Charlotte’s Cottage is a superbly restored Victorian, built as a private school in 1871, dominating Connelly Street in the historic port area and nestled between the Murray and Campaspe rivers, the house is in a peaceful but prime area of Echuca.
Take a stroll to High Street where you will find trendy cafes, boutique shops, wellness centres and Echuca’s finest restaurants and hotels. Wander through the port and explore the Paddle Steamer Capitol of the World. All this within 500 metres.
Walk the Scenic Track, take a cruise or just enjoy the beautiful Murray with all the activities and fun it provides. E.g. Canoes, SUP, barbie boats, fishing, skiing or a round of golf at Rich River.
The home boasts three large bedrooms, each with ensuite, including a bath. Linen and bath towels provided. The house has central heating and air conditioning with each guest room having its own split system.
Two leather couches make the lounge room very comfortable with TV and DVD player. Free unlimited WiFi is available throughout the property.
The family/dining room offers an alternate area to gather with its own Smart TV and DVD player. The huge entertainer’s kitchen is fully equipped with ample cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There are two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and percolator and French door fridge/freezer. The fully functional laundry is adjacent.

The Junction Boutique Apartment is a 2 bedroom loft style apartment situated within walking distance to everything Echuca/Moama has to offer.
What a perfect spot to relax, unwind and take in all the sights and sounds of the Mighty Murray River which is only a 300m stroll away. Follow the river down to the beautiful historic Port precinct and visit all the attractions it has on offer. Then why not wine and dine your way around the endless options of quality eateries, wine bars and pubs.
You can explore Echuca Moama at your own pace on foot or why not pack your bikes and explore the many trails Echuca/Moama has to offer. We have an abundance of bush walking tracks and riverside trail options all at your fingertips. Whether it be strolling along the Campaspe River walking tracks, walking or cycling along side the Murray River, taking a relaxing bush walk or jogging the scenic drive, the options really are endless.
If staying in is more your style the apartment boasts a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is decked out with everything you should need for normal cooking, including a pantry stocked with breakfast goodies, basic condiments, a variety of teas, coffee and milk in the fridge, just help yourselves. Over in the bar you will find the wine fridge, an abundance of wine glasses, a corkscrew and a bottle stopper if you need it. The dining table will seat six people comfortably.
In the living room we have a 50" LG smart TV with all the bells and whistles, you can catch up on all of your favorite TV shows or watch endless amounts of movies with the apartments very own Netflix account. We also have an old school DVD player with a large movie library.
Outside we have an undercover area, a 6 seat table setting and a lounge area which gives you plenty of room to entertain with friends and the grassed backyard is a great place for the kids to run around and play.
Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The large main bedroom consists of a king bed, a split system aircon/heater and TV which you can also watch DVD’s on. The second bedroom consists of a queen bed and a spilt system aircon/heater. We also have a porta cot available for use. The upstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower, bath and toilet. We provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and soap. Downstairs has a separate toilet/powder room.
At the Junction Boutique Apartment we provide all linens and towels.

Located a short drive from central Echuca, 600 meters from a public boat ramp and a stone’s throw from walking tracks to the mighty Murray River. Family friendly, four-bedroom holiday home, fully equipped with all the luxuries to ensure you have a relaxing getaway.
There is a stunning solar heated pool which contains an undercover entertaining area with sink, bar fridge and storage. There is also a fully fenced grass area for the kids to play safely with a large trampoline and basketball ring. There is a separate formal courtyard with a large outdoor setting and BBQ.
The huge Master bedroom is located upstairs with a beautiful deck looking out to the pool area. This room contains a king size bed, with a fold out double bed and single trundle. It also has a TV and a full en-suite with free standing bath.
Downstairs hosts three generous sized bedrooms with some of the original period features of the home. Bedrooms 1 & 2 include a queen size bed, built in robes and views of the manicured gardens.
Bedroom 3 contains two generous king single beds and a single trundle bed. This room also has views of the gardens. Those travelling with children will appreciate the toys available to entertain young kids of various ages.
There is a fully functional modern kitchen located in the main hub of the house, with separate dining and living areas. The downstairs bathroom contains a large free standing bath which provides the perfect way to relax after enjoying all that Echuca has on offer. There is also a European laundry with a washing machine and two double clotheslines.
The property boasts lots of natural light, high ceilings that provide a sense of space, ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout.

This is a 1930s two bedroom home with a new veranda from which to enjoy the leafy garden and large silky oaks out the front. Luxuriate in the large bath and enjoy the new appliances and quality additions in the quaint kitchen. You will be reminded of gentler times of the past by the polished floors and antique furniture throughout. A gas flame effects heater in the old fashioned fireplace will keep you warm in winter, air conditioning will help you relax after a day of enjoying the sights and sounds of Echuca in summer. A private side garden will give your pet dog a secure place to frolic. Relax and soak up the country ambience of yesteryear. Close to railway station and CBD, round the corner from East playground, barbecues and dogpark with offstreet parking. A bus stop is right put the front to take you into the middle of town if you don’t want to walk. WIFI. This is a comfortable cottage and cleaned between every visitor, but please keep in mind that it is pet friendly, so not for people who might be allergic to the odd hair that might get missed between the floorboards. Good AC and heating. Quilts/ pillows/ tea towels provided but bring your own linen and towels.

