Cosy caravan, overlooking Broadford Bay, centrally located on the Isle of Skye, just a short walk away from shops, bars and restaurants, the caravan has two double bedrooms and has tv, wi fi, central heating.
- "The Caravan is in a good location, in an easy walk to town. Yes, it has a view of the driveway, as in the photos, but you can also see the bay and mountains beyond. The heating is excellent, the beds are comfy and we felt very good here. The kitchen is reasonably well-equiped and is a bonus, as there are few good restaurant options near by. (Do drive up to Pizza in the Skye near Portree; a truck but outstanding pizza). Ideal for two, perhaps four would be a bit of a squeeze. It is an old caravan, maybe 50 years, so it is definitely 'of it's time' as should be expected. James was a really good host; friendly and available if necessary. He helped us with an item left behind, which we really appreciated. "

Great location and the accommodation was brilliant" - "Lovely house, really well appointed. Plenty of space and very well furnished. Excellent for grown ups and kids. Everything worked really well. We could have moved in permanently!!" - "My friends and family stayed in Black Barn as a jumping off point to explore the Scottish Highlands and absolutely loved this property. The home is very clean, spacious and a wonderful, peaceful retreat. We can’t wait to go back. The kitchen is stocked with most things you need. We enjoyed having the large counter space and dining area since we did a fair amount of cooking. The living room seating is very comfortable and nice for evening lounging. We loved the digital fireplace, it looks very real and even crackles. The views from the living room, kitchen and primary bedroom are stunning. We are American, so it took us a bit of time to figure out how the appliances work and heating work. The dryer has a small container you must dump often to dry clothes as it pulls the moisture out. There is a small grocery store very nearby that has most basics you will need. We will stay here again."
