This recently built holiday house has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house sleeps 7 people in style and comfort. Set in a quiet cul de sac a few minutes walk from the centre of Ullapool, an iconic resort on Scotland's North West coast. Lots to see and do in the area and just one hour's drive from Inverness, which has excellent rail and road links, as well as an International Airport. Well behaved pets accepted by prior arrangement, with an additional £25 cleaning fee. We regret no smoking and bookings only from Saturday to Saturday.

Top House is a beautiful house built in a traditional-style. The views from the property are stunning with magnificent sunsets.

The house boasts three lovely bedrooms all of which are en-suite. A twin room with two single beds on the ground floor, and a double bedroom and family room on the first floor. The family room comprises a double bed and a single bed and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The double and twin room have en-suite shower rooms.

A separate WC is located on the ground floor.

There is a large lounge and dining area with an open fire. Logs are provided to guests when they are available. The living room has a comfortable sitting area, a large dining table and a flat screen TV with free view channels and DVD player.

The kitchen also has a dining table and includes a good selection of kitchen utensils, crockery and pans. Facilities include a cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility with a washing machine, tumble drier and additional sink. A washing line is provided in the garden area.

Top house is a detached property in a peaceful location with lovely sea views sleeping up to seven persons.

The house is located well back from the main road, offering a quiet relaxing break in this beautiful part of Scotland. Top House is well furnished and equipped to a high standard. The house has three en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to seven persons.

A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with en-suite shower-room, wash hand basin and toilet.

A double bedroom is located on the first floor with an en-suite shower-room, wash hand basin and toilet.

- "My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful three weeks at Foinaven, and had a couple of friends from home visit for a week during our stay. We flew in and out of Inverness and rented a car for a reasonable price so that we could take day trips here and there (we really didn’t need it much in Ullapool, except for larger grocery runs). The house has BEAUTIFUL views from every room and a lot of space. The kitchen and eating space is expansive and fully equipped. Everything was incredibly clean and the location is only a 10 minute walk into town on the sidewalk. Bring your raincoat for the walk; can be sunny when you walk out the door and raining by the time you get to town, but that’s Scotland! Mairi was very attentive and responsive and we appreciated the nice bedding which was refreshed for us weekly. We also loved that each bedroom had a vanity/desk and hairdryer, which made getting ready in the morning (and working remotely) very easy and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay!"
