We had 2 BR unit and sleeper sofa in living room, so 5-6 people no problem. The sleeper sofa is not that comfortable though - but that's usually the case. All rooms face the ocean, although 2nd floor the trees block a bit of the view, but it's also a nice view and you see some Florida wildlife. Outdoor pool is heated - I'm thinking upper 70s? Warm enough to swim even if the air temperature is colder. Hot tub is nice too. We didn't use the basketball or tennis courts that are on top of the garage, but they look in good shape. Plenty of parking. Staff seemed nice. Property overall is in good condition. Good location, grocery store nearby - full kitchen helps families save money for eating. This is our second time staying here and probably won't be the last!"

All tile floors andceiling fans in every room. The ocean view master bedroom has its own marble & granite bath. Awaken to ocean view from bed. House is very well-furnished, equipped and clean. Great room has a 18-foot high clerestory. This is a private ocean front home.

Beach is wide, warm, and the sand consistency allows one to ride bicycles or walk for miles. The famous Cocoa Beach Pier or Jetty Park is just a 20 minute walk on the beach, three minutes by car.

Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach is a resort area with many places to eat from McDonald's to gourmet. Our lovely beach house is also close to a Mall, Multi-Plex Theater, and Super Wal-Mart.

We are by far the best value on the beach front! It is common for our guests to remark that our property is 'even better than the pictures.'

Our quaint cottage offers privacy and tranquility, yet it is surprisingly easy to get to all Orlando attractions via the express 'Beach Line' (528). There is a Caretaker's Cottage, which is at entrance of the property with the beach cottage up the driveway on the ocean front. We are easy to reach if needed, but your privacy is a priority.

Your private studio will have full access to the backyard patio which includes a lounge chairs with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen with all its basics amenities( sink, 2 burner grill, bbq), a hammock for relaxation and an outdoor shower after you've enjoyed a full day at the beach.

The house:

We are renting out a private bedroom, full bathroom with private entrance. Outside you have your own patio with a table and umbrella along with a modern sitting area, as well as the amazing hammock. Private bedroom has no access to the rest of the house. Bedroom comes with Roku TV with access to Netflix, and basic cable. There is a Small Refrigerator, Microwave and coffee maker for morning coffee.
Lastly; we have found in all of our travels that the most important part of a good vacation is a great night sleep. It's for this reason that the queen size bed you will be sleeping in is a top of the line posturepedic mattress.

Also Included in your rental is a parking for a normal size sedan ( campers will not fit) full access to our beach shed, which includes all the basic beach necessities and some beach games to pass the time.

Welcome to the Tahiti Suite, just steps away from the ocean. This luxury suite is perfectly located between the World Famous Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral on the Space Coast. This is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach where you can see the boardwalk from the front of the property.

The Space:
The Tahitian inspired suite has a plush sofa which converts into a queen size bed along. Smart TVs are in every room and you can watch HBO or Netflix. This Suite offers a fully functional kitchen with all the conveniences of home including dishwasher, electric stove, 33" refrigerator, ice maker, utensils and disposal.

The bedroom has a queen size Serta Posturpedic bed. The bathroom has floor to ceiling travertine and is sparkling clean! The Tahiti Suite also offers a Florida room where you will find a bar for you to stock with whatever you like and another 40” smart TV, as well a single sleeper sofa. From the Florida room you can access your own charcoal grill and spacious backyard area for those who prefer to be outside.

SUMMARY: The Tahiti Suite includes a washer, dryer, WIFI, Netflix, pet friendly, can sleep up to 5 guests, and is walking distance to the beach. The pier is approximately 3/4 of a mile and the walk to the beach is about 2 - 5 minutes or less than 1/4 mile. The futon sofa located in the back Florida Room is suitable for 1 child or young adult, the queen bed in the bedroom and the fold out sleeper sofa in the family room are both suitable for 2 adults in each.

