live on a 4 acre ranch style property that is picturesque. The RV is parked to the side of our house with full hook up to electric, water, and sewer. The RV is spacious with 3 slide outs. It will provide you with a very comfortable, nice, quiet, and private stay.

Quiet, private country like feel without the distance from the city. Neighbors have a few farm animals, i.e. cow and goats, for your view. We have two friendly outdoor cats, Bonnie and Clyde, and a small dog, Pepper. Shopping needs within 3 miles. Multiple public golf courses within 5 miles.

Golf and country club within minutes from the property. Half a mile to Ft Hamer State Park where you can go boating, kayaking, fishing, or swimming. Sunshine Skyway Bridge and beach 15 minutes away.
