This is a perfect home for entertaining, relaxing and vacationing with family and friends. The house has a large open floor plan and is newly renovated and furnished from top to bottom. This house is conveniently located close to wineries, great restaurants, farm stands, beaches, shopping and spas.
The first floor has a huge well stocked kitchen, with an island that seats 4 and a farmhouse dining room table that seats 10. The living room has a Flat Panel HDTV, cozy couches and plenty of books to read. There are two spacious bedrooms on this floor one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The first floor has one extra large full bathroom with a bathtub, plus a half bath. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Second floor has an entertainment room with a pull out sectional couch, Flat Panel HDTV, a wet bar with seating area and an air hockey table. The wet bar has a refrigerator, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There is a closet full of board games. There are 3 spacious carpeted bedrooms on this floor; one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay." - "Luciana and Dave are gracious hosts with excellent communication! The bungalow is cute and well-stocked, and the welcome bottle of wine is a very nice touch. The backyard oasis was our favorite part. Unwinding in the evening with the fire pit and salt water hot tub, surrounded by low lighting and gorgeous landscaping was extremely relaxing. The whole property is very nicely curated. Next time we visit this area, we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!"
