My house is located in center of friendly litle town named Hafnarfjördur. Town with blend of beautiful nature and cultural attraction. My house is old with history. It's big and beautiful and good to live in. My guests have rooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor is the kitchen and other rooms.

Cozy 30 m2 studio apartment located in Mosfellsbæ which is in a short distance from Reykjavík.
Mosfellsbær is perfectly placed for both Reykjavik, visiting the Golden circle and the national park Þingvelli.
The studio is just minutes of Route 1 on a lovely residential street. Has it´s own entrance and is suitable for 1 up to 3 persons. Free parking on the property.

The studio is on ground floor and is on same property as main residence but completely detached from the main house. The garden is shared. This is a studio house and there is a 1 single bed and 1 double bed ( 180 cm) in the same open area. kitchen is small and has no electric plate but has a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and then there is a BBQ grill outside on the patio.

Cozy bedroom in a family home with nice views and lots of light. We are in a residential area, close to shops, cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and services, as well as the largest park and swimming pool in Reykjavik, and a river with waterfalls and an small forest, and walking and biking paths. We welcome people from all backgrounds.

The space
Our place is a nice apartment in one of the few high-rise buildings in Reykjavik. We offer a comfortable room with a double bed, a desk with an ergonomic chair, and a closet. You will have the room for yourself and will share the rest of the apartment with us, a family of three (and a cat).

We are on the top of a small hill, which means that our apartment has plenty of light and nice views in all directions. If the northern lights are out, you will be able to see them from your room window!

Our guest are welcome to use our kitchen to warm up food or prepare simple meals or prepare your breakfasts in the morning. We only ask you to leave it as clean as you found it. If you need some space in the fridge, we will be happy to make you some.

Of course, our rooms are private, but our guests are welcome to use all the common areas in our apartment: dining area, living room, balcony, and bathrom. Feel at home, just make sure you are careful with our stuff and leave them in the same conditions you found them.

We are glad to share our home with guests. We are an international family of three that have lived in Iceland for more than fifteen years. We have traveled extensively in this beautiful country.

During your stay, we will go on with our daily life, but if you like, we would be happy to chat with you, learn about your home country and perhaps, give you some tips about places to visit and things to do while in the city.

Our son is learning to play the piano. Every day, he practices for 60 minutes when he comes back home.

Our cat is friendly and energetic. We ask you to be careful when leaving the apartment because she is not allowed to go out to the common areas. If she goes out, please put her back into the apartment immediately. We will teach you the trick to do this ;)

Very nice, 90m2, apartment in a private house in a nice area in Reykjavik. The area around is Elliðaárdalur (e: Ellidaardalur) often called "the Pearl and Reykjavik".

The space
Our house is located in a nice kind of valley with a good shelter for the north wind. We enjoy the highest mean temperature in Iceland, and for Iceland that is good.

We, the house owners how live in the house usually, will be travelling abroad during the Christmas and New Year holiday season from the 17th of December 2018 till the 7th of January 2019. It takes only 30-40 min by bus to central Reykjavik, by car 10-15 min and 10 min walk to the public pool and gym in the area.
