What we got was the to floor (entry at first floor with a fight of stairs up) and a dangerous path of snow and ice down a small but steep hill to the hot tub. There was no way to safely access the hot tub and when I asked the proper managers how we could safely access it we were told to be careful, especially when it rains. We also dealt with cheap furniture that was broken and a skating rink for the driveway. We had the overall feeling that the host was happy to take our money but didn’t really care for their property.