This property is a shared property and part of a triplex we have converted the units into luxury vacation rentals. This unit is themed after Tahiti, the middle unit is the Abaco Suite after the chain of islands in the Bahamas, and the end unit is the Little Kahuna Suite. All three suites make up the property named "Christopher's at 2Eleven". Which you may want to book for a larger group in the future! The 35 foot swimming pool is located in the front, shared courtyard. If there are other guest(s) on the property during your stay, you will be sharing the pools

- "Kathe's place had the most beautiful view! I stayed in the downstairs bedroom off of the deck. I’m not even sure if it was the master, since there was an equally spacious and beautiful room with a king bed with a balcony and adjoining bathroom upstairs. We arrived after dark and my teen boys (15 & 17) headed straight for the upstairs room and loft, which had the perfect amount of space and privacy for them. The downstairs closet was full of everything you’d need for a day at the beach and more. The private dock on the Banana River right behind Kathe’s place was the best part. She had fishing poles and a small tackle box that we were able to use. My younger son was out there for hours each day! The view from the pier (and my bedroom) were stunning. We saw dolphins once as well as a few manatee that visited throughout the day, just next to the pier. There were all kinds of birds on the shore and in the palm trees. She even had a really nice pair of binoculars for the guests to use. There were cold bottles of water in the fridge, coffee (Keurig) and creamer, and even one or two frozen meals in the freezer (which my boys scarfed down when we got there). Kathe was very responsive to messages through VRBO and said to help ourselves to anything in the kitchen and that my son could use the fishing gear. She even had a book with info on the area and a few menus. All of her neighbors were very nice. I hope we’ll be back next year! Thank you Kathe for the perfect stay!"

Cape Canaveral is like a little bit of old Florida. It is mostly residential and has a neighborhood feel to it. There are older homes and newer Condo's. The lifestyle is very relaxed and casual. For those of you who prefer not to deal with elevators, parking passes, and 'Condo Rules', this is the ideal place for you. Right outside your front door are chairs and a table for your morning coffee. Read the paper and enjoy the people going by - walking, jogging, or riding bicycles. The City of Cape Canaveral just put in a bike path that runs right by our place and the pedestrian sidewalk is right across the street. You'll also see many people walking their dogs as our neighborhood is very pet friendly.

This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a lovingly renovated older home. It is ideal for anyone that has problems with stairs, and has a front and back entrance so unpacking the car and taking in groceries is easy. The living room is an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area which seats 6 comfortably. Vinyl wood flooring throughout with the exception of carpet in the bedrooms.

It also has the added bonus of an Office with sliding glass doors which open to a small and private patio. The Office is furnished with a desk for your laptop hookup, a printer, bookcase with games and books, and a reading chair. If you would prefer something smaller in size, please ask me about my 1 bedroom unit.

Around the side of the house is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from you, the beach chairs and umbrella after returning from the beach. You'll also find the BBQ grill and maybe some charcoal and lighter fluid right outside your back door.

There are beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and an umbrella which you are free to take down to the beach. Pack a picnic lunch and make a day of it. If you're lucky you might just see a rocket launch.

We appreciated the spacious rooms, kitchen had many utensils and adorable homemade coffee cups with Mulvaine Cottage on them. So Cute! The cottage is PERFECTLY situated closely to beach bike rentals, RonJon’s surf shop, Publix for groceries and much more. It is carefully tucked away on a side street that was quiet but SO close to anything you might need. Papa Vito’s was a great take out pizza place. Lynn & Dave tipped us off that a rocket was scheduled to launch and it did. We were lucky enough to see it! It was hard to leave Mulvaine and we would absolutely stay here again. The Guest House is a newly renovated building that was once an art studio. It has one bedroom with twin beds and a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. All of the appliances are new including a French door refrigerator with ice-maker. It has a separate utility room with washer, dryer and storage. The living room has an electric fireplace. There is a new central air conditioner. Linens, towels, beach towels, dishes, pots and pans and small appliances are provided. The private outside yard has a patio and barbeque grill. There is a separate building that has beach chairs, bikes, a cooler and a wagon to pull to the beach. It is less than a block to the beach and there is a free parking lot at the end of the street should you choose to drive.

Beachside Bungalow is a one bedroom, one bathroom condominium that can comfortably accommodate up to four adults or a small to medium family. Decorated in tasteful, yet cozy, beachy decor that will inspire you to start relaxing right away. Located in a desirable, quiet area and within a well maintained complex that just underwent a major facelift with more improvements on the way. This is a second floor unit that provides a partial pool/ocean view from the private balcony. Please note, there is no elevator.
There is a queen bed in the bedroom with an extra thick mattress with cooling memory gel. Also a queen size pull out sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress in the living room. Both mattresses and all pillows have protective antimicrobial covers. All bed and bathroom linens are provided.

