Owner lives in the basement apartment. Separate entrance, so upstairs is private. Owner has one friendly Great Dane that stays inside unless owner is outside. If you don't want to have the dogs outside around the pool, the owner will keep them inside. They are very friendly and love kids.

The host's goal is to maintain VIP accommodations that are far superior to other competitors in the area. The owner is personally dedicated to ensuring your stay is awesome.

No parties without owner's special permission. Quite hours after 10pm. If you wish to bring pets, first discuss with owner. Unless owner gives permission, no non-paying guests can use the hot tub or pool without payment arrangement with owner. Pool (not artificially heated) will normally be open late March thru October, check with owner.
