The farm is located in the historic Hudson Valley on 45 acres, offering pastoral views, stocked bass pond and old wooded forest with walking trails. The apartment(s) are housed on the second floor in our newly renovated 1850 barn, located adjacent to the parking lot. During your stay you will have the option to join our farm tours that are offered only on Saturdays and Sundays at 12pm or our many others experiences all viewed (and booked) on our website

During your stay at the farm, we encourage you to visit our website to review and book any weekend experiences in advance, such as Farm Tours or Animal Encounters. Please note that the farm is closed for experiences Tuesday through Thursday, and no guest activities are offered during those days.

Guests are welcome to enjoy watching the grazing animals from the first-floor deck only. For the safety of our animals and visitors, access to pastures or animals is not permitted without the owner's direct permission.

This is truly a unique experience where the space is actually a destination within itself. You will have access to my record collection. The records can be played on a real dj turntable and a incredibly vintage sound system. I was a DJ at The Pavilion in The Pines on Fire Island and a resident DJ at Splash in NYC. I will personally show you how to play records and will even DJ a secession for you if requested. The music genre includes disco, high energy, new wave, house, popular dance music and more. Including artist like Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor, Madonna, Pet Shop Boys, Erasure and hundreds of more artists mainly from the years 1978 until 2004.
The yard which is one acre with 100s of acres of forest behind it, is beautifully landscaped with beautiful flower gardens personally planted by myself and a beautiful deck to sit and watch my paradise. I will personally bring you on tours of the gardens if requested. The space is in the lower level of my home and separate from my space. You have your own entrance, bathroom and shower. The main room is like a studio apartment, the bedroom and living room together. The next room has a table for eating or working at. This space also has a small kitchen space with a Keurig, dishes, glasses, flatware, mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. I supply K-Cups, teas, half & half, and water. There is a private bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer are in a small open side room in this space. The yard is about an acre of property and you have full use of the yard and if you bring your dog they will just love running in the grass. To top it all off there is even a level 2 EV charger so when you arrive you can plug in and when you wake up in the morning you’re ready to go on your adventure for the day.
Located 15 minutes from Rhinebeck which has incredible restaurants including, Le Petit Bistro, The Amsterdam, Terripan, Cinnamon, Market St Aroi Thai, Gabby’s, The Tavern at Beekman Arms (the oldest Inn in the United States), plus more. The space
The Church was built in 1876 and is featured in a chapter of the book Staatsburg: A Village Lost in Time by Anthony P. Musso. The main living space is the former sanctuary which is open and airy and receives wonderful amber light through the original glass-paned windows. Its acoustics are phenomenal. A cozy corner nook has a gas fireplace with a rocking chair. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with a door that opens to a small front porch. The den bedroom has a writing desk, a couch that pulls out to a bed, and bookshelves full of reading material from Japanese haiku and other poetry to visual art books. There is a flat-screen television and Apple TV with high-speed wifi throughout. An enclosed sun porch provides a quiet room for reading or resting in spring and summer.

The house has central heating and AC as well as a backup generator.

Getting here
Between two train stations: a 12-minute drive (Amtrak - Rhinecliff) or 20 minutes (Metro North - Poughkeepsie). The property is just under a 2-hour drive from NYC, 10 minutes to the town of Rhinebeck, 10 minutes to Hyde Park, and 20 minutes to Poughkeepsie.

Things to do
There are plenty of walks and hikes nearby, including Mills Mansion and a walk along the Hudson River.A short walk to Rhinebeck is a 10-minute drive, and the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies is a 15-minute drive. Bikes and paddle boards are available for use. Plenty of antique shops are nearby to peruse, and wonderful places to get a massage or have a spa day in Rhinebeck and Hyde Park. The Staatsburg Public Library and Post Office are just down the street. Other outdoor activities include nearby pickleball courts, a public golf course, and kayaking. In summer, there are free outdoor weekly events at Mills and Vanderbilt Mansions.

Rest and renewal
The space is especially good for rest and healing. The main sanctuary space has a wonderful sound system. There are yoga cushions, blankets and mats, an acupressure foot massager, plenty of books to read on the sun porch, and, of course, the hot tub. Hummingbirds, songbirds, and bunnies are frequent visitors.

Please note, on a weekly basis we have landscapers that mow the lawns and someone that cleans the hot tub. While we try to schedule this around guest stays sometimes this is not possible.
Guests may bring up to one pet for a $100 pet fee. This fee is used for an allergen cleaning to keep the space comfortable for future guests. Unfortunately we do not allow multiple pets.

