Our newly updated chalet is a lovely 2 bed 2 bath, at the base of Blue Mountain. Our Place is one of the few units that has a private first floor bedroom. A great jumping off point for all the activities you can enjoy at Blue Mountain, Georgian Bay and Collingwood. Ski In/Ski Out with the north ski lift approx. 150 meters from our unit. Blue Mountain Village, as well as the Scandinavia Spa , Northwinds Beach, cafe's and restaurants only 1Km away.

The main floor bedroom is a closed in private bedroom, this is very rare for the units at North Creek resort. The main area living room has a flat screen television with free Rogers cable and Netflix.
The second bedroom is a loft with ensuite. This room also includes a flat screen television with free Netflix. The WIFI and parking are also included in the rental. The chalet has two decks with beautiful views of the mountain. The chalet is located right beside the Toronto Ski club and is the closest chalet to the north chair ski lift.

It comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and a queen-size pull-out bed in a separate room. The master bedroom boasts a queen size bed with a cozy sitting area, along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has its own bathroom and a double bed, while the third bedroom is located in the basement featuring a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Within the living area in the basement, there's a pull-out queen bed that sleeps 2.

Outdoor Amenities include a shared pool exclusively for complex residents and only open during the summer months, and a spacious private 8-person hot tub and a gas barbeque. Enjoy the luxury of two private decks furnished with chairs and tables. Newly added Gas Fire Pit on the back deck for your enjoyment!

The Space:
Each of the levels of this chalet will surprise you with something special.

The lower level is a perfect spot for entertainment. Unwind with a drink from the wet bar and challenge your friends to one of the classic arcade games - Fireball, Ms. Pac-Man, or Golden Tee Golf. This level has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The mid-level is your own private oasis for recharge: whether by exercising or relaxing. This level is equipped with Peloton Machine and Fitness Equipment. We provide a Free Peloton Membership during your stay with all the advantages - so you can enjoy all classes. On the mid-level deck, you will find an Outdoor Hot Tub that provides a serene spot to unwind with the stunning mountain views. This level has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also find our laundry facilities here - a washer and a dryer.

The upper level is what will put your mountain retreat experience to the next level. The state-of-the-art open-concept kitchen features high-end appliances and all the utensils to impress even the most discerning of chefs. The spacious dining area and BBQ Patio come with breathtaking views of the mountains. The social area is equipped with Flat-screen TV and Sonos Sound System. This level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Our chalet is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along to enjoy the mountains with you. There are several workspaces available to you and we offer Free High-Speed Wi-Fi throughout the chalet. We also offer Free Parking for up to 10 cars and an Electric Vehicle charger on the driveway.

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property. On the day of the check-in, you will receive an Arrival Message with the Access Code for a door lock.

The Arrival Message will be sent to you as long as we have received:
• Filled-out Online Check-in Form, that is sent to you after your reservation is confirmed
• Required documents, like signed Rental Agreement and a picture of government-issued ID
• Pre-authorized Damage Deposit, which is required for every reservation

Getting Around:
You can find the best way to our chalet by visiting your own unique and personal Guest Portal. You will have access to it once you have made your reservation and filled out your Online Check-in Form.

Other Things to Note:
• An STA fee of $100 is applicable to each rental.

• The Town of The Blue Mountains has implemented a mandatory Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of 4%. It is a fee collected on short-term and overnight accommodations and paid by visitors when they book a room with a local accommodation provider.

• A Pre-Authorized Damage Deposit is required to gain access to the property. Renters under 25 will be subject to a higher Damage Deposit and an Extra Security Charge.

• Bed Linens are provided for all 10 bedrooms. Linen is packaged and sealed for our guest protection and left at the end of each bed. Included in each linen set are a fitted sheet, a top sheet, and 2 pillowcases.

• A BBQ station has a gas line connected to it and does not require a gas tank to use it.

• Please note, bath towels are not provided. Please have your guests bring their own towels. We do provide kitchen towels, shower mats, and hand towels in each of the bathrooms. Also, for each bathroom, we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of Kleenex, a hand-washing soap, body wash shampoo, conditioner.

The two decks are spacious and each one had a cigarette disposal and there is one out the back as well. No excuse for putting butts on the ground. They thought of everything in this house and totally recommend it for a large group. Top level has the living room, kitchen, king bed, twins and two bathrooms (one being a powder room). The middle floor had two full bathrooms (one with tub), king, 2 queens, double and twins. Oh has laundry and a work out area. The lower level has a queen, double and the games area. The golf game was a blast as well as the pinball, ms Pac-Man and foosball. Lots of parking for 10 cars too. You can walk to the village in about 10 minutes. I just can’t say enough about this place."

The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

Did we mention that our open concept Living Room can definitely entertain your whole group. This room opens into a Dining Room with a Large Dining Table that can accommodate 12 guests easily.

Our completely renovated Kitchen will keep all the chefs in you very happy. It also includes a huge center Island that will gather your whole group around the kitchen.

You can walk directly from our Dining Room into our year round covered Sunroom. This room has plenty of comfortable chairs to welcome you back from a long day of skiing, hiking, swimming and other activities. Or you can come out here and enjoy your cup of coffee (that we provide with Nespresso or Keurig pods) while being at peace.

Our BBQ Grill is conveniently located just beside the sunroom.

Our other 3 bedrooms are located in the basement along with a 3rd full bathroom, a laundry facility and our Sauna. Our sauna can comfortably fit 4-5 guests.

Kitchen, dining room and living room are all on the top floor making it a great place for families and friends to dine and hang out. There's a large balcony on the top floor with a picnic table and a Weber/Broil King natural gas BBQ. You can see the beautiful Blue Mountain right from the living room and front balcony.

