Anyone who travels with their dogs know they are part of the family and are extremely well looked after and generally have their own beds and covers for furniture. I didn't appreciate the threat of a fine when of course there will be dog hair in dog accommodation. Will NEVER stay there again. "

East Beach Units represent the ultimate offering in Port Fairy's budget accommodation. Situated only a stone's throw to East Beach surfing haven and a 5 minute leisurely stroll into the town centre you cannot do better for location and price.

Unit 5 is situated on the first floor, with its own parking space at the back of the building as well as spaces at the front. There are 2 bedrooms, the master with a queen and the second bedroom contains 2 singles and a top bunk bed - please see images for the layout. There are pedestal fans in the bedrooms and each Unit has its own bathroom with shower.

There is an open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen contains a full oven, stove top, microwave, fridge as well as utensils for your holiday cooking. The living room offers a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD as well as complimentary WiFi and electric heating to keep you toasty warm in winter.

There is a guest laundry which includes washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Outside there is an undercover shared BBQ area, while you cook up dinner the kids can make use of the basketball court yard with ring to work up their appetite (if your day on the beach hasn't quite done the job!)

Across the road from the East Beach Fish and Chip shop, perfect for Friday night's dinner or when the kids are ravenous after a morning on the beach. If you are in need of a morning coffee head over the road to Charlie's On East and enjoy a brew as you listen to the waves roll onto the sand. Send the kids out with their surf boards and you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast while keeping an eye on them.

Ideally located only a few minutes walk to the centre of town, and just down the road from the Belfast Aquatics pool, local tennis courts and large cricket oval Norina offers a unique home away from home.

The property has 2 bedrooms, both with doubles and unique heritage pieces that give them their charm. The kitchen too combines the modern with the heritage offering all mod cons you would expect while keeping its old style feel.

MaryMae is a newly renovated cottage tucked down a private driveway off Sackville Street making it an ideal location for Port Fairy's cafes and restaurants as well as a leisurely stroll to East Beach. There is a carport at the property with additional parking on the nature strip on the road.

Head inside this white brick home and enter into the open plan living, kitchen and dining room. Bright and beautifully decorated this home is sure to delight. There are 2 sets of leather sofas made for those relaxed evenings after a busy day in town. A 6 seater dining room table sits beside the kitchen with all modern conveniences and ideally sized for this 2 bedroom home.

Through the living space you will find the 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king but both spacious and offering built in robes. The bathroom has both bath and separate shower and there is also a separate toilet.

The home also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for your use during your stay. From here you can access your private side garden with outside seating. Enjoy a quiet morning breakfast in the sunshine or toast your day with a glass of wine in the evening.

Kalypso is a unique and inviting 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home overlooking the wild Southern Ocean, fully wheel chair accessible with wide doorways, open showers and a built in lift.

Head inside the front door and feel the rich warmth of the house envelop you. The open plan living and kitchen takes full advantage of the views, flooding the area with light. The long bench seat is made for lazy Sunday mornings or make use of the large screen Smart TV. This house has been lovingly renovated and you can feel the joy and attention in the small touches throughout this home. There is a split system for heating and cooling in the living/kitchen area.

The kitchen comes with all expected modern conveniences, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and two ovens. There is a double fridge/freezer and expansive counter space and accessible filtered water tap. There is central dining room table with seating for 4.

The first bedroom on the ground floor contains two King Singles, with wall heater, drawers and ensuite. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and vanity.

Coffee machine and a few capsules, 2. a collection of different teas, 3. some fruit, and 4. some shampoo and conditioner. Those small things mean so much when travelling long distances. Minor issue; The extractor fan in the bathroom needs to be either upgraded or clean as the steam is not removed. Overall it is a fantastic apartment. And we loved it! Wytonia Beachfront Studio is one of two studios and a penthouse suite located in the architecturally designed purpose built Wytonia building located on 10 acres (4Ha) of absolute beachfront land with our Southern Boundary being the waters edge.

Wytonia is a place of understated style designed for those that want to relax and enjoy the many moods of the sea whatever the weather.

Although the cooking facilities are limited (Toaster, Jug, Microwave and small Fridge) there is a communal BBQ. There is no cooktop or oven.

Country style living on acres 13 kilometres to Port Fairy 10 minutes to Koroit. Ideal if you want to get out of your caravan for a few days as plenty of room for parking. Nice and quiet, you will be sharing the house with myself and husband. Your bedroom is private at the opposite end of the house with your own bathroom and toilet, you are welcome to use kitchen and living room area T.V. has Foxtel connected.

It's an easy stroll to town and beach from this self contained cosy granny flat (though please note we are several blocks from the ocean and do not have sea views). It includes a bedroom with queen-size bed, a bathroom, a tv and a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, plug-in hotplate, rice cooker and toaster as well as some basic cooking and eating utensils.

The space
The flat is clean, comfortable and cosy and has all the basic facilities you might need for a few nights away. Please note that there is no oven but there is a plug in hotplate as well as a microwave and a rice cooker. The flat is cleaned thoroughly between each guest.

