Main(upper) part which has one bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchen, eating area, deck, washer and dryer and sofa beds.(call for info)
On the lower deck you have a hot tub
The lower part has two bedrooms and half bath.
This cottage is situated overlooking the Shediac Bay, walking distance from the water, the center of town, a small park where there is music, play area, and weekends a market.

Shediac offers restaurants, grocery stores, liquid stores, banks, parks, walking and biking trails, golf, mini-golf, canoes, kayak and boating.
Two marinas are situated in the Shediac area, Point du Chêne wharf, boat rentals, and cruises.(option meal)

This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check-in date.
A 100% refund is provided for guests cancelling at least 45 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for guests cancelling from 30 to 45 days before check-in. This newly renovated cottage is located in the heart of Shediac. You will be steps away from the world’s largest lobster, a wide variety of restaurants & Pubs and about 10 minute walk from Pascal Poirier Park (home of the outdoor farmers market and night weekly evening concerts). Why not hop on one of our supplied bicycle and head over to the world famous Parlee Beach!

The space
This cottage features a beautiful kitchen, with all required appliances, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses. The kitchen is pre-stocked with salt and pepper, sugar packets, non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths and enough coffee and tea to get you started.

The living room has comfortable seating, a sofa, flat screen television with cable TV and Netflix. High speed internet. Heat / AC and electric fireplace.

This cottage has 2 rooms. One has a double bed with white comfortable bedding & darkening curtains for those late morning snoozes. The second room features two single beds.

Bathroom contains a large bath/shower, towels, hair dryers, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo and hand soap are provided. The laundry center is supplied with laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets.

Outdoor patio has plenty of seating and is a wonderful place to start your day with your morning coffee or end your day with one of the regions finest wines and the BBQ to cook an evening meal.
