The space
This house is just 10 meters to Sand Beach! You can take photo of sunrise from the Pacific Ocean.
Convenience store is 5min walk away and open 24 hours. Ramen , cafe, bar, pizza , izakaya is also within 5min walk!
For breakfast, I recommend the “Yoshigyu” the famous beaf bowl shop, only 300-400yen per person, 5min walk away!
Nearest Onsen is 15min away, 800yen per person. So suitable for short and long staying on local side of Japan!
And, I love help you for trying local food, magnificent “true traditional Unagi” cuisine, terribly sourest pickle “Umeboshi” with true traditional style, the same methods from Samurai era.

My house is located 5min. on foot from Hakone Itabashi Station. It's a very convenient location to go to HAKONE area.

Please make sure to wipe your pet’s paws before entering the house after outdoor walks.

Regarding Damage to Fusuma (Sliding Doors) and Shoji (Paper Screens)

We check the condition of the fusuma and shoji after every guest’s stay.
If damage is found after your check-out, regardless of the extent,
a repair fee of ¥15,000 will be charged through the booking site.

Due to the system of the booking site, we will first send the repair fee request,
then confirm the damage photos and details with you.
If the damage was not caused by you, please let us know via message.
Our property insurance may cover the cost, so please contact us if necessary.

If you notice any damage when you first enter the room,
please inform us immediately.

There have been repeated damages to the fusuma and shoji,
and repairs are time-consuming and costly.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

There is one air conditioner installed in the Japanese-style bedroom 1 on the second floor.

An electric heater is available in the closet of the first-floor Japanese-style room.

About Smoking
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Smoking is allowed in the backyard.
Please make sure to use the provided ashtray.
Be extremely careful with fire.
If any signs of smoking indoors or unsafe fire use in the backyard are found,

This is a 48.0m2 retro-style guesthouse , but it has a calm and great atmosphere.From JR Hayakawa Station only 2minutes on foot .
Highly accessible to Odawara-shi , Atami-shi and Hakone-shi .By car to Hakone only needs 15minutes .You can explore seafood market and restaurants to experience the local life here. After eating you can also walk to the national park and the Ishigakiyama Ichiya-jō Rekishi kōen on foot. Post office and convenience store are near by our house too.

The space
-We have 2 living rooms in our house .including four single bed, one single futon and one sofa bed which can accommodate up to 6 people.
(*The bedrooms are not two separate rooms, but are separated by a curtain.)

-The house is equipped with TV, washing machine, air conditioning and basic electricities.Bathroom has towels and bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer.

-The kitchen come with microwave, refrigerator, kitchen supplies (pot, frying pan, dish) etc are prepared. For those who likes to cook, you can go to supermarket nearby to buy local fresh ingredients and enjoy cooking time in house which you wont able to experience if you stay in hotel.
