With stunning views over Brodick Bay to Brodick Castle and Goat Fell, our lovely bright guest room is ideally placed just 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. We are on a hill above Brodick Bay, in a quiet residential area, set above the sea front, within walking distance of the sea front, golf course and local amenities.
Well behaved dogs and their owners are very welcome (2max) and there are a multitude of walks and trails around the island.

The space
You have a large but not completely dog secure garden.
We have fitted a key safe so that you can check yourselves in and out.
Your room is of a good size, with a double bed and king sized quilt. The room is accessible for those with limited mobility. The short path from the road is narrow in places, and there is a step into the house. Your private shower room has one step into it. Otherwise everything is on one level.
You will have tea and coffee making facilities provided.
There is also a table suitable for working at your laptop, a television, and plenty of room for your dogs if you have them.
Arran is a haven for golfers with seven courses to playing the island. For nature lovers it is just the place to be! Apart from the expected sea birds you may be lucky enough to see seals, otters, red squirrels, red deer and even golden and sea eagles!
There are many hikes, walks and trails both locally and around the island.
Dogs are welcome almost everywhere, most cafes and hotels have dog areas, but if the day is too hot for your fur baby, or you want to take a trip to Holy Isle, we can provide a dog sitting service for you by arrangement (£10 per three hour session).
We have plenty of dog towels, and can provide bedding for your dogs, but please bring their own bowls.

Hunters Apartment is located in the Invercloy area of Brodick. It has just been recently renovated and enjoys a very central location which is ideal for guests looking for a base to explore this wonderful Island. It is 10-15 minutes walk from the Pier and on the bus route should you wish to leave the car at home. The Beach, golf course, local restaurants and hostelries as well as shops and the fabulous facilities at Auchrannie are within easy walking distance.

The space
The apartment is ideal for one or two people - the rooms are compact /cosy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a walled garden to the back of the property with a patio area which is a sun trap in the morning. Guests are welcome to enjoy this space.

The entrance leads in to a private hallway where there is an area for boots and a hanging space for coats etc. There is a clothes line outside and a heated airer in the hallway should you need to dry things off.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home from home. Belmont is a cosy, comfortable base for exploring the whole island. Only a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the ferry terminal it is well situated for those travelling to the island without a vehicle and is close to all the amenities in Brodick. There is a private driveway for those who are planning to drive on the island. Pet friendly, there is a large, secure garden with incredible views across the bay to Goatfell.

The space
Belmont is a spacious bungalow with all rooms on one level.
The two bedrooms (one double and one twin) each have plenty of hanging and drawer space for your clothes.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate bath, toilet and basin. There is also a separate cloakroom with a toilet and basin.
The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. The washing machine is available for guests to use free of charge.
There is a separate dining room.
We have recently replaced the heating and hot water tank in the property.

Guest access
Except for the housekeeper's cupboard and the garden shed, you will have full access to all areas of the property, including the garage where you can store bikes, kayaks etc.

Other things to note
The garden is sloping and the tarmac pathway surrounding the house is uneven in places - please watch your step.
The steps outside the back door leading towards the patio area are uneven, please take care or walk around the side of the house to walk up the gently sloping lawn instead (when coming back to the house from the patio I would recommend taking the long way around).

This is a cosy 2-bedroom cottage that is set in beautiful grounds in the midst of ancient semi-natural woodland, and enjoys spectacular uninterrupted views to sea.

The cottage is self contained and available for your sole use. It is traditional and has lots of rustic charm coupled with modern twists for your comfort.

You can walk straight up Goatfell from the cottage, or walk or cycle along a number of tracks. At the same time it's just a 12 minute drive to Brodick and the ferry terminal.

The self contained cottage is one half of Merkland House. The other half is our family home.

A spacious detached 2 storey house, set in a quiet neighbourhood, with a great furnished partially covered decking area to enjoy drinks, bbq & a sloping garden with swing. The space
The rooms are spacious, and the house warm, but the best place to relax or enjoy lunch/dinner /drinks is on the patio where there is cover over the main outside dining. Alternatively there's open dining on the lower split level decking which is good for enjoying breakfast. There's a flat level off the decking on the garden which is ideal for bbq. Beyond this there's a large sloping garden, great for playing games, leading to a double swing at the bottom.

Other things to note
Whilst close to all local amenities, the house is set off the main village in a quiet area for a good sleep. As all bedrooms are upstairs and on the 2nd floor, this house is not suitable for guests needing wheelchair access. Please also note that neighbours live nearby and don't expect to be kept awake with loud noise or music at night, offenders will get a bad review

Our newly built house in Brodick is extremely well equipped with an open plan ground floor and 4 large bedrooms. A large south facing garden which is beautifully landscaped, has two patio areas each with tables and chairs and bbq. The garden is fully enclosed and has stunning views over the Clyde, Glen Cloy Valley and Goatfell. It is situated beside Brodick Golf Course with suburb access to all local amenities and beautiful walks. The house is easily accessible from the ferry and local buses.

The house easily sleeps and caters for 8 or more people with modern comfortable beds. A modern and sophisticated kitchen is extremely well equipped with the ability to eat inside or out.
