They answered right away and provided an alternative number that worked, so we only had to spend less than 5 min working through it. The unit was clean. My only gripe is whatever cleaning product they used on the tile floor left a slime type of feeling on your feet. Mild “ick” factor at most, but including this for feedback to the property company to possibly switch whatever they’re using."
