There was a small issue with the description having listed a hot tub when there was none, but I emailed the owner; he apologized and was unaware that VRBO had that option checked on the description. Hopefully they fixed that. But if not, there isn't a hot tub at this location."

The lake is close so we were able to rent a boat about 10 minutes away at Strayhorn Marina. Big Daddy’s restaurant is close and has good home cooking. Hope to say here again next year when we are back in Oklahoma." - "We enjoyed our stay at The Silo. The only complaint is the location--a good 15 minute drive to most of the restaurants (to be fair, most things near the lake are the same). Outside of that, you couldn't ask for a better place. - "Our kids and I loved our weekend get away in the mountains. It’s was so peaceful and you can’t beat the view or the price. Pictures don’t convey just how cozy this place is . We really appreciated the old fashioned feel. It is a bit of a windy road to get there but you won’t want to leave once there. There was everything we needed and more for a family of six with kids . Letting the kids play in the water a bit at Gooseneck south right down the street was very enjoyable. If we come back out this way we will definitely stay here again."
