Over looking the marina at Port Hinchinbrook we are the first house at the Marina entrance so you get first pick at the fish as the tide comes in. Or sit & watch the sunset with a nice wine. Very comfortable upstairs/downstairs open & breezy easy living. Fully self contained modern kitchen, opens into the downstairs lounge/dinning area. Private pool & outdoor bbq entertainment area overlooking the Marina. The only shared area is the pontoon with unit 2. Lockup garage & off street parking . Just five kilometres from the sleepy township of Cardwell.

We live right next door so we are able to personally hand you the keys & explain anything you should know. While respecting your privacy we are always there should you need us.

Cardwell township is 2kms from the property, here you will find a supermarket, cafe,
newsagent, post office and local shopping outlets. Bring your bikes and skateboards

While the house was clean and perfect for our large family, there is a considerable number of deferred maintenance issues with appliances, theatre room AV equipment and on the back porch area. Relative to other options in Cardwell, Mahi Mahi is one of the best homes in the area. The location is very good with easy access to marina and all the hiking trails and waterfalls. We enjoyed our stay."

Both units are completely separate & private. Each has its own pool. The floating pontoon is the only part shared 50/50
We are at the mouth of the marina, although due to the silting we are governed by the tides for boating access.
The marina has no water in it at low tide so it’s important for boats to go in & out on high tide.
The driveway at the townhouse is large enough to accommodate a boat trailer.
A safe public boat ramp entry is just half a kilometre away in the next block.
Please take care when entering the water, this area is well known for salt water crocodiles.