Each ground floor has 2 bedrooms (2 queens or 4 singles) and 2 newly renovated bathrooms. There's also a large hot-tub for up to 6 people on the side of this chalet.

Each lower level has a large game room equipped with TV. And there are 3 more bedrooms on this level with double size beds.

Every kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans and utensils that you would need to cook a gourmet meal. Whatever you want to cook, we've got you covered. All you need to bring is your food materials, secret sauce and favourite seasoning. Finally there is a dishwasher to do the dishes so that you can sit back and enjoy your vacation after a wonderful meal.

Dining room:

A 7-foot-long harvest table in every dining room will provide comfortable seating for your group while they enjoy the gourmet meal that you just prepared!

Living room:

Each large living room has a massive brick fireplace to provide a warm ambiance. Over the fireplace is a large 55" smart TV with Rogers cable, 4K Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, etc. Through the windows on the front side of the chalet, you will see the beautiful Blue Mountain.

Bedrooms:

There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds or single beds. They will guarantee you a good night sleep after a busy day of skiing, hiking, mountain biking or just relaxing.

There are 3 more bedrooms on the lower level with double size beds. In addition, also on the lower level, the game room sofa can be pulled out and turned into a sofa bed.

Each bed is equipped with two pillows and a comforter.

Unlimited high-speed internet!!! We have gigabit internet with powerful mesh wi-fi system through the whole building. I can confidently say that we have the fastest internet among all vacation rentals in Blue Mountain. - "It was clean and the property is beautiful. Plenty of room for all of us. The only hiccup was that the Fridge/Freezer was not working properly. Our ice in the freezer two days in a row was all melted along with the ice cream. The food in the fridge was not getting cold so we had to store it in our cars. On Saturday night I sent the contact a text and called. They were very prompt with a response. We had to unplug and re plug it to get it to work. It was a bit of an inconvenience. In the end it all worked out. The only recommendation is that some kind of over the door hooks in the bedrooms would have been nice seeing as there were no drawers or closets in most of the rooms. This way we could hang up some of our clothes during our stay. Would recommend this property and would like to go back in summer."

Wasaga Beach, home to one of the longest freshwater, sandy beaches in the world, is a short 25 minute drive. If you don't feel like taking the shuttle, you can take a leisurely 15 minute walk to the Village at Blue Mountain where restaurants and shopping await. Pets are welcome, as I know they are members of your family too. However, there is a pet fee of 100$. Please inform me about your pets when booking. 1 dog per stay. Please let me know ahead of booking. 2 dogs can be considered, depending on size. Please confirm.
The pet fee ensures your pets are welcome, but it doesn't cover the responsibility of cleaning up after them, including shedding.
By “allowing pets,” we expect you and them to respect the furniture and the house itself.
In case you have allergies, please know that the house welcomes pets.

1. Check-in time is STRICT after 4 pm, and check-out is STRICT before 11 am to allow time for enhanced cleaning.

2. In the Town of The Blue Mountains, hot tub usage is restricted by By-law No. 2021-70, which prohibits use between 11 pm and 7 am.

3. Town of The Blue Mountains has a Noise By-law that is in effect 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, under Municipal By-law NO. 2002-09, as amended, and it states.

4. The seasonal shared pool is open between 9 am and 9 pm.

5. The premises are monitored daily by a dedicated security team to ensure compliance with the established noise regulations and operational hours.

Failure to adhere to these regulations can result in a $650 fine.

Renovated 4-Season Chalet on top of Blue Mountain in "Swiss Meadows, outside Collingwood. Access to parking lot (800 metres away) on top of hill to ski down (Winter) or ride chair lift down to Village (Summer). Bruce Trail outside door - hike down to Village or hike along top to enjoy the views. Large yard. Mature Trees. Quiet neighbourhood. Family friendly. Monthly Rentals only.

Blue Mtn Village: 5 min drive (bottom of the hill), Scandinavia Spa: 10 min drive, Wasaga Beach: 25 min drive.

The space
Enjoy a quiet, relaxing holiday in Swiss Meadows village - a community of 120 chalets located on top of Blue Mountain (the only community on top of the hill). Great area to walk (streets) and hike (Bruce trail is 50 feet from house). That section of the Bruce overlooks Georgian bay and runs along the top of the ski hills of Blue Mountain and Craigleigth Resort.

Everything is new (designed for rustic look with modern touches), including all appliances. There is a wood burning stove (firewood supplied) and a large deck and yard. The driveway can fit 4 cars.

There is a 46-inch TV with DVD/Blu-ray player and Netflix. There is no Cable TV".

How to get to bottom of hill:

1). Ski down in the winter - just walk along the Bruce trail and "drop in" at chairlift (will be on "North" or "Inn" side of Blue Mountain depending on what trail you ski down). Cautionary note: you will have a little uphill walk back to Chalet where you "dropped in".

2). Drive to parking lot at top of hill - It's 800 metres from Chalet and WAY less busy than the bottom parking lots. The main chairlift to the Village is right there. Ski or snowboard down and grab your lift ticket when at the bottom (you will be in Village). When done for day - or lunch break - chair back to top and drive back to chalet.

3). Drive down - the South Base lodge is 5 minutes away. The Village is 8 minutes away. The Inn (original main lodge) is 10 minutes away.

There are lots of great restaurants in the Village. So if you are wanting to go out for dinner it's not far away.

The Area:

Collingwood is 15 minutes away (East) with lots of amenities and restaurants.

Thornbury is 15 minutes away (West) and is a quaint town on the water.
