We had 2 BR unit and sleeper sofa in living room, so 5-6 people no problem. The sleeper sofa is not that comfortable though - but that's usually the case. All rooms face the ocean, although 2nd floor the trees block a bit of the view, but it's also a nice view and you see some Florida wildlife. Outdoor pool is heated - I'm thinking upper 70s? Warm enough to swim even if the air temperature is colder. Hot tub is nice too. We didn't use the basketball or tennis courts that are on top of the garage, but they look in good shape. Plenty of parking. Staff seemed nice. Property overall is in good condition. Good location, grocery store nearby - full kitchen helps families save money for eating. This is our second time staying here and probably won't be the last!"

All tile floors andceiling fans in every room. The ocean view master bedroom has its own marble & granite bath. Awaken to ocean view from bed. House is very well-furnished, equipped and clean. Great room has a 18-foot high clerestory. This is a private ocean front home.

Beach is wide, warm, and the sand consistency allows one to ride bicycles or walk for miles. The famous Cocoa Beach Pier or Jetty Park is just a 20 minute walk on the beach, three minutes by car.

Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach is a resort area with many places to eat from McDonald's to gourmet. Our lovely beach house is also close to a Mall, Multi-Plex Theater, and Super Wal-Mart.

We are by far the best value on the beach front! It is common for our guests to remark that our property is 'even better than the pictures.'

Our quaint cottage offers privacy and tranquility, yet it is surprisingly easy to get to all Orlando attractions via the express 'Beach Line' (528). There is a Caretaker's Cottage, which is at entrance of the property with the beach cottage up the driveway on the ocean front. We are easy to reach if needed, but your privacy is a priority.

It's named the Sublime: Beach House & outdoor Oasis, because it's location is a 3 block walk to the soft white sands of cocoa beach.

Your private studio will have full access to the backyard patio which includes a lounge chairs with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen with all its basics amenities( sink, 2 burner grill, bbq), a hammock for relaxation and an outdoor shower after you've enjoyed a full day at the beach.

The house:

We are renting out a private bedroom, full bathroom with private entrance. Outside you have your own patio with a table and umbrella along with a modern sitting area, as well as the amazing hammock. Private bedroom has no access to the rest of the house. Bedroom comes with Roku TV with access to Netflix, and basic cable. There is a Small Refrigerator, Microwave and coffee maker for morning coffee.
Lastly; we have found in all of our travels that the most important part of a good vacation is a great night sleep. It's for this reason that the queen size bed you will be sleeping in is a top of the line posturepedic mattress.

Also Included in your rental is a parking for a normal size sedan ( campers will not fit) full access to our beach shed, which includes all the basic beach necessities and some beach games to pass the time.

Welcome to the Tahiti Suite, just steps away from the ocean. This luxury suite is perfectly located between the World Famous Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral on the Space Coast. This is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach where you can see the boardwalk from the front of the property.

The Space:
The Tahitian inspired suite has a plush sofa which converts into a queen size bed along. Smart TVs are in every room and you can watch HBO or Netflix. This Suite offers a fully functional kitchen with all the conveniences of home including dishwasher, electric stove, 33" refrigerator, ice maker, utensils and disposal.

The bedroom has a queen size Serta Posturpedic bed. The bathroom has floor to ceiling travertine and is sparkling clean! The Tahiti Suite also offers a Florida room where you will find a bar for you to stock with whatever you like and another 40” smart TV, as well a single sleeper sofa. From the Florida room you can access your own charcoal grill and spacious backyard area for those who prefer to be outside.

SUMMARY: The Tahiti Suite includes a washer, dryer, WIFI, Netflix, pet friendly, can sleep up to 5 guests, and is walking distance to the beach. The pier is approximately 3/4 of a mile and the walk to the beach is about 2 - 5 minutes or less than 1/4 mile. The futon sofa located in the back Florida Room is suitable for 1 child or young adult, the queen bed in the bedroom and the fold out sleeper sofa in the family room are both suitable for 2 adults in each.

This property is a shared property and part of a triplex we have converted the units into luxury vacation rentals. This unit is themed after Tahiti, the middle unit is the Abaco Suite after the chain of islands in the Bahamas, and the end unit is the Little Kahuna Suite. All three suites make up the property named "Christopher's at 2Eleven". Which you may want to book for a larger group in the future! The 35 foot swimming pool is located in the front, shared courtyard. If there are other guest(s) on the property during your stay, you will be sharing the pools

This is a waterfront town home where you can watch the dolphins play from your balcony while you enjoy your coffee in the morning. - "Kathe's place had the most beautiful view! I stayed in the downstairs bedroom off of the deck. I’m not even sure if it was the master, since there was an equally spacious and beautiful room with a king bed with a balcony and adjoining bathroom upstairs. We arrived after dark and my teen boys (15 & 17) headed straight for the upstairs room and loft, which had the perfect amount of space and privacy for them. The downstairs closet was full of everything you’d need for a day at the beach and more. The private dock on the Banana River right behind Kathe’s place was the best part. She had fishing poles and a small tackle box that we were able to use. My younger son was out there for hours each day! The view from the pier (and my bedroom) were stunning. We saw dolphins once as well as a few manatee that visited throughout the day, just next to the pier. There were all kinds of birds on the shore and in the palm trees. She even had a really nice pair of binoculars for the guests to use. There were cold bottles of water in the fridge, coffee (Keurig) and creamer, and even one or two frozen meals in the freezer (which my boys scarfed down when we got there). Kathe was very responsive to messages through VRBO and said to help ourselves to anything in the kitchen and that my son could use the fishing gear. She even had a book with info on the area and a few menus. All of her neighbors were very nice. I hope we’ll be back next year! Thank you Kathe for the perfect stay!"
