Very private with 3 acres of land and its own dock on a private lake. The house is on top of a mountain and has a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains. It is 55 minutes from Montreal, 40 minutes from either Dorval or Mont Tremblant airport. It is a very peaceful and serene environment, with everything done just so — best quality appliances, beautiful finishings, etc. In the summer, there is also a fun sandy beach that's only for families with homes around the lake; a three minute walk down the hill — a safe, gravel road that no cars drive up. In the winter, there is snowshoeing and skiing on the lake, and tons of paths through the forests.

The home has a working wood fireplace, and a constant humidification system to keep everything SUPPLE :).

The property has its own private winding staircase through mossy woods down to the water. There is a canoe, and a rowboat and you can have lovely meals on the dock. You can fish and catch little guys in summer, and skate, cross country ski, or snowshoe on the lake in winter. The property is entirely landscaped, and was renovated about 10 years ago.

There is cable, Netflix, super reliable wifi, a great printer, and all that. It is totally set up for work. The downstairs playroom can function as a second office too.

Short drive to many regional parks, farmers markets, the Petit Train du Nord for cycling, cross country, or long walks to waterfalls, Cinema Pine for old school movie theatre experience, lots of French restaurants, poutine joints, and boulangeries in Ste-Adele, Ste-Sauveur or Val David. A 15 minute drive to Shivananda Ashram for yoga. 15 minutes to most alpine ski hills, 40 minutes to Mont Tremblant, 15 minutes to Polar Bear Club for winter river swimming and spa.

It is located in the heart of the Laurentians. 3 minutes walking distance to famous spas Polar Bear and Bagni spa resort, minutes away from ski areas , water slide,golf course, famous restaurants and shopping outlets. Lots of outdoor activities to enjoy all year round from hiking to beer fest and mostly lots of interactive family activities to enjoy.
