- "Amazing staff !!" - "I love it, only problem iw clothes no include, fee " - "I liked it " - "Overall, the hotel was decent, though a bit outdated, and there was no elevator. On our first day, we ran out of hot water, which was particularly inconvenient. We informed the reception, and they resolved it fairly quickly. However, one issue I found disappointing was the lack of transparency in their menu. For instance, I do not eat pork, and during dinner at their gourmet restaurant, I ordered the beef menu with a gratin. Unfortunately, the gratin contained pork, which was not mentioned. This left me quite upset. Another major inconvenience occurred a few days before the end of our stay when the air conditioning stopped working. I reported it to the reception at 8:30 a.m., and someone only came to fix it at 11:30 p.m. Worse, the staff member knocked so quietly before using their key card to enter the room that we didn’t hear them. Unfortunately, my wife and I were in a very private moment, and this intrusion was incredibly embarrassing and unacceptable. While the hotel has its positives, these incidents significantly impacted our experience."

- "The hotel was absolutely beautiful, our room was modern and clean and very comfortable. The bed was a dream. Staff was super friendly and the all inclusive buffet was excellent with a huge variety for all meals and also possibility to grill your own meat or fish. It was one of the best holidays we ever had! The beach is very close and gorgeous with plenty of chairs available and a gorgeous palm grove to get out of the sun a bit. In the restaurant, I was greeted in the evening with a smile and the question of whether I would like to have “my” table again. This is a fascinating level of attention from the staff. The restaurants are large enough that you can find a seat anywhere. The buffets are large and of a very decent quality and are beautifully presented, with staff constantly ensuring that everything is clean and tidy. The sandy beach in front of the hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and you can go for long walks here. The entire outdoor area of the hotel is also clean and impeccably maintained. I could have easily stayed at the hotel for longer than a week and can recommend it without reservation. Even the proximity to the airport is not a problem, as there is no aircraft noise to be heard. On the contrary: literally less than five minutes passed between collecting my suitcase at the airport and entering the hotel lobby - that is extremely convenient."

When we booked the management contacted us to first say hello and to ask if we needed a transfer arranged from the airport to the apartment, that was appreciated. On arrival we met Sara the apartment manager who was so helpful getting us settled in, explaining details about the local area and giving us her contact details for anything else we might think of that we may need support with whilst there. The cleaners came in once during our stay to give the apartment a nice spruce up! The apartment had a lovely balcony that looked out over the town, apartments on the other side had ocean views, next time we will take an apartment on the ocean side! The facilities were spot on, clean and functional bathroom, well stocked kitchenette with pots, plates, oven/hob, fridge etc. Lovely reception room (which we barely used as we were out all the time!). The beds were comfortable and clean and there is nice local artwork throughout the property. The property is very well located as it is approximately 25 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from the beach and the local restaurants, bars and shops are a short stroll away. This is an excellent base for planning whatever you are doing on the island as it is central, easy to find and everything is accessible to you. "
