If youve been to Reykjavik you know thats long enough to have explored pretty much the whole thing... and I still couldnt find it!The check-in instructions were wrong. And when I called to ask for help he talked to me like I was an idiot- totally insulting. Once I got past the check in everything was wonderful. The room was gorgeous with beautiful finishes. Its a little further from the total tourist trap of the main part of the strip which i loved, but only like 2 blocks removed- so an easy walk, but queiter and more local charm. I would absolutely stay here again- but customer service needs some work!"
