We are an easy stroll to beaches, many beautiful walking tracks, 15 mins to Oneroa village with its shops & restaurants/ bars, and 5-10 mins from bus stops. 15 mins walk to Surfdale village and 10 mins to Little Oneroa beach. Ferry from Auckland city is a 40 min walk with light packs or a taxi/ bus ride away.

The space
Native/ garden birds, calming surrounds, and front deck has a sea view from amongst the trees.

The room offered is downstairs near the dining area and looks out through windows (no outside door) to an enclosed, sheltered courtyard with mid-morning and afternoon sunshine. It's a small, cosy room with wardrobe/ hanging space, a comfortable double sized bed and linen/ cotton bedding. If you have a larger suitcase it can be placed in the next door room.

We encourage you to explore the many gastro options around the local village and island - room only is offered with 'kitchenette' facilities for coffee making and cereal or toast/ snacks etc - generally not available for cooking/ self catering of main/ evening meals except by special request.

The separate, adjacent bathroom is offers a towel warmer and modern amenities. The bathroom is only used by you and any guests of our holistic health treatment studio (during the weekday afternoons only). Eco-friendly bathroom products are provided.

The room offered is downstairs adjacent to main access and dining/ living area which you are welcome to use (we maintain quiet after 10.30pm.) Access to the space is via our main entry. The guest bedroom looks out upon an enclosed courtyard with pizza oven - occasionally we may light the outdoor fire (with your agreement) for a cosy social evening.

Kyle & Ros occupy an upstairs bedroom & bathroom and frequently work from home - mainly upstairs. We welcome your use of the lower deck and the extensive landscaped areas of the garden (courtyard/ lawn). We have beanbags and a petanque set available - please ask.

Centrally located, yet private and peaceful, this elevated and isolated house is a 10 minute walk to Oneroa beach and village, and walking distance to Mudbrick and Cable Bay wineries. At the top of a 50m driveway, it offers views over the surrounding bush, vineyards and bays.

The space
A spacious (28 sqm) comfortable double room (queen size bed), separated from the main house by the house entrance. The room opens on a tiled courtyard with outdoor table and sitting area, and on our garden with a view towards the bays and Auckland. There is a desk, a dressing cabinet with large mirror, hooks to hang your dress or suit, a couple of seaters to relax and read, a desk to write, and enough space to practice yoga (mat provided).
The bathroom is located halfway through the corridor. It may have to be shared with visiting family or friends, if any. The hosts have their own bathroom.
The room is separate from the main house and can be accessed either from the main entrance or directly from a private entrance from your patio. More access information will be provided once booking is made.
There is no cooking facility provided but you have access to the kitchen for fresh water, tea and coffee. Cereal, toast and fruit will be made available for breakfast.

The space
The house is on two levels, with the main lounge, kitchen and laundry upstairs. Bedrooms, bathrooms and the guest lounge and deck are downstairs where the house stays cool in summer and warm in winter.

There are two decks on the property, one is set higher up with wonderful views across the valley and a glimpse of the ocean. Great for a morning coffee. The reading nook is a great place to relax with a glass of wine.

Downstairs the deck has a comfortable seating area and is nestled into the bush, which is wonderful for bird watching. There is also an outdoor bath tub here, which is amazing for star gazing at night.

Your bathroom is complete with all the basics you might require, like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels, facecloths and a hair dryer.

Your private lounge has its own 55" TV with a soundbar. There is smart functionality and the TV is hooked up to Netflix, Neon, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Sky Sports, so there is plenty to keep you entertained in the evenings!

The well equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, oven, electric hob and dishwasher and you are welcome to cook an evening meal and enjoy a glass of wine with Tom and Fi if they are around.

This isn't another bland holiday house, the house is decorated with all sorts of artwork and memorabilia from our travels and has the feeling of a true home away from home.

A perfect place for a romantic idyll for you, your friends, and family. A peaceful, private, and central location for your Waiheke Island holiday. You can walk to beaches and over 20 cafes, bars, and restaurants in the main township of Oneroa village in 15 minutes. This sunny, north facing, open plan studio house was inspired by Le Corbusier, and designed by USA architect Joseph Buch. There are three levels of open plan living with a deck overlooking the bush and sea.

The space
If you are after an original Kiwi bach, then this is the place for you. The bach has been completely repainted, and has new flooring and lighting. Since then, we have received almost 100% 5 star reviews. We love this home as it is very unique to New Zealand. Our water tank has had a UV treatment and filtration system to guarantee sterile and safe water for your stay.
Our home has a lovely open floor plan with very high ceilings. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a single trundler bed. The bathroom is still in it's original state from when the house was built.
One bedroom is a loft with glass ballustrades and the other one is on the ground floor of the house . The ground floor bedroom has French doors that open onto the north facing deck. You have a view from the back deck to Blackpool beach and the Makora reserve. There is a woodburning stove which heats up the bach quite quickly.
We allow well behaved dogs that are up to date with flea and worm treatments for $50/stay.
We hire luxury linens and provide toiletries, coffee, and tea for your stay.
Depending on the time, there may be an early check in or late check out fee; please ask ahead of time as this depends on the cleaner’s availability.
Please don’t let your fur baby on the carpets, beds, or any of the furniture.
As our house is in the beautiful bush, please accept that there will be endemic insects, which are out of our control.

A centrally located, spacious home-away-from-home flat ideally suited for a couple but with the possibility of another person sleeping on a single bed and 2 extras sleeping in the lounge on an electronic air-bed. It is fully equipped for self-catering and provides pleasant independent relaxation in a private, self-contained area. We live at the other end of the property and enjoy receiving visitors from all nations, having spent time in Asia, Europe, Polynesia and South America.

The space
The kitchen area is fully equipped for self-catering although we leave tea, coffee, milk, olive oil and condiments for use. Eat in or go out to visit cafés as you wish. In drawers and cupboards there are cutlery, crockery, cooking pots and pans and glasses. The spacious lounge has a large settee and 2 recliner sofas for watching freeview TV or a selection of videos. Cast Netflix, Youtube or Spotify to the TV from your phone. There is also a massage chair for aching backs. A Netgear appliance gives link-up to Wifi. The concrete-block flat has a ventilator in the lounge and heat-pump/ air-conditioner in the bedroom. You can relax outside on the private covered patio area with an outdoor table and chairs. We can also set up a small gas barbecue on request. The area is frequented by tui (white-breasted parson birds), kaka (native parrots) and kereru (native wood pigeons).

A. Take the 502 bus to (Te Ara Tumatanui o Pacific) PACIFIC PARADE or ask the driver for the WISCA corner if automatic announcements are turned off. Walk c.350 metres along Pacific Pde to number 44.
B. From the car ferry on Kennedy Point drive straight ahead past the schools to the round-about at the start of the peninsula, turn left into Alison Rd and then immediately right into Jellicoe Parade. At the end of Jellicoe Pde turn right into Ocean Rd, then left into Pacific Pde (direction sign Oneroa). 44 Pacific Pde is 300 metres further on your left. Slow at the top of the rise to turn into the loop drive.
C. By rental car from the passenger terminal. Follow the main road through Oneroa Village and past Little Oneroa (Ocean View Road) to the intersection at the top end of Ocean View Road after Little Oneroa. Turn left into Pacific Parade. The house is about 800 metres up the road on the right.