One of our favorite features of the home is the backyard space. It provides ample shade under the pergola during the morning and afternoon sun. Enjoy your coffee or a book in the ultra comfy outdoor seating. Our home is one level with no stairs which provides easy access for children and elderly.

***Important Note: We keep the thermostat locked at a cool 74 degrees. This is to prevent the AC unit from freezing over and causing a disruption in your trip. You can request to have the thermostat unlocked but may be responsible for any service issues related to the unit freezing up.

This home is a duplex. The entire left side of the home will be yours for the duration of your stay. There is a large concrete driveway leading up to the garage with parking for three vehicles.

Owner even reached out to me while I was there to let me know the day and time of a space launching which was so cool to see in person. We have 2 large king beds in the bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle (two twin size beds) in the large loft. There are two full bathrooms with a working jacuzzi tub upstairs. There is a desk to use for work or play if you so choose, but we recommend soaking in a sunset on the dock, relax at the beach, or visit the Kennedy Space Center 5 minutes away.

This is a waterfront town home where you can watch the dolphins play from your balcony while you enjoy your coffee in the morning. View the amazing sunsets over the river while sipping a glass of wine on the dock. Kayak along the river and discover the local wildlife including manatees, dolphins, luminescent fish and tropical birds. Cape Getaway 2 is half of a duplex centrally located in Cape Canaveral near restaurants, shops, and parks. It's just an 8 minute walk or 1 minute drive (with free parking) to the beach! You'll appreciate the recently renovated fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Relax in the backyard seating area or grab the beach cart loaded with gear and a cooler to catch some rays and waves at the beach! Just bring clothes and personal items because we have everything else you need.

The main living space has a 55" TV and couch and is open to the kitchen with an eat-in bar. The primary bedroom has a king bed and pack n play. The second bedroom has a queen bed.

Outside, the backyard patio is divided by a privacy fence to provide separate patio seating for each side of the duplex. There is a washer and dryer that is in an outdoor storage area that is shared by both units.

Take a short drive to the port & watch cruise ships come & go from one of the restaurant patios. Rocket launches are visible from the backyard & even better from the beach. Kennedy Space Center, Manatee Park, the Pier, Ron Jons, everything that Cocoa Beach & Cape Canaveral offer are just a few minutes by car. Orlando airports, Disney World & other theme parks are 45 to 55-min drive.

You will have access to the entire side of the duplex including the unit's carport and side and half the back yard. There is a shared laundry room with washer and dryer (note washer and dryer is shared with both sides of the duplex and is located beside the adjacent 115 unit). The backyard is a shared space with a partial privacy fence to separate the shared yard between the 2 sides of the duplex. Each unit has their own seating area.

Experience Old Florida in this cute upstairs condo located a half mile from the beach (Cherie Down Park), less than a mile from the Banana River (Manatee Sanctuary Park) and less than two miles from Port Canaveral. The Canaveral Breakers condo complex is a small 30-unit community that does require a 3 month minimum rental and pets are not allowed.

The space
The condo is a true 1 bed/1 bath upstairs unit with a pullout couch (board games are located in storage compartment in the chaise section of the couch). Full size kitchen appliances with an assortment of cookware and dishes.

You will be given a code at the time of check in that can be used throughout your stay and a set of keys will be provided inside the unit.

15 minute walk to the beach (per maps, it never takes me that long).
You will have access to parking space #22 and you are welcome to use unmarked or guest parking spots around the building.

Walking distance to pier and beach amenities. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. Best for 1 to 2 guests only . May have to show condo while occupied but try and do this around clients schedule and keep showings at a minimum.

The building is located on a quiet dead end street (the end is the Ocean). Open parking on the property and a few of the parking spaces are set up for those with toys. You can just lounge at the beach or walk to the pier. Go to one of the many restaurants and bars all up and down A1A. FYI...ROCKET LAUNCH, ANYONE.
