The house is located in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to town. The owner was very communicative and responsive. Comfortable porch with views overlooking the property. Paved roads up until our driveway. Our driveway is gravel and approximately 1,500 feet from the paved road to the cabin. We have 3 other cabins on this property available as well.
No pets, no smoking/vaping except outside and no occupants under the age of 20 years old.

The bathroom was a great size and very well done. The best place by far though was the porch which was equipped with two glider rockers. Each night and morning of our stay was spent enjoying the sounds and beauty of nature. We loved our stay and will be happy to return whenever we are that way again! Last of all thank you to our hosts for the great relay of information dueour stay. We had no issues, so there was no need to contact them during our stay, but they were very responsive during our planning and as we left. Wonderful place to stay!"

Super up to date and clean with everything you could need from work desk to coffee maker, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Has granite counter tops and travertine backsplash . Ironing board iron and hair dryer . Super nice and quiet area off hwy 64 in van buren . Just 5 min from i40 and i540 . We provide pots, pans, plates, cups, coffee, silverware and cooking utensils. We also have a video game machine as well and board games ..kick back and relax in this super clean new unit!

Come enjoy the beautiful Happy Hound real log cabin in Rudy, AR (or one of the other 3 cabins at the same location)! The cabin is set on 100 acres of forest & pasture. You`ll love the cozy feel of the cabin. Comfortable queen size bed. Living area with couch and a chair to enjoy the ambience of the faux fireplace and smart tv. Spacious table for two right off the completely functional kitchen with nearly fridge, range with cooktop and oven, coffee maker with coffee and toaster.
Smoking is ok, but it needs to be done outside. Please note we do have a pool (not for guests) near our home on the property that is approximately 150 to 200 feet away from the cabins. There are also 5 ponds on the property that are much further away (not for guests use). Individuals 19 years old or younger are not allowed to rent this room or be an occupant in the room.

House is very close to First Baptist church of Van Buren and about 1/2 a mile to downtown area to catch a train ride or to go shopping or dining! Only a few minutes away from the interstate if you need to travel to Fort Smith area- it is about 5 minutes away. Quiet older neighborhood with a diverse range of homes. Linens are provided along with soap and shampoo. Bedroom one has a queen size bed with a desk area if needed for business. Bedroom two has a king size bed. Both rooms have super plush mattresses and comfortable bed linens. Living room has a sleeper sofa queen size. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. House is around 850sqft. Very quaint and cozy! Small back yard area but no fence. Washer and dryer are provided and laundry soap if needed. Pet-friendly if you would like to bring your pets. Each bedroom has a roku tv as well as the living room. Iron and ironing board available. Hair dryer available.
