The "reply" button their emails led to a login-screen for Expedia, yet, after logging in, no obvious way to send a message. That literally the only reason I'm leaving a review. Bedrooms:
We want you to have a comfortable stay! You will find 2 bedrooms in the home. Both have a king-sized bed. The first bedroom has dresser drawers in case you are staying long enough to unpack and the second bedroom has a desk. Your toughest choice is, “which room do I sleep in!” Since the home is on a busier street, we provide a sound machine, bedside fan, and earplugs to help even the lightest of sleepers.

Kitchen/Living Area:
When you are here, you will have access to the kitchen which includes a refrigerator (with ice and water) stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee bar and other assorted drinks and small snacks. There will also be a small assortment of breakfast items.

There is one 49" smart TV (no local channels or cable) in the home that you can sign into your streaming services.

We also have a queen sized sofa bed available that you can have in the living room area. Be sure to let us know if you would like us to make it available to you.

Bathroom and Laundry:
There will be soaps, shampoos and other various toiletries in the bathroom should you need them. You will also have access to the washer/dryer. Feel free to do a load if you need to.

Outdoors:
If you'd like to get out of the house for a while, you are more than welcome to make yourself at home in the large fenced backyard that is shared with the Little Llama house (also on VRBO) next door. There is a small park grill (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid) as well as hammocks, a small play house, and a great big green space.

Guest access
Our goal is to provide the easiest check-in possible! The home has a passcode for the front door. This way you can access your home without worrying that you might disturb us meeting up with a key.
We want you to make yourself at home!!

You can park in the driveway - the driveway allows for 3 cars but they will need to be parked in a row which makes it a tad difficult for the 1st and 2nd cars parked in the driveway to leave.

• Bring your horses and ride the trails around the lake or bring your boat/jet ski/kayaks and enjoy the water right over the dam.
• Enjoy the free outdoor archery range or shoot some blue rock at the trap range just up the road(park pass required for those but otherwise free).
• Maybe swimming is your thing? Hop up on the dam and walk or bike down the trail right to the public swimming beach right at the other end of the dam.
• There is plenty for everyone to do here.

Back Yard Entertainment:
• In the back yard we have added an 18ft covered binzebo, fire pit, outdoor grilling area, outdoor concrete bar tops and two artificial turf slabs which are great for playing bags or other yard games.

• The back yard is a great area for entertaining a large number of guests. We have had people bring multiple campers for the driveway along with guests and have a great time getting together. If you have any special requests please feel free to ask.

• You will have access to the entire house, the front and back yard as well as field next to the house. There is a digital lock on the door so you can check in and out without meeting with the owner.

Other things to note
• I bought this house in 2018 and have completely renovated it. The inside is now completely done and ready to go. Almost everything is brand new and it is very clean.
• There is a 40 FT patio in the back yard with a grilling area, 18 FT covered Binzebo with concrete pad, several bar tops great for outdoor entertaining as well as two separate 30 FT x 12 FT strips of Astroturf for bags, washers, beer darts, or other outdoor games. WiFi and Netflix are available with our Roku device. You can also log on with your own Cable provider or Hulu account.

If you have any specific questions about anything I do not have listed just let me know. It is a great space for a group of friends or family to get together. I put a lot of work into the back yard to make it a really nice area to hang out and turn up the jams or sit around the fire pit. There is plenty of space for outdoor cooking or partying. We have also had people bring a camper or two and put them in the driveway.

You will be on the main floor in a private apartment, boasting 1,600 sq. ft. of comfort: 3 private bedrooms, a queen, king & full-size bed. For added flexibility, a couch offers extra sleeping space.
There are 2 entrances equipped with secure, keyless locks for convenience & safety. The same code will work for both doors, providing seamless entry. One is located on the north side, leading to the front yard and parking, while the other is on the east side of the house. The rear (east) entry door provides access to both the basement & main floor apartments. The basement is a private residence & once inside the house, separate coded entry doors ensure privacy for each apartment.
Enjoying the porch in the evenings is delightful, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the area. The front porch offers a perfect setting to appreciate Nebraska's charm. While the backyard is fully fenced with 2 gates, a concrete patio with an awning, a table with chairs, and free-standing swing. Additional features include a freestanding hammock, antique swing, chair tree swing under a Hackberry tree, a picnic table & compost bin.
No pets.
There is a garden in the backyard & herbs planted all about. Feel free to cut some herbs or pick some fresh vegetables when they are in season. A Bolo toss (ladder game) is available for use. If you're interested in other outdoor games, just let me know, & I’ll happily bring additional options to the house.
There are 4 cameras on the property. One on the front porch, facing the driveway. Another at the rear entry stairwell. The remaining 2 are positioned at the front & back of the garage, overseeing the parking areas.
There is ample parking available on the west side & to the south, near the alley. Please note that clearly marked spots are reserved for the basement tenants. Avoid parking in their designated spaces or obstructing their vehicles. If you plan to use the west gate of the fenced yard, you will need to unlatch it from the inside.
The sunporch houses a breakfast nook that can double as a spot for games or basking in the sunlight. A washer/dryer are located here for your use. Additionally, picnic supplies & outdoor dishes are on the shelf next to the games, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals.
Children are welcome but the house is not childproof. As such, guests with children are encouraged to bring any necessary safety items or precautions to ensure a worry-free stay. The open layout & eclectic decorations may captivate young ones but could also present challenges without proper supervision.
There is no smoking or vaping in the home. You may sit on the porch or in the patio area & smoke. Clean up your butts! The patio features comfortable seating arrangements, perfect for unwinding with a book, engaging in conversation, or sipping a beverage.

