Farmhouse Flat- Pet Friendly- is a quality self contained flat set within the Farmhouse property of 3 acres in the city limits of Warrnambool but in a rural setting. Recently redecorated there is free guest parking and plenty of it. Close to the Merri River it is in a very private setting, with fully grown native trees and bird life. (Merri River is noted for its trout and is a lovely tranquil fishing spot.) The Farmhouse Flat is 10 minutes from the CBD but close to main roads, highways, and tourist locations.

CBD Townhouse is a Tag Walters architecturally designed open plan home from the 1960s. Located in the CBD and a short stroll to the beach, it features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
CBD Townhouse has a historic overlay with the City of Warrnambool. Once a permanent home, it has been fully restored and is now a comfortable and centrally located townhouse open for guests.
CBD Townhouse is located on one level with a bright and airy open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.
The spacious, modern kitchen makes entertaining a breeze. It comes fully equipped with cooking utensils and equipment, an oven, dishwasher and microwave.
You are most welcome to use all the pantry staples in the kitchen including milk, butter, jam, vegemite, cooking oils, tea and coffee.
The dining table seats 6 and there are also bar stools at the kitchen bench.
The large north facing lounge gets beautiful sun year round and has plenty of comfy seating with two couches and a chair. It also has a flat screen TV/DVD, heater, reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan.
There are also board games, novels, magazines, maps and tourist leaflets.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, with a flat screen TV/DVD. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a double bed.

- "Very lovely location and extremely functional apartment. Would be ideal for a family with several children, two couples, or a group of friends. Walk to beach and whale viewing platform only 400 meters away. Quiet and secluded neighborhood.Some things to note: we felt the apartment was a bit outdated and that the beds were not very comfortable. The living room couch is also quite small for 4 or more adults to comfortably sit and relax - an additional cushioned chair might be a welcome addition. Outdoor seating was flimsy plastic chairs and a bigger fella in our group was concerned they might break. The second bathroom is also located in a windowless room with the laundry - feels a bit industrial. We only note these things because we feel there could be some improvements that would make it a truly 5 star experience."

- "After a lengthy drive we arrived and were keen for a cup of tea. When we opened the fridge we found an opened, small longlife milk. As we couldn't be sure how long it had been there and if it was used by the last visitors, we had to get back in the car and go and get some fresh milk for a cup of tea. I dont think a new milk is a big ask. We also got cold on the first night and there weren't any spare blankets to put on the bed, so we went to the op shop and bought a blanket for the next night"

First Floor Apartment with Magnificent Views Of The Lady Bay, La Bella Reef and Southern Ocean. This apartment has floor to ceiling wall to wall windows to capture the view of the Lady Bay and Ocean. With 3 terraces, one being very large guests are able to see uninterrupted coastal land and breakwater vistas.
This apartment has a fully appointed kitchen with all modern appliances, dining area & laundry facilities with a drying room and dryer. The bedroom has a walk in robe, en-suite bathroom-( this bathroom contains a shower, vanity unit and toilet but no bath ) and a private terrace with city views and north facing aspect. There is an adjoining office with a desk and shelving to provide an excellent work space. This room contains a queen sofa bed and can be used as a second bedroom. It would also make an ideal nursery for young children.
The living space is and sofas make the most of the wall of glass and there is an adjoining sun room with floor to ceiling windows and comfortable additional seating. The large terrace is accessed from the sun room. The second terrace is accessed from the dining area and shares the same views.

Rosella Perch is a first floor apartment in a block of two. There are two bedrooms containing double beds with a walk in robe in the main bedroom and built in robes in the other.
As you enter through the front door, you are welcomed into the main living area which is furnished by a large L shaped couch which also adds a vibrant pop of colour, fitting in with the theme of the home. There is a TV for guests use in this area.
Flowing through to the main dining/kitchen area, you are greeted by a 6 seater Dining table which overlooks the freshly updated kitchen, combining the old with the new. The kitchen houses all the basics you need for the duration of your stay, including microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and electric cooking facilities. The home is heated & cooled via a split system.
The Bathroom has also had a fresh splash of paint to help brighten the area, this also includes a toilet, shower and vanity. There is a full laundry including top loader washing machine and clothes drying racks.
Outside there is a single car garage available for guest use aswell as tables and chairs on the front patio, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening. To the rear you will also have access to the private backyard, including a clothes line.

It is located next to Warrnambool`s Foreshore Promenade, making it an ideal getaway with friends or family. Breakwater Retreat has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is set over three levels (plus ground floor ), with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On Level 1 you`ll find a well-appointed dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, the main living area, and a deck.
Ensuring every meal preparation is a breeze, the kitchen has all the mod cons you need while on holidays, including a dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and pots and pans.
The dining area has a table and chairs that seat 8 guests and the roomy lounge with TV and couch has a gas log fire for the winter months.
Guests can enjoy a BBQ on the deck in the warmer months.
