Centrally located in the heart of Warrnambool, it is close to the Warrnambool hospital and CBD. It is only a short walk to the shops, cafés and restaurants of Liebig Street and a short drive to the beach.
The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped. The generous open-plan living area on the ground floor has polished timber floors and opens out onto a spacious deck, which has been fitted out with a barbecue, sink and fridge. The second level is fully carpeted and includes a second living room and a study. The upstairs living room is a great place to sit at the end of the day to watch the sun set over the ocean. As we couldn't be sure how long it had been there and if it was used by the last visitors, we had to get back in the car and go and get some fresh milk for a cup of tea. I dont think a new milk is a big ask. We also got cold on the first night and there weren't any spare blankets to put on the bed, so we went to the op shop and bought a blanket for the next night"

The bungalow is behind our garage opening onto the decking as pictured. You can park in the driveway or on the street, you’ll have your own key to ensure full privacy. For our own privacy we highlight there’s no access to the main house. The kitchenette has everything required for basic food preparation - microwave, fridge, kettle, Nespresso & tea with cutlery & crockery. Any other meals we have provided take away menus and cafe/restaurant information. There is NO access laundry facilities on the property, laundromats are located within 1km. You can access the deck and front garden - especially lovely in the afternoon sun!

Other things to note
Please note - it doesn't have any effect on the bungalow as the garden is situated on the other end of the L shaped block - we currently have a small inner city "farm", perfect for kids/environmental enthusiasts. There are currently 8 chickens (no roosters, don't worry), 2 ducks, 3 rabbits (who free range when able during the day) and an apiary set up on the other side of the house with a single hive), we are hoping the bees will move in some time in Spring/Summer 2021. There is also an honesty box market stall at the front of the house, any excess produce from the garden is available for the neighbors, a gold coin fundraiser for the local soup kitchen. You're welcome to this if you haven't found what you're looking for in the garden - help yourself.

Our split level self contained apartment has been fully renovated and features a separate bedroom with a king-size bed situated on the upper level with a private balcony and luxurious walk-in shower. Downstairs there is a modern kitchenette with lounge and dining area plus powder room. The apartment sleeps 3 people and has free wifi and Netflix.

Guest access
Guest have the entire apartment to themselves and have access to the shared laundry. Our apartments have limited free off-street parking and are within an easy walk of the Warrnambool Train Station, with public transport stops plus taxi and uber services available.

Other things to note
A sofa bed is available on request and there is a king-sized bed that can be separated into two king singles if needed.