We are the back apartment which is stand alone providing a very secure and quiet location for our guests and within easy walking distance to the main street, port precedent, train station, supermarkets, bars and all that Echuca has to offer.
Supermarkets are within 400m walk, main street within 700m walk and Port area 10 to 15 minute walk. Train/Bus station is 450m walk over footbridge from Big W.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk in shower, separate toilet, laundry, open entertainment with kitchen, dining (seating for 8) and lounge opening to outside courtyard with BBQ and extra dining for 8.

Located only 5km from central Echuca, we are situated on 13 acres backing onto the Campaspe River. Our 2 bedroom refurbished guest retreat is surrounded by natural bushland where you will find all the comforts you need for your stay. We offer the ideal country escape with all that Echuca has to offer within easy reach.
Campaspe Retreat is located at the end of a quiet street on the outskirts of Echuca. We are on a large rural property backing onto the Campaspe River, offering tranquillity but only 5 minutes from town.
Our unit includes 2 ensuite bedrooms, one with King bed the other with 2 King Single beds, large living area with Kitchen, Dining and Living area with queen sized sofa bed (inner spring mattress). 2 fold up single beds and a porta cot are also available on request (Extra Charge).
Our swimming pool is available for guest use.
Fresh breakfast hampers filled with local produce are available on request for an additional cost. You can't get fresher or more local than eggs from our free range chickens on the property.
We have plenty parking, and extra parking for your boat as well.
Guests are free to wander around our 5 hectare (13 acre) property and to use the swimming pool which has solar heating or enjoy sitting by the firepit when the evenings are cooler.
We live on the property and are available if you have any queries or require any assistance. You are welcome to explore around the property at your leisure, but be assured of your privacy.

River Village Ranch is a 20 acre lifestyle ranch set only minutes from the centre of Echuca and walking distance to the Murray River, you will love the relaxed atmosphere and ambiance of the rural setting. An ideal location for couples weekend getaway.

The cottage is a spacious double brick building with timber ceilings, open fire place fully equiped kitchen, we also have backup reverse cycle heating and cooling with overhead ceiling fans. One car undercover parking with lots area to park your boat etc
Guest access
Guests have access to the swimming pool , large open entertainment area with BBQ and camp oven cooking facilities, with nearby Echuca East boat ramp and lots of walking river trails and suitable river tracks for mountain bike riding.

Pets welcome in the large secure backyard and only on tiled areas inside the home (kitchen, laundry). All evidence of pets being in the backyard need to be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges. A kennel, pool shell, toys and water bowl are provided. $50 fee is charged per pet.
Guest Access
You have private access to the home and secure backyard, no one else can book other rooms. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for (no one else can book these rooms) eg.

3-4 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double bed)

The apartment is located in a quiet, picturesque and secure part of town. The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There's a gorgeous walking track into town along the Campaspe River. You'll thoroughly enjoy this peaceful and quiet home away from home.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.
The space
The cottage is a stand-alone building in the large rear garden behind our house. Our property is one acre in size with well developed trees and garden spaces. The open-plan living room and kitchen is bright and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and cooking facilities. There's a TV and bookshelf with a few games. The bedroom is separate from the living space and has a full wardrobe. The sofa also converts to a sofa bed, but please let us know in advance if you'd like it made up; otherwise we'll assume you're happy to share the queen bed. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and is accessed from the main living space. We've committed to AirBnb's enhanced cleaning policy and no animals are allowed indoors.

The cottage is a stand-alone building in the large rear garden behind our house. There are two entrances and a dedicated parking space shaded by a pergola. If you need parking for a second vehicle, trailer or caravan, please let us know in advance and we'll arrange something suitable. Guests are welcome to sit on the deck and enjoy strolling in the garden.

Please note that, while we provide two types of tea and two types of coffee, we do not supply milk.
This is because some people like full cream, some people like skim, others need soy, many don't take milk at all and sometimes the cottage sits empty for several days at a time. We could have all those milks on hand, but it would create a lot of waste and we've decided it's best to allow guests to BYO.
The cottage is offered on a residential/accommodation basis. It is not suitable for hosting massage or beauty appointments or seeing commercial clients of any other kind.
Occasionally, during daylight hours, there will be vehicles passing the cottage to reach the rear yard and Greg's workshop.
Enjoy this charming B&B that sits right on the river only a short walk from the town centre. Anne, your host, has many years experience in hospitality and will offer you a warm welcome. Campaspe Retreat is located at the end of a quiet street on the outskirts of Echuca. We are on a large rural property backing onto the Campaspe River, offering tranquillity but only 5 minutes from town.
Our unit includes 2 ensuite bedrooms, one with King bed the other with 2 King Single beds, large living area with Kitchen, Dining and Living area with queen sized sofa bed (inner spring mattress). 2 fold up single beds and a porta cot are also available on request (Extra Charge).
Our swimming pool is available for guest use.
Fresh breakfast hampers filled with local produce are available on request for an additional cost. You can't get fresher or more local than eggs from our free range chickens on the property.
We have plenty parking, and extra parking for your boat as well.