Make yourself comfortable in our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern ranch home with a swimming pool and 13 private acres. With an open floor plan and high ceilings, we invite you to gather with your friends and family and bask in the abundance of light in every direction. There are multiple living spaces for everyone to gather - have a morning coffee in the sunroom, dine around the kitchen island or reclaimed barn wood table, watch a movie or play games in our downstairs media room, or get cozy and enjoy a cocktail in front of the fireplace. Embrace the chilly nights outdoors with our fire pit in the backyard. The outdoor deck is perfect for gourmet grilling and dining al fresco and our fenced in yard is perfect for your furry friends to roam and run around.

The downstairs media room can serve as a 4th bedroom utilizing the large modular sofa.

Guests will have access to the full home with the exception of a couple closets and the garage.

During the winter months, the driveway will be plowed to allow for easy access on our paved driveway.

Pool is seasonal (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend). Additional heating for $50 per day. Must request 48 hrs prior to your stay. Pool is currently CLOSED for the season.

Pet friendly, however we do ask for an additional $65 fee per pet per stay with a maximum of 2 pets

No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. Only guests staying at the property are permitted on the premises. Violators will be subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation.

There is a Chiminea with 3 chairs to enjoy the outdoors with incredible views of the property, moon and view of Boulder Tree House. Please note, in extreme weather conditions, the fire pit may not be accessible for use.
The winding driveway up and over a hill leads to the house and parking area for 2 cars.

The space
The house was completed in 2023 designed by a local architect fitted with high end appliances and finishes.

The living space has a cathedral ceiling and open floorplan. The kitchen has a big island with counter seating for 2 and an induction cooktop. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. The house has a wrap around deck and covered porch with an outdoor sofa.

The Primary Suite includes a very separate and quiet bedroom, next to a luxurious bathroom with soaking tub and heated floors. The second bedroom has a full size crib and floor futon which is great for an older child. The 3rd bedroom has a single (twin) bed and electric keyboard. The loft is accessible by ladder and is a great place for kids to play or guests to spend the night (queen memory foam mattress).

The lower level has a den room with large sectional sofa that coverts into a queen pull-out bed. And a large TV. The lower level has a private office with large desk and B&W printer. Lower level has its own full bathroom.

The gym and sauna are located in the basement and include everything you need for a good sweat, Peloton bike, weights, mats and bench. Sauna heats up in 90mins. Cold plunge tub is next to sauna.

The house is located on just over 3 acres of naturally landscaped land. The grounds are hilly with areas of open fields, mowed lawn, paths and plenty of shade. The kids will love the hand built tree house and sand box. During the summer we set up our stock tank pool. A great place for kids to play and adults to cool off.

The back yard is set up for outdoor meals using the Napoleon gas grill or ooni pizza oven. Outdoor seating for 8.

House is great for kids it comes with lots of toys, books, high chair etc.

The house borders the Scenic Hudson Preserve with 10 miles of hiking trails and a spring fed pond just out the back door. House comes with a paddle board and canoe for the pond or to take on an adventure.

Clean, comfortable, and family friendly, the Little White Bungalow is convenient to Omega Institute (6 mins.), Rhinebeck (15 mins), Hyde Park (15 mins.), Millbrook (20 mins.) and Ulster County (20 mins).
Sleeping options are a king bed, a queen + sleeper sofa and a twin-size pullout sofa. A travel crib and high chair are available. The house has a full kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer and work spaces.

This little gem was built in 1958, updated with modern comforts and mid-century modern nostalgia in mind.
The master bedroom has a king bed and plenty of closet space.
Directly across the hall the second bedroom can serve as a quiet workspace or a child's room with an easy chair that converts to a twin size bed, or set up with the travel crib for a younger one.
The living room sofa converts to a queen + size bed.
All windows have room darkening shades.
The bathroom has a tub with shower, with plenty of travel size necessities in case you forgot something.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes (including for children) and supplied with coffee (for the Keurig maker), tea, salt, pepper, evoo and napkins. There is no dishwasher.
The dining table seats six, with one high chair available.
The coffee table in the living room opens up to a table for a work space or whatever you would like it to be.

The space
Our house is located off a single-lane dirt road and feels completely secluded all the while it's only a quick drive to some fun Hudson Valley villages with great restaurants and shops. Plant yourself at home for a peaceful stay or use this as a jumping-off point to explore the area. This home is great for couples, groups of friends, or families with children.

*New for 2024* - Live and sleep in comfort with our new mini-split air conditioners located in the living/dining area and all three bedrooms. Also, a whole-house generator is at the ready should there be a power outage. It will automatically start if the power goes out, leaving you free to work from home with no worries.

