Letting the kids play in the water a bit at Gooseneck south right down the street was very enjoyable. If we come back out this way we will definitely stay here again."

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this recently updated studio while you keep an eye out for some of the abundant wildlife in the area such as wild turkey, deer, and eagles. The studio is within about 10 miles of the Tenkiller State Park, Pine Cove Marina, Big Daddy's, and Snake Creek Marina. We have a small shared firepit and ample shared parking for your boat if needed.

The studio features one room with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, one full bathroom, a large closet with a washer and dryer, and a kitchenette with dining area. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker, countertop oven, and refrigerator. There is also a small crockpot, an electric skillet, a two-burner hot plate, and George Foreman grill for your use with a charcoal grill located on the front porch.

Your vacation apartment has its own entrance and is separate from the main home. It is attached to a garage located about 30 yards to the south of the main home. There is a large area in front of the garage doors for boat or trailer parking. Access to the garage is prohibited.

The spare bedroom also has a queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, a luggage rack, and large closet. In the closet you will find plenty of hanging space and 2 inflatable air mattresses with extra bedding, blankets, and pillows. We do have laundry on-site that is free for our guests to use during their stay. A few laundry pods are provided.

This is the perfect place to stay after a fun day at Lake Tenkiller! The cabin is located just a few miles from the Wolf at Tenkiller restaurant and less than ten miles from the Tenkiller State Park. Enjoy the morning sunrise from the large wood deck or s'mores and star gazing by the fire pit at night. There is large parking area to accommodate several cars and boats.

The cabin has two private bedrooms with queen beds and a blow-up queen-size mattress for two additional guest. All bedding lines and towels are provided.

There is a garage and a garage apartment to the south of the cabin that is not part of this rental unit. There is a shared firepit between the two spaces for both the cabin and garage apartment to enjoy.

If you are looking for accommodations for more guests, we have a studio apartment to the south of the cabin that will sleep four more persons so the combined areas will sleep a total of ten people. There is also a laundry room and half bath adjacent from the kitchen.
The kitchen has a large island with four bar stools. The oven is an electric glass top.

This unique building with its stunning old rock walls can accomodate up to 18 people in 3 loft-like suites . The space
We came to Vian from far-away Germany to fall in love with this part of small-town America. We started to dream of making the almost dilapidated former Brockman´s Store, most likely the oldest building in town from 1904, a destination to rejoice and be glad with family and friends. We worked hard to restore and transform the former store for „Groceries, Hardware, Furniture, Saddlery, Coffins and Caskets“ into an beautiful place to meet and stay on now about 8,000 sqf.

Your visit at „Old Brockman´s Store“ comes with access to the „Saloon“, a two stories common space embraced by the two impressive rock walls which were carefully restored stone by stone. The „Saloon“ invites to hang out and relax, to watch movies or sports on our 75“ TV, to listen to or make music and dance. It features a bar, a pool table, a piano, a party-speaker with 2 karaoke mics, a guitar, 2 separate restrooms and lounge areas on two stories.

Kids are welcome. There is a kids´corner for them in the common area, and we provide high chairs, pack ´n play at request. Whoever likes can play volleyball and basketball in the city park across the street; balls are at hand. All our decor and interior is handpicked and tell a story.

The suites are situated behind the common area and face a lovely courtyard, to which they have access with seating outside.

Each suite has a fully equiped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and refridgerator. There are smart Roku HDTVs in the bedroom, the dining area and the upper level. Each suite has a bathroom with a walk in shower and double sinks.

All rooms are individually and comfortably furnished. The beds – a king in each suite, in addition a queen and/or a high-quality sleeper, on demand a luxury queen airbed - have beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Pack´n play and high chair are available on demand, too. There are also desks for your home office.

There is free high-speed WiFi in the whole building. Entry is keyless with code both to the building and to each suite. Parking is free on the street directly in front of the building.

Suite #1 "The Rock Room"
The Rock Room is one of the highlights of our place! It features a family center with a full kitchen, a stylish bathroom with double sind and walk-in shower, a huge bedroom with a king bed, and a cozy living room at the upper level you will not want to leave. From the wide windows you overlook the romantic courtyard, a slepper sofa allows for more guests as well as the queen size air mattress available on request. Experience the historic feel of this 1904 building by enjoying the original ceiling rafter and the exposed rock walls.

Suite #2 „The Blue Room“
We kept the blue room in a more modern look. A king bed is provided in the bedroom. On the upper level you´ll find a queen bed and a sleeper sofa as sleeping arrangements.

The interior of this Suite features a traditional look. There is a king bed in the bedroom, a queen bed on the upper level and the possibility to put a queen air matress next to the sofa.

Guest access
Each Suite has its own Schlage keypad lock and will get its own code. Guests have access to the courtyard through the bedrooms of each unit. In addition you can access the courtyard directly from the "Saloon" through a separate hallway.
