Shore Cottage is situated across from Portree on the southern edge of the Bay. Sitting in the kitchen, lounge and Master Bedroom, you can see the Old Man of Storr across Portree Bay. A 3 bedroom property, 1 king size in the master en suite and the remaining 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 of which is en-suite.

The master bedroom has a balcony over the high tide line with a view of Portree. The U shaped property, has a kitchen overlooking the bay, leading to a the dining room with high ceiling and mezzanine floor with seating area, a great place for children to entertain themselves, and up the stairs from the dining room. Dalzie apartment is in the wing of a former manse built in 1809. It was upgraded with the idea of making any guest feel exceptionally comfortable.
There are all the modern accessories you might expect to be self contained. Fully integrated kitchen which is open plan to the living room with comfortable room for dining.
There is even a piano along one of the walls!
There is plenty of parking and you are in a great location to be able to explore all the Island has to offer.
The bathroom is considerable in size, with separate shower and bath, room enough to relax.
We regularly get feedback that people sleep in the bed as well or if not better than their own beds!
The manse it's self has a walled garden with a little "burn" (stream) in it and there is a feeling of tranquility about.

Welcome to this spacious and comfortable home. This house has beautiful views over the sea and the mountains. The four bedrooms (one king, two double and a large twin) have hotel standard bedding and new mattresses. There are three bathrooms, one ensuite. (the VRBO listing shows 4 bathrooms which is a technical mistake on their part that I have asked them to put right ). A kitchen diner is well equipped with cooking equipment as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a separate dining area for eight with views over the bay, and a lounge where you can enjoy a cosy woodburner, or watch the changing light over the water and mountains as the tides move in and out. Portree is a lively and picturesque place, with a busy harbour, plenty of shops and restaurants, and surrounded by seascapes, mountains and countryside. There is a woodland and hillside walk straight from our house, as well as beautiful coastal walks from Portree, which is just 10 minutes walk away. Portree is a good base from which the explore the Isle of Skye. The Old Man of Storr is a short drive away, as well as the famous Cuillin and there are other lesser known but beautiful places nearby. There is a good selection of restaurants and pubs in Portree, some offering Celtic music and locally sourced food, as well as an indoor swimming pool, indoor climbing wall and small cinema. so things to do on rainy days as well as sunny ones. Room is separate to the hosts home with separate entrance . Conveniently located in the centre of the island, a very peaceful retreat and somewhere to relax and take in the views with easy access to a pebble beach directly in front of the property. Whales, seals and dolphins can be seen swimming as well as a wide range of birds to be seen including sea eagles. Situated in a traditional crofting area and only a 8-10 minute drive from Portree, the main town on the island, shops and restaurants.

The space
Balmoral Skye has beautiful views of the Sound of Raasay. It is good for couples and also solo adventurers.There is a superking bed with Egyptian cotton bedding. It has oil central heating with a private shower room.There is a flat screen TV and free wi-fi. We also provide a hairdryer, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and milk on arrival. There is private off road parking next to the house. There is a large, beautiful garden with picnic areas that guests can use.

Cosy pod(s) situated on our peaceful croft in Camustianavaig boasting some of the best views on Skye.

A great spot for nature watching, the bay, just a stone's throw from your door, is frequented by seals, otters, dolphins and basking sharks and the air above by Sea and Golden Eagles.

The pod, two small pods combined, has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and breakfast bar and large deck with a bbq and outdoor table and chairs. Portree, the main town on Skye, is only a few miles away.

The space
The first pod is the bedroom with a comfy double bed, cosy lighting and storage space.
The second pod contains your bathroom (small wetroom with sink, shower and toilet) and kitchen area for basic meal preparation (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, single induction hob, small breakfast bar and stools, and sink - no hot water in the kitchen at present, but can easily be transported from the bathroom which is just a step away or from the kettle!)
On the deck is a table and chairs and a BBQ - utensils and charcoal provided.
There are electric heaters in both pods and please ask if you need anything else at all during your stay - from extra pillows and blankets to tips for restaurants and local hikes.

Other things to note
We live in the cottage close by to the pods and will be on hand if you need anything. If we're away we are contactable by phone.
Please note access to the pods is up 2 steps so might not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The property has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (with two single beds) All linens and towels are provided and included in the price. There is a toilet with a shower in the property and also another en-suite toilet in the double bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, oven, grill,microwave and fridge freezer. Our one bedroom apartment is ideally situated 8 miles from Portree on the Isle of Skye. With it's seaside location and beautiful sea and mountain views, it's an ideal base for your stay on Skye. Our rural location is peaceful and relaxing with a lovely beach a 10 minute walk way but only a 15 minute drive to the shops, restaurants and bars in Portree. There is a sofa bed in the lounge so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults. We can also provide a cot and highchair.

Other things to note
As you will see in our listing, if more than 2 guests are staying we ask for £10 per person per night to cover making up the sofabed and extra laundry. If however only 2 people are staying but need the sofa bed made up, I would ask for a fee of £10 per night to be paid.

Welcome to Croft View. Our house is located in the small village of Peinchorran in Braes.
Approximately 20 minutes from the capital Portree, it enjoys stunning views of the Cuillins and the nearby Isle of Raasay.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with Freeview TV/DVD player, double bedroom, twin bedroom & bathroom with large walk in shower. Central heating throughout. Outside is a decked area and garden with parking at the gate.

The space
Croft View has an open plan living area giving it a light and airy feel. The living room boasts a large picture window giving spectacular views of Raasay and the mountains whatever the weather. Freesat TV and a DVD player are available.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and all the essentials you will need for your stay. There is a dining table with seating for 4 with a high chair available if required.
The double bedroom enjoys the same view as the living room and has a comfortable wooden double bed. The twin room has 2 single wooden beds. Linen is provided. Both bedrooms also have fitted wardrobes. A travel cot is available but will require your own linen.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower and towels are provided.
Guests also have use of a tumble dryer which is located in the shed attached to the house.
The recently added decked area outside is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the views. There is a picnic table for dining outside and a lawn to enjoy if you want to take a break from exploring our lovely island.

Situated in the beautiful braes on the Isle of Skye, this newly built high spec self catering apartment , is peaceful with wonderful views
4 and a half miles from the the town of portree Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. While in a prime location for access to all of Skye and what it offers. Two adults can share , there is also a sofa bed available. There are no buses en route so a car is advisable to get around.
There is a beautiful beach at the end of the braes road too.

Blueberry Shed is a modern 1-bedroom house in a beautiful and peaceful location, overlooking the Island of Raasay and Ben Tianavaig. It is only 10 minutes drive to Portree, the main town on the Isle of Skye, with cafes, restaurants and shops.

There are several short walks that can be done from the house, down to the shoreline or up hill to get some great views across the Sound of Raasay and towards the Cuillins.