Guest access
The flat is in the back yard of our house. The back yard is a shared area, so please be aware others may be using that area during your stay. Guests may use the outdoor setting on the back deck.

If you arrive by bus, we may be able to pick you up in the car if you let us know in advance.

Other things to note
We do have a pet dog - she is a very friendly and energetic border collie who spends most of her time with us. If you don't like dogs, please let us know and an alternative entrance to the flat can be sorted fairly easily.

My place is close to beach and river. The Cottage is named after the Moyne River which is viewed from the front of the house. It is an old style house, about 100 years old which has some nice features but is basic in style and is a great place to stay and enjoy Port Fairy and surrounds. It is comfy.

The space
Moyne Cottage offers room for 1 or 2 people or a whole family. The Cottage sleeps 8 people. It is set up with all amenities in a basic style with 3 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a great view of the Moyne River. The house provides a comfortable base to explore Port Fairy.

Guest access
Guests are able to access the whole house, backyard and frontyard. The backyard is fenced in.
Access to the Cottage is by a couple of steps to the front verandah and a small step to enter the house at the front door.
The driveway is gravel and grass. Please note that Moyne River is across the road from the Cottage.

Other things to note
You may like to bring your own water or purchase from the supermarket. Some people don't like the Port Fairy town water.

Our home is located on the peaceful edge of Port Fairy overlooking one of Port Fairy’s beautiful south beaches.(please refer to updated map under our photos for exact location). Located in a quiet environment at the end of our 800 metres track from the Prince’s highway and a few steps from the water’s edge. Our home has the privilege of private beach access and magnificent ocean views. Both spacious rooms provide a rural outlook that is located off the edge of our family home courtyard.

The space
If you are looking for a space that includes a private lounge /sitting area, this is not the place for you as there is no seperate sitting /lounge areas apart from out side. However access to tables and chairs for eating is accessible.

Your rooms have rural views (not ocean views ) as they are located on the northern side of the home. You can easily access ocean views anytime you like by wandering to the southern side of the house.

If you book for 1 or 5 guests you will have booked the entire space (bedroom 1&2 , bathroom & toilet )for the time of the booking.

Bedroom 1 (listed on house plan as Rumpus):
- Double lower bed and single upper bunk.
- Accommodates 3 people.
- Small steps into bedroom immediately off courtyard.
- Access to a built in wardrobe, television & small desk (or extendable table 4-6 seater).
- Extendable 4-6 seater table can be moved about ( located in room one)for your own convenience.

- Access to built in robe with hanging space, television , 2 seater lounge seat & small desk.
- Room access is via passage. No direct access to courtyard

Kitchenette - is a small area (as per photos ) that includes bar fridge, microwave, kettle, 2 pot induction cook top, crockery, saucepans, tea, coffee, toaster, limited cooking equipment & utensils for you & your companions only. Laundry amenities include washing machine, dryer, iron & board, portable clothes line & clothes horse.

-Access to BBQ is optional along with outdoor seating that can be utilised as a table in courtyard bbq area. Please advise hosts on arrival if you would like to use it during your stay.

-Maximum 5 guests in total for both rooms (1 room -2 persons, 1 room -3 persons). Please read house rules in relation to bookings.

Outdoor sitting x 2 areas- 1 located in courtyard on the northern side of the house & the other on the southern side of the house on the verandah. Feel free to utilise both these areas , but they are very weather dependant.💨☔️

Beach access- please watch your footing when accessing the beach as this is a natural pathway that can be impacted by tides & rough sea. During high tide seasons/ rough seas this area can be altered by the natural ailments . ☀️🌧🌊💨

There is a door in the bedroom listed as bedroom 1 that accommodates 3 people and allows immediate access to outside area.
Sharing of bathroom, toilet & Kitchenette is purely for you & your companions.

An outdoor setting is accessible on the beach side of the house and located on the veranda for visitors use. This is ideal for observing our amazing views and is obviously impacted by weather conditions. Feel free to utilise this space.

If you are planning to drive to the coast for fishing and bring your own boat we have plenty of room to park your vehicle and boat.

Live like a local! The Lighthouse is a self contained flat next to a house in a quiet residential part of Port Fairy and only 200m to the beach. The flat is small but cozy, suitable for 1-2 people and has a bedroom and bathroom (no kitchen or living room) similar to a hotel. Town is a 20-25 minute stroll away or a couple minutes by car. Port Fairy has lots to see and do - cafes, beaches, and more! The flat is private but is quite close to the main house so you may hear the dogs or family.

The space
The Lighthouse is a small cozy self contained unit with queen bed, own bathroom, microwave, toaster, fridge, television (Netflix) and free wifi. It is similar to a hotel room and doesn't have a kitchen or living room space. Tea, coffee pods and milk is available for guests. Parking is available on the nature strip. The room doesn’t have a kitchen but some basic utensils are available. The unit is private but close to the main house where we live with our 3 friendly dogs.

Guest access
The unit is accessed from the front gate of the house down the side of the main house. The beach is very close if you would like to enjoy the outdoors.
