Quiet with lots of privacy. Beautiful view on a 4 acre property. A rarity in this area. Extra large private room and bathroom with PRIVATE ENTRANCE. The room is part of the house but secluded from the main house. Super clean and spacious. The room is equiped with a queen size bed with a dresser and night stands. We border Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and 20 minutes to Downtown Bradenton and Sarasota University Town Center. We are 15 min to the nearest beach, 10 min to the Bradenton Speedway, 20 min to Sarasota Airport, and 11 miles to the nearest hospital. Close to several wedding venues, i.e. 5 minutes to Baker's Ranch and 10 minutes to The Barn at Lone Oak Acres.

The TV was accommodating to be able to pivot to view from all sides of the room. Only thing I would suggest is having a toaster in the room. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay.