THE LIVING ROOM -
We LOVE our wood-burning stove and will provide free firewood. It's so easy to build a fire and equally easy to keep it burning all day during the winter. The living room also has a bar with complimentary drinks, a small play area for children, and games and puzzles for staying in. Newly added is a mini-split air conditioning unit.

THE KITCHEN -
The kitchen is small but fully stocked to prep large meals. Appliances include a Breville espresso machine, KitchenAid stand mixer, slow cooker, immersion blender, and more.

THE BEDROOMS -
The main bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a king bed. The guest bedroom is located upstairs and has a private en-suite bathroom and king bed. The kid-friendly room on the 1st floor shares a full-sized bed and toddler bed. There is also a loft space, open to the living room, where you can set up the queen-sized air mattress or use the futon sofa bed. All three bedrooms offer mini-split air conditioning units.

THE BACKYARD -
Grilling up dinner on the gas BBQ in the backyard is one of our favorite things. And then finishing the night by hanging around the fire pit with a glass of wine. *Please note the patio dining table is not available during the winter months.*

KIDS' AMENITIES -
The home is extremely family-friendly with extra perks for kids. A toddler bed, travel crib, children's toys and books, a high chair with a tray that converts to a toddler booster, and a Montessori learning tower to get the kids involved in meal prep!

Lastly, we have a beautiful new washer and dryer if you just need a moment to feel like you've moved to the 'burbs.

The space
The Church was built in 1876 and is featured in a chapter of the book Staatsburg: A Village Lost in Time by Anthony P. Musso. The main living space is the former sanctuary which is open and airy and receives wonderful amber light through the original glass-paned windows. Its acoustics are phenomenal. A cozy corner nook has a gas fireplace with a rocking chair. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with a door that opens to a small front porch. The den bedroom currently has a writing desk, a couch that pulls out to a bed, and bookshelves full of reading material from Japanese haiku and other poetry to visual art books. There is a flat screen television and Apple TV with high-speed wifi throughout. An enclosed sun porch provides a quiet room for reading or resting in spring and summer.

The house has central heating and AC as well as a backup generator.

Welcome to our country Home! It is a wonderful quiet weekend retreat. Fifteen minutes to the shops and restaurants in Rhinebeck and three miles down the road from the Omega Institute. We are ten minutes from Hyde Park and the Culinary Institute and close to the metro and Amtrak trains to New York City. We do recommend to have a vehicle to get around, however you can easily get a taxi or uber form the train station to the house.

The space
our home has three proper bedrooms and the back TV room has a pull out sofa and divider screen for privacy. The kitchen is very well stocked with lots of equipment and the dining room seats 10 guests for entertaining. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for reading a book by the fire and relaxing.

Our home is a 1970s architectural gem located in the convenient upstate NY town of Staatsburg. They are a short 10 minute drive away. Rhinebeck offers multiple shops, restaurants and historic sites. Hyde Park is home to the Culinary Institute and it’s many restaurants as well as FDR estate. You are within walking distance to our local library, park, River & Post restaurant and pickleball court.

The space
The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated with new appliances and fixtures. The living room is super comfortable with a leather sofa and wingback chair, there is plenty of room in the dining room, table expands to seat 6 people comfortably. The bedrooms are warm and inviting. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and a comfortable chair to sit and read , the second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has a twin size bed with a trundle. There is also a small desk and chair in this room. Prior to your arrival all bed lines are changed and towels are replaced with clean ones. The entire house is cleaned and all high contact surfaces are sanitized. Should you need to clean during your stay , there is an ample amount of cleaning supplies available for your use. There are multiple smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the house as well as 2 fire extinguishers in the kitchen, inside the basement door. Complimentary coffee, tea and half & half are provided. Enjoy your morning coffee on the enclosed 3 season porch. Or enjoy your evening around the fire pit. Due to the possibility of poor air quality from the fires in Canada, room air purifiers with HEPA filters have been placed in all the bedrooms.

There are deer and turkeys that roam around at certain times of the year that children especially love to watch.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully remodeled and upgraded with everything you may need for cooking and dining. Kitchen includes a coffee bar, coffee, tea drawer, 2 teapots, cups, all utensils, cookware, toaster oven and blender.

Porches/Deck: There are two porches to sit on during the warm weather months to eat, drink your coffee or wine and enjoy the gardens, wildlife , hummingbirds and butterflies.

The front porch has a white wicker love seat, chairs and a table.
Enjoy the summer months and fall foliage on the flower filled back deck that is equipped with plenty of dining space, a beautiful large Weber grill, and a large table with chairs that seats 8-10.

Winter getaways are also loved by our guests who often mention the peaceful winter setting, coziness and the fireplace. We do not allow use of the fireplace in the summer as it may affect the air conditioning.