I have an amazing large one bedroom house private parking great location a mile and a half from the Haymarket Park and the Pinnacle arena we do supply air mattresses because the house is very large there is enough room for at least 4 guests there is washer and dryer in the house there is a great size office designated work area I have recently updated the entire house. there is also a futon I have put in the office area. that's very nice. there is outside furniture and a hot tub

Our neighborhood is a very quiet and family oriented. They are very considerate of the neighborhood as I am sure that you will return in kind. The neighborhood is very close (walking distance) to Southpointe Mall with many shopping and eating venues.

There is a bus route right in front of the house as well as access to Uber and or Lyft for any and all transportation needs.

This space sleeps 5 comfortably, but with the pull-out couch you could sleep 7. This space boasts a full-sized fridge, wine fridge, counter cook top, sink, dishwasher, microwave and Ninja oven.
Any smoking of any substance INSIDE THE HOME (cigarettes, vape, pot, cigars, etc) will incur a $250 aeration fee, non negotiable.
Smoking cigarettes or vaping (LEGAL PRODUCTS) is acceptable on the patio. Please clean up your trash out of respect for our cleaners and the next guest.

Sidles one of the first Buick dealers in Lincoln along with his many other accomplishments, sold later to the University of Nebraska for the housing of its Chancellors, and one Clifford Hardin who became the Secretary of Agriculture to President Nixon's cabinet in 1969. later sold to Mary Hepburn O'Shea in 1994, where she housed her prominent doll collection until the sale in 2017 to Jeff and Lynette Hellerich.

The space
There are 13 stairs with railing to get into the basement apartment area, and the entrance is separate through the garage.

We also use items in the basement that we may need access to during your stay: deep freezer (in the kitchen), exercise room (separate from your space) and storage area (off the living room).

We have a beautiful white dog named Libby and an indoor, calico cat named Tula. Additionally, our son's husky, Twix, is a frequent resident. So, you probably don't want to stay with us if you allergies to or fear of animals. The door at the base of our main stairs will be closed so you probably won't see them. Our dog is kenneled upstairs at night, but you may see her outside and she is uber-friendly.

Again, this is an apartment in the basement of our home.

The space
This is an older home. It was built in the 1930's and has lovely hardwood floors. The house is small and simple, but cozy. You have access to the off-street driveway, the patio in back, and the yard which stretches back to the treeline. To ensure your safety, we are using AirBnB's enhanced cleaning recommendations and have sanitizing materials on site for your use.

Guest access
The neighborhood is quiet. The driveway allows for off-street parking. There is a residential home to the north and a school vehicle lot to the south. (Busses are active on school days.) The patio and yard aren't fancy, but they allow for privacy and space to entertain, play, and exercise pets. If you walk one block to the south, you will find the community walking trail. You will have access to the entire house sans the utility rooms in the basement. The basement with washer and dryer is unfinished.

Other things to note
We have installed high quality filters on the HVAC to help with allergen, virus and bacteria filtering. We use a HEPA filtering system and fans to ventilate between guests. We have a security camera that monitors the driveway should you wish to park a moving vehicle.

The space
This home features a 2 bedroom (king bed and full bed), 1 bath, and free parking on premise. Grill out or use the firepit for smores! There is a lot of yard space for yard games, catching fire flies, picnics, and walks around the lake. This home is furnished with all the essentials.

**NEW PICKLEBALL COURT!! We put in a new pickleball court and basketball hoop for you and the RV residents. There are paddles and balls available for you. It is a first come first serve / take turns if multiple people are playing. We hope you enjoy this added fun on property!

Guests have access to the entire house and is equipped for grilling, baking, cooking, playing games, watching movies, and more.

There are numerous RV residents located around the lake. Please respect these guests privacy and property as well as the home in which you will be staying at.

There is a railroad crossing close by and trains go by frequently and anytime.

**Pets are welcome**
They may be unleashed in the yard of the house as long as someone is outside with them. Please leash the dog(s) if you walk around the lake as the RVs are close to the road and we want to respect others and their property. Dogs are NOT allowed to swim in the lake.

Guest access
There is a gate to the driveway entrance from the road and will be given a code day of arrival. From there drive down the driveway and the house is on the left with plenty of parking in front of the white gate. It is the only house on property.

The house is keyless entry. Please ensure you close and lock the doors of the house at checkout. Code will also be provided on the day of your arrival.

Fishing: It is catch and release fishing. Bring your own bait or there is a place in town to buy.
