Of the smaller pools, there are some warm/hot and some cooler so be sure to check them for your preference! The food at the restaurants was great, and there’s an evening taco truck! The hibachi is AMAZING, best food we had and such a fun experience. The buffet always had something we enjoyed, be sure to fill up on breakfast because the pool bar food does not open until 12:00 (we are early risers). I cannot say enough good things about the staff, they were the most lovely group of people and SO helpful and friendly. They truly care and want to make your experience amazing. The property is spread out/hilly, but you are able to request golf cart transportation around the property if you need it. My husband had a prior foot injury, any time the staff saw him walking they stopped and offered him a ride! We went to the beach club one day which was also a blast, the food and custom cocktails were delicious, the water was nice (they put colored flags out to indicate the water safety level) and we saw whales jumping! We went for a couple hours which was the perfect amount of time. We did not venture elsewhere, but had friends explore the area and venture to Sayalita and said it was fun and super safe. Overall, we have no complaints! Highly recommend. "

Perla 3 is located on the second floor of a terraced 3 storey building on the waterfront, away from the highway. The unit was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen supplies, and the beds were comfortable. The owner and property manager were very responsive, and remedied a couple of minor maintenance issues promptly. My only caution would be if you have any issues with stairs or roosters. The space of Cassa Bella is so comfortable and well thought out. Quiet and safe. Alex, Kyle, and Theo are all so sweet and helpful. Cab station is across the street, Making going back to the airport very easy or for a quick trip to the grocery or to Bucerias. The restaurant on the corner is excellent for breakfast lunch or dinner, they take USD cash and speak english. Walk strait down thru the marina entrance to the beach for the sunrise and sunset. So many places to see and/or grab a drink or eat. We can't wait to visit again."

- "My husband and I fell in love with Zantamar! The fifth floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was perfect for our three week stay. The view of the mountains, the town of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and the Marina was panoramic. Everyone who worked at the property was helpful and caring. Great security without being overbearing. Diego and Beach Please were always responsive to our requests. The pool on the first floor is glorious. The pool on the main level is just steps from the beach. Lots of room for people to hang out and chill. We fell in love with the aguachile at La Ballena Blanca on the square. Loved Tortilleria La Marina and Lizy's Coffee on Calle Coral. We became addicted to the Tuna Tartare at La Cata restaurant at the Mercado Del Mar, the extraordinary fish market in La Cruz. It was an easy 180 peso taxi ride to and from Bucerias where we had lovely meals at La Casa by Thierry Blouet, Meat Meet and Le Bistrot. IEasy check-in and check-out. The beds are comfortable. The towels fluffy and abundant. Cleaning was just once a week so we added a mid-week cleaning. Diego helped us arrange for Anna to came every week on Wednesday. We grew very fond of a local doggy named “Ballentine.” We thought we’d hang out more at the Sunday Market but only went once during our stay. The local beach clubs were affordable and a great way to spend a day. Zantamar was a balm for our spirits and bodies! Thank you!"

Our brand new condo in Kovay Gardens is a tropical oasis in a fantastic location. IIt is modern, stylish and spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It features a mini pool on the balcony & the resort complex has beautiful gardens, multiple pools, 2 restaurants & common areas. There is also a concierge onsite, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, private beach access, hot tubs & other resort amenities. You will feel like you are staying at a luxury hotel resort! Kovay Gardens is 5 minutes from downtown La Cruz, the Marina & the famous Sunday market.

The condo is on the 2nd floor with a view of the gardens. It has two spacious bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms and a mini pool on the balcony with outdoor seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook and live comfortably.

We have furnished the condo to a high standard and look forward to welcoming guests for extended stays.

(Please note that the walk from the condo down to the private beach is around 200 meters through beautiful gardens. Golf carts are also available).

*Please also note that there is some building work going on on the complex right now behind our condo, around 100m away, workers are building during midweek working hours and you may be able to hear this if sitting out on the balcony during the day. However, indoors, you really cant hear it as the balcony doors are heavy and thick*

- "It was super easy to book this property through VRBO .We stayed for 4 weeks and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The host Hannah provided everything you could possibly need! . The bed is super comfortable, all the appliances worked fine. The property grounds are like being in a jungle, with pools and waterfalls, bridges , birds, iguanas etc. There are 2 restaurants, bar, lounge.Poolside service for drinks & food. They require you leave a credit card on file so you can ring up a tab for your purchases - this worked great! - be aware they add on a pre determined tip of 20%. We didn’t have Cell data so we found Diana in Concierge (she’s in a little building 1/2 way down to the beach on the right) & were able to What’s App her. Then she would summon taxis for us right to the apartment. The only downside that we found, which was totally beyond Hannah’s control: Noise, construction is going on nearby from 8am-5pm 6 days a week, it varies in intensity though. Also, from the back bedroom you can hear the property golf carts that shuttle people between the entrance & the beach.- electric carts would be a huge improvement! We felt 100% safe, the staff were ALL outstanding in every regard. We walked to La Cruz, about 15-20 minutes. Either along the beach or the road-which the apartment is closer to.. The taxi is 100 Pesos each way. We also paid 35 CA rental to use the Kayaks in the Bay which are right on the beach. We had a splendid time, and definitely would return! Thanks Hannah"

The property is even more beautiful than in the photos, with lush tropical gardens, multiple pools, and jacuzzis that are perfect for relaxing. - "We stayed at Casa Agua for 5 days in April 2023. This property is great for multiple families as it has 4 separate bedrooms (3 of which are basically individual master suites). I would note that each bedroom is on separate levels of the property, so, while this provides lots of privacy, it can be a challenge if your group has smaller children who want to use the smaller bedroom with two queen beds as that room is on the lowest level of the property and is somewhat removed from the living area. The property has incredible views of the bay and Puerto Vallarta at night, and the walk down to the beach club is a breeze (golf cart is also included regardless). Our concierge (Mario) was incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests, and he came by to check on us daily. Finally, I would highly recommend the daily breakfast preparation! We will be back (most likely for an adult trip as the house provides lots of privacy for each guest)."