The quaint Village of Rhinebeck with its boutiques, shops, bistros and some farm-to-table restaurants is a short 5.3 miles away. Enjoy a short scenic walk with Catskill Mtn views to Mills Mansion where there are walking trails and beautiful vistas of the Hudson River and the Catskill Mountains. In winter the hill at Mills mansion is a kids' favorite spot to go sledding.

Dinsmore golf course is across the street from Mills Mansion. Nori Park is just down the road from Mills Mansion w several hiking trails that run along the Hudson River. Lake Minnewaska is a 30 min drive w an intermediate hike that is fun to do in summer as it leads to a beautiful lake and swimming area. Downtown Rhinebeck has a municipal swimming pool next to the library.

Vanderbilt Mansion and FDR's home is 6 miles away with beautiful walking trails. Marist College is up the road a short distance from Vanderbilt. Bard College and Vassar are also a short drive away. Omega Institute is an easy 6.3 mile commute. CIA (Culinary Institute of America) is also 6.6 miles toward Hyde Park, near Marist and Vanderbilt.

Fall foliage season is usually around the last week of September to the 3rd week of October. There is a lot of activity during that time upstate due to the splendid show of color and fall vibes.

Fairs and festivals- just about every weekend there is something happening at the fairgrounds. The sheep and wool festival is very popular in the fall. The Country Living Antique Fair is often held in Rhinebeck. The county fair in August is wonderful for kids and adults. The kids can watch cows giving birth and the 4H milkshakes are worth the wait!

Rhinebeck Farmer's market is open every Sunday from April-Oct From 10-2. It is a special one with live music, great farm to table food, artisans and activities for the kids.

The area is usually quiet. Traffic and parking at our home is free and easy. In winter we ask that you park at the top of the driveway if snow is expected.
The Farmers Mkt on Sundays from April-Oct is usually crowded and Sundays are a busy and fun happening in downtown Rhinebeck.

Other things to note
*Please leave fireplace running for no more than 4 hours. Do not leave on when you leave home or overnight. The control is kept on the living room coffee table and is very intuitive

There is a narrow antique staircase leading to bedrooms

PLease only use mild detergent (Mrs Meyers) on the marble and stainless steel. (No harsh chemicals)

Each guest is given a code on day of check-in for the Smart Lock which is located on the side door

The Grill

Propane for the grill is not automatically provided. If you find tanks empty they can be refilled for $20 each at Williams Lumber in Rhinebeck (10 min next to fairgrounds)

There is a beautiful Weber grill on the deck. The cleaners do not automatically clean the grill necessarily.

Being in the country there may be an occ bug or bee that sneaks in. We have sprays in the basement - but rarely have to use . If at all possible, we don't like to use chemicals in or outside due to the many animals and wildlife that are around.

Please wash your hands upon arrival The Airbnb guidelines for Covid safety are followed by our cleaners and are provided for our guests. The home is aired out, cleaned and kept empty prior to each guest arrival.

Bordered by meadow, forest and a horse farm, this luxury getaway is perfect for an escape with close friends/family or a small event. The quant village of Rhinebeck is 15 minutes driving distance. Five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Recently renovated. Each bedroom contains a queen bed, the master bedroom a king. Beautiful renovated master bath and two kitsch bathrooms original to cabin.

The space
The cabin & renovated addition contains 5 bedrooms and 3 baths (3 BR downstairs & 2 BR upstairs). The cabin contains a very spacious, open-format kitchen and dining space with vaulted ceilings. High end appliances and cookware for foodies.

The living room and kitchen/dining room both contain wood burning fireplaces to create magic in the fall, winter, and spring. A hot tub sits in a hilltop grove behind the house, kept open and heated year round. The grounds are gorgeous in any season, with native wildflower meadows and wide open lawns.

The outdoor, heated pool is wonderful to float in May through September. A propane grill is located on the back deck, and a fire bowl on the stone patio beside the pool.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, we ask that you be gentle around the barns as they are very old.

Here are some things to know / rules before booking

1. All reservations are given a $500 utilities allowance, BUT ALSO we require a $1,000 utilities deposit. This extra deposit will cover any utilities (water, gas, electric), that goes above $500. Whatever is not used from this deposit is returned to you after your stay.

3. Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty.

4. Pool is not heated

6. This is an older house, however its been fully remodeled.

7. We do not advise having children playing in the barns alone, they are very old.

8. No guests allowed without pre-approval from host.

9. There are motion activated security cameras on the outside of the home, nothing inside.

10. No smoking indoors, outdoors ok.

11. This is a VERY quiet area. Please keep noise level down.
